     Adalynn Diaz , formerly Adalynn Hartz. Adalynn was adopted by the Diaz's at age six after a long legal process which ended with her abusive father in jail and her mother wherever the hell she was after saving the young five year old girl with her father but Adalynn never really mentioned that she was adopted in her eyes she was a Diaz through and through plus the siblings she gained, they definitely acted like siblings.

One day something in Adalynn clicked and she knew she had to be a firefighter. After about a year at her firehouse her brother Eddie decided to move to LA and became a firefighter but Adalynn being Adalynn she had to go with her brother and her nephew Christopher so she dropped her life which couldn't have came at a better time for the girl considering a certain ex was walking around her firehouse and the two Diaz's got recruited by the captain of the 118.

Now what happens if a certain firefighter catches the girls eye but her strict rule of no in house dating gets in the way and what if his attitude towards her brother causes some tension between the two firefighters?
