"Just a call—I'll be quick." I said and left. I walked out of the hall, went into the corridor, and checked the caller ID, it was a unknown number still I decided to answer the call

(On the call)

Me :- Hello.

??? :- Hello, Am I speaking Ms. Y/n ?

Me :- Yes that's me. May I know whom am I speaking to.

??? :- I'm a reporter from Mazzini. Congratulations on your award!

Me :- Oh, thank you! How can I help you?

Reporter :- I wanted to ask if you're available tomorrow for a photoshoot. We'd love to feature you on the Mazzini cover.

Me :- Yes, I'm free tomorrow. I'd be happy to do it.

Reporter :- Perfect! I'll send you the location and timing details shortly. Thank you, and congratulations again!

Me :- Thank you! I'll be waiting for the details. Goodbye

With that I hang the call and was about go back to hall. But someone tapped my shoulder, I turned around and got shocked by the sudden appearance of.....

Jungkook's pov

After the performance. I headed back toward the changing room with the hyungs.

I need to go to the washroom. So, I kept my mic and earpiece on the dressing table and went out. I went to washroom and did my business and walked back to changing room.

When I came back, I spotted Y/n talking on the phone in the hallway. I walked towards her as I couldn't resist the chance to reconnect. I waited for her to finish the call, then gently tapped her shoulder.

She turned and broke into a smile. "Jungkook! How are you?"

" Hi Y/n. I am fine. what about you? " I replied

" I am fine too.. What are you doing here? " She said

"I was on my way back to the changing room, but I saw you and figured it's been so long—thought I'd say hi!" I said

She laughed. "It really has been a long time. I don't think we've met up since we graduated."

" Yes.. You are right.. We didn't even meet after the highschool ended. " I replied and was about to ask if she was free tomorrow but suddenly her phone buzzed . She checked her phone. " That is near by my house" she said with a smiled.

" What's that? " I said

she showed me her phone and said "Oh, it's just the details for a photoshoot I have tomorrow. It's at a location near my house."

" Ohh great " I replied, trying to hide my disappointment that she might be busy.

" Yes you are right... Btw I need to go my friend might be waiting for me. Bye kookie~ See you later" she said with a smile

I was not willing to say bye, But i also need to go Hyung might be waiting for me too, " Okay bye Y/n. See you later" I finally said, she turned to leave

"Hey wait. Can I get your number? " I said out of a blue, She stopped and looked me for a while

" Yea sure. Give your phone I will type it" She said and took my phone and typed her number " Here you go." she said and gave my phone back.

" Thank you, Bye... Take care of yourself " i said

" You too Jungkook.." she replied and left . I went to the changing room.

"Where'd you disappear to?" Taehyung asked as I walked in.

" Ah- I went to the washroom- " I was saying but got cut by Jimin

" I thought we don't have any work tomorrow. But-" Jimin said with a pout

" What happened Jimin ?" Taehyung asked

" Didn't you check the group chat? We have a photoshoot tomorrow. " Jimin said

"Really?" Taehyung asked, pulling out his phone.

I checked mine as well, and my face broke into a smile. The shoot location matched Y/n's.

" Why are you smiling Jungkook? Aren't you sad about it?" Jimin said....
