Y/N POV:

I grabbed my favorite sweater vest and tossed it over my white polo shirt, tucking the shirt into my pleated mini-skirt. I was feeling pretty good about my outfit. With my bag slung over my shoulder, I stepped out onto the porch.

You might be wondering where my parents are. Honestly? They're always off on some vacation, leaving me home alone most of the time. At first, it bothered me, but now I kinda love it. I can do whatever I want—no rules, no one telling me to clean my room or finish my homework. Perfect.

My friends and I had been hustling to save up money by selling all the random stuff we didn't need anymore. We pooled our cash to buy tickets to this amusement park we've all been dying to hit up for my birthday. I was seriously excited!

I stood on the porch, tapping my foot, hoping my friends remembered what today was. Just then, a white car pulled up in front of my house. Yes! They finally arrived! I jumped off the porch and opened the car door, hopping inside.

"Hey, Y/N!" Christine grinned at me from the back seat. "You excited?"

"Hell yeah!" I shot back, sliding into the middle seat. Christine's sister, Jenny, was behind the wheel, ready to drive us to the theme park.

"Oh my gosh, did you hear that Hazbin Hotel season 2 is coming out soon?!" I blurted out, practically vibrating with excitement. I was totally obsessed with the show.

"YES! EEK!" Christine squealed, and I could see her bouncing in her seat.

"And there's gonna be a new character, right? Baxter or something?" I added, practically bouncing too.

"Yeah, and Crymini too!" Kristen chimed in, flipping her hair over her shoulder.

"I heard there's a chance Lucifer might die in the third or fourth season! I'm actually gonna start sobbing if that happens," I said, wide-eyed.

"The king of Hell? No way!" Kristen exclaimed, her jaw-dropping.

To keep the energy up, Kristen pulled out her phone and started playing "Hell's Greatest Dad."

"Looks like you could use some help..." Kristen started, and then we all chimed in, "From the big boss of Hell himself!"

We sang along to the soundtrack, practically screaming the lyrics and cracking up while doing so. Time flew by, and after what felt like a super long half-hour of singing our hearts out, we finally arrived at the theme park.

"Alright, kids, stay safe! Christine, do you have everything?" Jenny asked, glancing back at us.

"Yes, Jenny... I have everything. I'm not THAT dumb," Christine rolled her eyes, a smirk on her face.

"Yeah, says the one who was as blind as Adrien Agreste when Alex kissed your cheek. You seriously thought she didn't like you after that!" Kristen teased, laughing.

"Hey, she's got a point!" I chimed in, grinning.

Christine groaned, "Yeah, yeah, whatever. Bye, Jen!" she said, slamming the door behind her as we all jumped out, buzzing with excitement.
