"𝗕𝗿𝗲𝗲 𝘆𝗼𝘂 𝗺𝘂𝘀𝘁 𝘁𝗿𝗮𝘃𝗲𝗹 𝗺𝘆 𝗰𝗵𝗶𝗹𝗱"

The palace of pure stone and moonlight. Her mother and father had made the kingdom in the mountain of her birth. "The dragon mountain," they called it. Since there weren't many dragons left, the royal family was the only one. Many visited them. Wizards, elves. Even dwarves. The queen, Daenerys's mother, Queen adalinda, gave many wise words to those who searched it.

Her father Smaug was most out hunting, but he always came back when the royal duties would be over. Of course, he helped when needed and didn't have the strength to hunt. The three dragons deeply loved each other, and the love would last forever. Her grandfather, Manwë, often talked to his grandchild in her dreams, as did her grandmother. They were the former rulers of arda, but a few years ago, before Daenerys's hatching, her mother got crowned as she finally visited Valinor.

Now to the story.

"my child," Daenerys's mother, Adalidna, called her child. "yes?" Daenerys said and walked inside the throne room, seeing her mother sit on her throne. Her father, Smaug, is out hunting. "I have a proposition for you. of course; you may attend if you wish," the queen said and showed her daughter a letter from Lord Elrond. Adalinda had met the elven lord in her crowned days as he had searched her for wisdom. They were good friends. "he wished for you, my child, to attend an important meeting in Rivendell. It's about The One Ring. It has been found again, and we must destroy it. will you go, my child?" Daenerys stayed quiet for a while. Sure she wanted to help her kingdom, her home.

She would do anything for her people as a princess should. Without another thought, she nodded and smiled up at her mother, who sat at the throne in her colossal white dragon form. Her scales reflected moonlight. Daenerys, however, had gotten dark and red scales. She also had her father's body with only two legs. Her wings were used as her front legs. She had a spiked tail like both of her partners. Her eyes were a mix between sea blue and sun yellow. they were beautiful, to say at least. "I'm glad, my dear. You'll be leaving tomorrow. Go to the men's village of Bree; it's quite near the shire. Youll feel the scent of men, and it'll lead you there." queen adalinda said, and her daughter nodded. "you may go to your room and pack, my dear" Daenerys nodded and bowed to her mother before slinking out of the room.

Later that day, the young princess was ready to leave the mountain of dragons. Her mother and father stood behind her and watched proudly as their daughter checked her bag, which she had slung around her shoulders. Her black wings spread, specks of white-painted them. A true dragon of shadow. "good luck, my dear, and all blessings of our people be with you," Smaug, her father said, and nuzzled her gently with his snout. Her mother did the same and kissed her on the top of her head. "thanks, mother, father. I will return one day," the princess said and then took off into the day.

-your pov-

landing in a clearing in a forest outside Bree, you shifted into your human form. Fair and white hair cascaded over your pale shoulders, and your body shrunk. Wings disappeared, and claws were all but gone. The only thing which could give you out was your rule pulsating eyes. They burned with purple dragon fire, slightly more potent than blue. You had gotten it; why and of who? You didn't know. You pulled up the hoo of your dark green even cloak and walked towards the gate of Bree. Stopping at the gate, waiting for the gatekeeper to open it. Soon he did, asking what a lady such as yourself was doing in these parts. You only said you were visiting friends in Rivendell and wanted to search for shelter here.

The man nodded. Luckily he didn't see your purple eyes as they wer hidden under the hun of your cloak. "there's an inn not far down the streets, young lady," the man said, and you gave him a small smile and nodded. You then set off towards the inn. Nearing it, you saw a green sign which said " The prancing poney" you grinned to yourself and entered the inn. "hello, miss. What can I get for you" a bartender said kindly. "I only want a room and some drink. Not ale, thank you" the bartender nodded and pointed to a table somewhere in eh corner. "there's a table down there for you. I'll be with the drink shortly and some food too. You seem tired" he smiled and started to make what you ordered. You found your seat and sat down.

Your senses tingled, ideating there was someone who looked at you. Glancing around, you saw a man's grey eyes on your form. he seemed... familiar. Your mother had told you bout a man with grey eyes and brown almost black hair. His name was Strider, at least ranger's name. You also had a ranger name in case of situations like this. It was Darkscale. It fitted you.

Your eyes rested on the man until a maid came over to you what drink and a plate of food. "here you go," she said kindly and packed it down. You thanked her, and she left. You started to eat when the door opened and in came four hobbits. They seemed tired. The leader, you assumed, which had curly dark hair had evil energy over him. Your mother had told you bout this too. The one Ring. So he was the young master Frodo, ring bearer.

Your purple eyes gleamed at them, but they didn't see you yet.

Your eyes didn't leave them as they seated a table or two away from you. The ginger-haired one, chubby, noticed your subtle gaze but altered his eyes. Your sensitive ears caught his words "hey, that one behind us has done nothin' but staring at you, neither have that one in the corner," he said. The black curled one glanced over his shoulder and met your gaze. His eyes widen with fear. He then gazes at Strider, who pluffed on his pipe softly, the embers who growled lit up his gray eyes.

You assumed the bartender came by with a cup of ale and some bread. Instead, the young hobbit tugged at his arm, and he leaned down. "excuse me, but who is the man in the eh corner" the bartender glanced over at Strider, then said. "one of the rangers. He's known here in the wild as Strider. What his real name is, none know," he said. The black-haired hobbit then glanced to you, and the bartender followed his gaze. "and her... well, I don't know her name, she never told me" he then stood up and continued with his business. You sat quietly watching them and Strider. Then, the dark energy of the Ring grew more vigorous, and you heard his voice of whispers. You closed your eyes to drive out his voice, but the young hobbit was gone when you opened them.

Alert, you stood up quietly and followed movement which reached the stairs. Strider must've taken him. You fowled as a shadow, not making any sound as you listened and stopped as you saw the young dark-haired once friends. Standing outside they were and then brushed inside, things raised. You had to be back a giggle, and you then swiped to the door, staying as quiet and invisible as you could. But you're cower blown when Strider said, "I know you're there, my lady" you stiffed and stepped out of the shadows. "indeed you did, mortal" the hobbits looked surprised to see you while Strider only smiled.

"come in," he said, and yous stepped inside, meeting the young hobbit's gaze. "hello, Master Baggins. My name is Dark scale ." you said and offered a hand he took hesitantly.

-Saph

"Three Rings for the Elven-kings under the sky,
Seven for the Dwarf-lords in their halls of stone,
Nine for Mortal Men, doomed to die,
One for the Dark Lord on his dark throne
In the Land of Mordor, where the Shadows lie.
One Ring to rule them all, One Ring to find them,
One Ring to bring them all and in the darkness bind them.
In the Land of Mordor where the Shadows lie."
