Doctor: It appears that Mr. Winchester is experiencing depression which will cause him to act weird like being happy then suddenly crying. Worse, it could come to a time that he could kill himself.

He would need to take a lot of meds and the dose must he equally provided after each meal. Be sure to keep an eye on how much he takes or he will ended up getting overdosed with these that will be quite dangerous

He should be able to walk and hang freely around his environment to make him be more familiar with his surroundings because if not, he would be scared to even get out of his house or even his room

You could also give him time alone so he could think clearly enough

Music also help him manage this..

Allow him to get food that you think he would love to eat to support his nutritional needs.

Lastly, make sure he has a happy and gleeful set of people to take care of him family and friends are more advisable to do so
