'Stay here and I'll call you inside, enjoy the show.' he pointed to the lookout with a broad grin. Suddenly a big bang rang out. We simultaneously snapped our heads in the direction of the sound. 

'That ' I swallowed a big gulp ' D...?' I whispered to myself, completely shocked.

The sight that greeted me was not very pretty at all. There were limbs and blood everywhere, like in a bad nightmare or horror movie. D's clothes were soaked with blood. His hair was covered in remnants. The air was completely frozen. From D there was only coldness and hatred. What's going on?

'Lilith you can go in.' said the muscle-brain who let us in. The girl was all dressed in black. She was chewing gum as usual. Her hair was in the same braids as always. For some reason I had a very bad feeling.

'Please sit down.' D said to her. The girl cut herself off and sat down on the chair. She crossed her legs and looked at him. 'You must have heard my question, so? '

'It wasn't me.' Lilith said as she took a shot in the leg. I put my hand over my mouth.

'Not a good answer.'

'Boss, believe me! If I'd known, I would have been all over that...'

Another shot. This one hit Lilith's side. Big scream. I got the weeps.

'JK, I can't watch this...' I whispered to myself, crying. Suddenly I felt his hands on my back, pulling me gently to him. For once, his attention was welcome.

'Calm down.' he whispered softly, 'I don't think...'

And another shot. This shot hit her arm. 

'I don't care about unnecessary words! ' he shouted at her and stepped closer. Suddenly he stuck his finger into the wound in her side and began to press hard. She screamed in pain. 'Oh, it's just a little scratch. Stop whining so much! '

It was so cold. I was already shivering. I'd never seen him like that before. He pulled 3 knives out of his pocket, blood dripping from them. Why is he doing this?! Why does he always have to do this?!

I couldn't take it anymore. I pulled away from JK's arms. D's hand was already swinging towards her. I jumped off the bleachers. I HAVE TO GET THERE! I can't let Lilith down! 

In one motion I pushed Lilith off the chair and sat in her seat. 

'WHY?! ' I shouted at him. The knife stopped in mid-air. His eyes went wide.

'You...' he looked at me staring, as if he couldn't believe his eyes that I was here in front of him.

'STAB ME! ' I shouted. 

He was in total shock. There was no longer any hatred in his eyes. His black eyes were shining. I put my hand on her arm and moved it to my thigh.

'If you don't, I will! ' I said, and with a swing I pointed it towards my thigh.

The metal almost touched my skin, but before it could, he pulled my hand away and dropped the knife. Taking advantage of this, I stood up and walked over to Lilith. Her entire body was covered in blood. I immediately took off my leather jacket and pulled my knife out of my boot and started to cut the fabric. I then pressed it against her bleeding spots.

'Hang in there! Please! ' I whispered softly. A smile appeared on his face. 'I'll save you! I promise! '

'I don't think so.' said a figure behind me and then held a gun to my head. 'All the newbies should go down! ' I heard the trigger click. I turned around in one motion and knocked it out of his hand. I twisted his arm behind his back and let it drop to my knee. I put my knee in his back and held the gun to his head.

'Nobody fucking talked to you, dickhead! ' I yanked on the guy and then unloaded the gun and shot him in the thigh. He yelled. I heard a loud whistle. I looked over. It was D. His eyes almost devoured me. A sexy smile appeared on his face.

'Leave it to me baby, take the girl to the supply room.' he walked closer to me and reached for the gun.

'Baby? ' I raised an eyebrow. I must have misheard. I shook my head. Suddenly I felt his hand on my waist. 

'We'll count later.' he whispered in my ear in his deep voice, which simply made my blood boil. My body, instantly tingling, wanted more of him. But I could not move. I felt more embarrassed than ever. His hand slid up my body. My pulse rose in tandem. My heart was pounding in my throat. I began to breathe faster and faster. Why do I feel this every time he touches me or is near me? I can't even think straight. Come on Yana! I've got to, because Lilith's going to bleed out and D...

I stiffly moved my limbs and slowly let go of the guy. D's hand caressed my neck. I could feel his warm breath. His body was almost pressed against me, though not as much as last time, but I could still feel him. I swallowed hard then turned to go to Lilith, but found myself face to face with D. His dark eyes, immediately locked on mine. I could feel his taking me over. I have no idea what possessed me, but I wanted to touch him. I lifted my hand and brought it to my face. At that moment he grabbed my wrist.

'Don't do that...' he swallowed hard and then his expression changed. It was cold again. I nodded and pulled my arm out of his hand and stepped away from him. Now I actually went to Lilith and helped her up and walked with her to the supply room. 'Be in my room at 10 o'clock! ' he said, but I left the room without hearing him, but I could still hear Revorvere's voice echoing in the distance.
