Nothing really interesting happened after the funerals aside from that incident with nurbanu , next time she ever disrespects me i'll put her in her place .

But i had no time to think about her because i was gonna go back to manisa after some couple days and i really wanted to comeback . The palace stressed me out and everyday was a new challenge for me

I nodded at her and looked at nurbahar next to me

" Just go back to my room and take care of ibrahim " i put a light tap on her shoulder before i left my room towards hurrem sultan .

I walked towards the center of the room and bowed to her and mihrimah sultan who was seated next to her , i didn't like the tension in the room at all .

I cautiously walked towards her and sat next to her . Her eyes went right to mine and then she began to speak .

" I will try to make it quick now " she looked at her daughter then stared back at me 

" Now mustafa is no longer and it means that my son mehmet is the rightful owner of the throne " she crossed her legs then her gaze changed into a challenging one .

" you will be the one to take my place  years from now  " she continued " i want you to keep your eyes on my son "

" You don't have to worry , i am taking good care of him " she nodded after my words

" and specially try to make him keep the good relationship with his father and brothers " before i could speak she continued

" Or it will be easy for me to replace you with nurbanu and you will never comeback again " my eyes widen at her words , never thought she will be disrespectful withoug trying to hide it

" Nurbanu won't stand a chance next to me and if someone gets on my nerve or try to hurt me or my family i will crush them " i refeered to her and nurbanu

"Ruya , it's fine now mother was just trying to let you know no need to get angry my dear " mihrimah gave me a faint smile that i ignored  .

" Now if you permit me " i stood up and bowed to them then hurried to get out .

She really knew how to piss me off , she thought that i would follow her orders and do as she says but she didn't see what i am capable of yet .

I went back to my room but i heard some whispers in the hallway , i took some steps back and hid behind the wall .

" Canfeda i am finished if someone hears that it was me who told beyazid's secret to his majesty " i heard nurbanu panicking and then i knew it was something serious

Because someone revealed lately that beyazid was secretly married to hatice sultan's daughter .

So it was her the whole time ?

" Look i am just gonna put the blame on someone i can't risk my life or selim's " she said quietly to her maid .

" Let's put it on ruya sultan , it's a chance to get rid of her right ? " canfeda broke the silence with this idea .

" If she wasn't a strong enemy i wouldn't have hesitated for a moment and get rid of her " nurbanu continued as she clicked her shoes with the ground .

I thought deeply about it and then decided to leave , now i knew two secrets about nurbanu and i knew i could end her whenever i want .

She acknowdelged my power and that no one can mess with me but now i'm not gonna let her slip away from my hands .
