Cecilia has the ability to controle others their blood. But don't worry, she hates using it because it is way to tricky even tho she can controle it flawlessly because of her parents clinginess.

Speed.
She can increase the pressure of the veins on the blood making the blood pressure get higher. This gives the other an sharp pain through their whole body when the pressure gets to high. It is the same feeling you'll get after/while jogging but like a lot worse.
She is also able to slow the blood down or make it stand still. Slowing it down shall result to the feeling of getting light in the head since you'll don't have enough oxygen to your brain. Stopping it works the same but just way faster. Slowing down/stopping the blood doesn't hurt a lot, increasing the blood pressure does.
Popping veins
Cecilia is also able to make your veins pop. She needs to increase the blood presence very much. If one vein pops nothing very horrible happens (it also depends on the importance of the vein) (veins zijn aderen maar ik weet de vertaling van slagader even niet meer maar ach), it just creates a bruise-like spot underneath the skin. If she aims for a important one, the aorta for example, you'll feeling a lot of pain. If you won't get immediate professional help you'll die unfortunately...

She gotten a lot of of pressure of her father and mother who wanted her to be perfect. They had a family reputation to helt high. Her parents even made her eliminate some people who were a danger to their families reputation.
