"SHE'S GOING TO BE MINE", the dark and deep voice echoed through the stolen orc home - Gundabad, near the lonely mountain.
With a loud roar, the brunette woman still heard the loud, and deeply threatening sound of his voice, spitting directly at his own kin. "FIND HER!"
The yelps and cries of orc's where heard through the big and rough stone land.
What they went for? Well..
A brunette woman ran barefoot over the landscapes of the northern endpoint of the Misty Mountains, her eyes burning of the ashes and fire that laid within the orc-home.
Cracking of the branches and dried leafs where surrounding over the deep Mountains, echoing back towards Gundabad and her enemy: Azog, the Defiler.
Utterly defenseless, the beautiful woman ran for her life as fast as she could, while trying to be silent as well- which wasn't very simple after all..
Tired, and completely exhausted, she started to get weaker- she was escaping , but only at the cost of dying from weakness of her own body.. She didn't lack of anything at Gundabad- the exact opposite actually, she was being cared for, had food.. and they did get a bathtub just for her with clean water.
You may want to know what for? Well.. Azog wanted her to be his wife.
Yes, you heard it right. She was a Dunedain, a royality, a beautiful woman that was one of the heirs of Isildur - meaning she had the right to stand upon the throne of Gondor, in second after her brother.. but Aragorn, Son of Arathorn swore the throne off, not wanting that life.
Meaning, she could be the Queen of Gondor, and as the Dark Lord arose once more, in the form of an.. Necromancer, they have the westfront, the nearest part of Mordor.
The young woman still ran, not knowing how they found out of her identity - Princess Felicity, Daughter of Arathorn and the second in line of Isildur's Heir.
The brunette woman always knew that she couldn't hide herself forever, but that it was the day of her 21st Birthday, was utterly confusing.
Of course, Felicity was known to fighting, good at defending herself - was it with a weapon, or her.. womanly charme, many fell for her beauty, others fell for her skills.
And her brother?
He had left her, alone, after he decided that it was best to keep her safe in Rivendell, that she was better off without him anyways - and it pained Felicity, more than anything else ever could.. She was nothing more than a mere child, when Aragorn decided to leave er behind with Lord Elrond, breaking her heart in many pieces - shattered into utter sadness.
And for that, she'd envy him, she'd never forgive him.
Felicity needed him the most at those dark times, and yet again.. he still left her, ignoring her plea and begs to stay with her.
Tears started to form in her eyes at the thought of the past, knowing that she'd probably never see him again. Of course, she'd always love him dearly- he was is only family, but she'd never show that on the outside, she'd never tell anyone that she would be more than just happy seeing him ever again..
Out of utter stupidity, she tripped over a large stone lurking out from the ground, sharpened and accidently slicing a little piece of a thin, burning line onto her leg.
With a deeply, inhaled breath, she tried to supress the pain of the wound, knowing, that she'd just give the Wargs a trail from her sound, sadly, they smelled her blood as well..
"Not good.", she mumbled, through gritted teeth, looking around for a little hole or any other hiding space, until the Pets of the Orcs had disappeared back into the slimy home they crawled out.
With a risen heartbeat and sweat forming onto her tired and dirtied forehead, she closed her eyes, in exhaustion, waiting for them to either catch her, or go away.
Those are dark times, sixty years after Smaug had stolen Erebor from the Dwarves, from Durin's line, something changed, it wasn't just everyone else, every creature that was roaming around middle-earth.. but every landscape, every stone and every wood did as well.
Very unsual though..
But as the hope had left the young woman, the loud gallops of horses aroused into her ears, sounding like heaven to her.
She was never as happy as in that moment to see any other creatures besides Orcs, nice and helpful creatures.
"Felicity! A gurtha le, innas lin!" (Felicity, finally we found you!")
Relieved, and smiling tiredly, she opened her eyes. "Im melin guren, Herdir Elrond. Man prestaen le?"(I'm very glad you came, Lord Elrond. How can I thank you?), she said while exhaling a deep breath.
"Hiril linio? Tinio i ngell lin, mellon nîn." (Thank me? Let's get you out of here, my child.)
"Hannon le.", she whispered, as her dereast friend got down from his horse, only to get his other sons - Elladan and Elrohir, to get her back safely into Imladris.
As Elladan got her onto his horse, she breathed relieved, calmed- knowing that she was in safe hands now. "Cuio le pedi, ammen dîn le Imladris.", (Rest for a bit, until we see each other in Imladris) was the last thing she heard, when she nodded, thanking the Lord of Rivendell once again before the two sons of him rode off, leaving their father in the Distance to fight off the orcs of Gundabad.
Felicity fell into a slumber, feeling happy to be back in the beautiful home of her friends, her foster home.
It was funny though, because not to long after, she woke up - her eyelids opening only to blink a few more times to get used to the brightness, as she sat up, trying to get a glimpse of the room, of her surroundings.
"Ae! Túlitha! Iôn im govaded, nîn hûn ú-'worrya.", (Finally! You're awake! I was so worried about you.) an old, known and feminine voice said, while flashing a concerned, yet happy glance at her friend.
Felicity knew to whom that gracefully sounding melodie belonged - Arwen Undomiel, her oldest, and best friend, the most enchanting elf she had ever gotten to known - and the lover of her brother.
"Arwen.", she softly returned, with a relieved expression.
"We were so worried about you.." the black-haired elf started. "We thought-"
Felicity chuckled, shaking her head. "I'm here, mellon.", she whispered softly, as she opened her arms, only for Arwen to embrace her into a big, longing hug. "That is all that matters right now."
"We heard of Azog.."
The brunette Dunedain nodded. "If it wasn't for your Father and Brothers..-"
"You would be dead."
"I would be married.", she corrected her friend, earning a disgusted expression, causing Felicity herself to chuckle. "Let us just be happy that they found me before anything bad happened.."
"How come, he wanted to marry you?"
With a shrugg, she moved out of the bed, seeing a bandage over her sliced open leg, smiling at the act of Elrond's kindness towards her. "Man le adar lin?", (Where's your father?) she asked, trying to change the subject.
Felicity knew, if Arwen found out, that they found out, who she really was, she'd lock her into a room and never let her leave Imladris ever again, because of the vow and promise she made.
To her brother.
"Na autho orchui go hwest, mîr nîn. Goheno, oen i ardhon lin.", (Do not try to change the subject. I know what you're doing) she scolded her, earning an amused chuckle from the brunette woman, as she shrugged her friend of. "I don't know."
"What do you mean? "You don't know?"", she questioned back, making Felicity innocently glance at her. "You can not leave Imladris, then get KIDNAPPED by AZOG just to simply, ' DO NO' know, what he wanted with you."
"It is, what it is, Arwen.", she answered, simply standing up.
Felicity hated to lie towards her best friend, but her mind wasn't really in the mood for scolding, or parenting or whatever. She didn't need anybody to look after her, and she very well knew that.
"Now, tell me.. Where is your father?"
"Still not back yet.", she sighed, shaking her head judgingly. Arwen knew, that Felicity didn't tell her, because she knew, that she'd send message to Aragorn, and then, the brunette sister would have to go through unecessary drama again. "I think, that they are going to be back in a week."
Felicity raised an eyebrow. "How come?"
"I am leaving Rivendell to spend a month in Lothlorien.", she answered, quite remorseful. She was sad, yes, but Felicity wouldn't mind. "I am meeting my father on our border, until we reach the forest of Calas Galadrhon."
"And then he'll return?"
"Yes."
