born from the dust and ashes of the past, renaissance gives 26 girls the second chance to debut in the nation's next girl group

a lone trainee sits in an empty room, her name card wrapped around her torso, but her face is blurred.

"what brings you here?"

"my group is practically disbanded"

the clip changes to the next competitor.

"i've been with this company since 2014"

"they cut me from the lineup after i practically raised the members"

"this is my third company in as many years"

the screen fades to black.

"so do you think you'll make it?"

"i have no other choice. this isn't my first survival show, but it's my last chance to achieve my dream."
