Summary Part II:

Ryder Hale has, against his will and wishes, moved back to Beacon Hills with his... Derek. Their relationship is complicated and complex to say the least. Derek is Ryder's uncle, brother, father, and best friend all wrapped in one, but the most important role he has in Ryder's life is guardian. So when a member of the Hale family is murdered, Derek drags Ryder right back to Beacon Hills with him to investigate. But what he didn't expect to happen was to have to stay, or even worse- want to stay.

So when the mystery alpha on the loose bites a asthmatic, nerdy teenager and Derek tells Ryder to help him take care of it he quickly discovers that Scott McCall comes in a package deal with two of the most sporadic, headachingly interesting siblings that becomes Derek and Ryder's begrudgingly favorite pain in the ass, and Ryder almost finds himself enjoying life, friends, high school, sports, and Beacon Hills once again.

Ryder might have accidently found his home,
in more ways then one...
