POV

It was night at the Kingdom. Everyone was getting ready to go to bed. Some were already sleeping on the grass and some went inside the Cookie Castle.

You went inside the Cookie Castle. There, you see a Cookie talking to Madeline Cookie.

Your heart was fluttering like crazy. You decided to go to the Cookie when Madeline Cookie left.

"H-Hey there..." You said, shyly.

Espresso turns to face you.

"Oh, hey! I've never seen you before. What's your name?" Espresso Cookie said.

"Y-Y/N." You said.

"Oh cool! That's a pretty name." Espresso Cookie said.

"T-Thank you." You said, still shy.

"Welcome, darling." Espresso Cookie said.

"H-Hey, aren't you tired?" You said, surprised.

"Technically, I was, but I'm not. I mean look at what I have to do tomorrow." Espresso Cookie said, pointing to something.

"Wow! That looks cool! But who are those two Cookies on the front of the stage?" You said.

"Those are Knight Cookie and Princess Cookie. Knight Cookie is Princess Cookie's loyal companion." Espresso Cookie said.

"Wow that's cool! I hope I get to meet those Cookies someday!" You said, happily.

"Shhhh! Be quiet! You're going to wake up the whole Castle!" Espresso Cookie said, putting his hand over your mouth.

"Okay okay! I'll be quiet! You didn't have to cover my mouth you know!" You said, frustrated.

"Okay geez. Sorry." Espresso Cookie said, sadly.

"It's okay. I forgive you." You said, comforting Espresso.

"Heh. Guess you're right." Espresso said.

"Espresso?" You said.

"What is it?" Espresso said.

"Aren't you going to bed?" You said.

"Like I said, no! I'm not going to bed just yet! I need to work on this puppet show! Alchemist, Snow Sugar, and Madeline are all asleep! I can't just wake them up and bother them! I'm not going to bed until this is done!" Espresso Cookie said, very frustrated.

"Well, actually you should. I mean, look. If you don't get enough sleep, then you'll be tired the next morning. It's not healthy for you to not get enough sleep!" You said, mad at Espresso.

Espresso blushed a little.

"Oh, um, sorry Espresso. I didn't mean to make you blush." You said.

"*Sighs* It's fine, Y/N. I don't really care anyways. But at least I'm not mad anymore." Espresso said.

"Okay then. Better not do it again." You said, still mad at Espresso.

"Okay." Said Espresso.

"Are you ready for bed now?" You said.

"Not really."

"Why?" You said.

"Remember what I told you earlier?" Said Espresso.

"Yes."

"Well, I gotta get it done. If I don't, then Alchemist, Snow Sugar, or even Madeline will be mad at me. It isn't going to be nice, I'll tell you." Said Espresso.

"Don't think about that, Espresso. I'm sure you'll get it done. I promise. I mean, look. It's going to be pretty good for you and them. It's okay, Espresso." You said to Espresso.

"Wow, thank you Y/N. I really appreciate it." Espresso said.

"No problem. Now, let's go to bed." You said.

"Alright." Espresso said.

You then went to your room to cuddle with Espresso.

"Ohh.. This bed is comfy. I like it." You said.

"I like it too." Espresso said.

As you were laying on the bed, you suddenly start to fall in love with Espresso.

You continued to lay on the bed while Espresso made some popcorn.

"Alrighty, here's the popcorn. And yes, I made it myself." Espresso said.

"Wow! Thank you Espresso!" You said.

"No problem."

Espresso turned on a movie for both of you.

You then start eating the popcorn while the movie was playing.

While the movie was playing, you confessed to Espresso.

"Espresso, can I tell you something?" You said.

"Sure, what is it?" Espresso said.

"I don't wanna say this, but I really like you very much." You said.

You and Espresso starting blushing.

"W-Wow. I can't believe you actually like me. I really like you too." Espresso said.

You and Espresso shared a kiss with each other.

You both watched the movie while eating popcorn. It was a fun time.
