All three of them groaned in pain and rubbed their heads. The two boys gazed at Mavis, who returned the look. ¨Are you okay vee?¨ ¨Yeah, I think so..¨ Mavis and M/n gazed at each other for a hot minute and their eyes glowed.

M/n was trailing off before he got cut off by Drac¨What about you John-¨ Drac blocked the boys' view from Mavis with his cape. ¨Mavis, honey, are you all right?¨ he asked concerned. ¨Yeah... That was weird¨

¨Oh, my head hurts...¨ Johnny groaned. ¨I told you to slow the broom down.¨

¨Um, who is that? And M/n is here?¨

Even though she already saw the two boys, he tried to deny it. ¨Who is what? Oh! Oh, that? That is uh... nobody,¨ Drac saying that caused M/n have disbelief. ¨What? Dad, seriously?/Seriously, Dad?¨ M/n and Mavis said at the same time. Johnny moved his side of the cape out of the way ¨Dad?!!¨

¨Yeah, I know. Dracula's son and daughter. Everybody freaks out at first. Well, except for M/n.¨ ¨Yeah, Dracula's pretty scary to some monsters,¨ M/n added. ¨SON AND DAUGHTER??! MONSTERS?!!...DRACULA?!¨ Drac re-covered Johnny's face. ¨Okay, we gotta go,¨ he says as he glances at M/n before swooping Johnny up. M/n sighed, pouting. ¨Aw man...(- > -)¨ then M/n also left.

Mavis couldn't help but feel suspicious of how her dad was acting. His behavior seemed off, and she couldn't quite put her finger on why.

Drac opened and closed the door to his bedroom. M/n appeared and Drac heard him sigh. ¨Why did I have to come along?¨ ¨To the side, now,¨ he ordered, pointing to the side of the room. M/n made pouting noises as he went to the side as Drac followed. ¨Why did you bring a human here? You know the hotel policy prohibits any humans from entering. This place was meant to be a safe haven for monsters, away from those who might harm us. And you choose to break that one rule. You know what happened that day...¨ he ranted. M/n sighed. ¨I wanted to surprise Vee with another gift in person, and I don't think Johnny is a bad person. Just take a look at him, he's harmless,¨ M/n explained. They both looked over at Johnny and he was curiously checking out the knight suit that was in the room. It seemed like Drac was unhappy with how Johnny was behaving at the moment. ¨And besides, you don't have to worry, ill watch him,¨M/n finished. Then Drac headed over to Johnny which scared him as he began scrambling away from Drac. ¨Please don't kill me! I'm so young! I have so many places I want to see! I've got tickets to 6 Dave Matthews Band concerts!¨he exclaimed. ¨I'm gettin' out of here!¨ He trembled with fear as he cautiously opened a hatch door, only to quickly shut it back again when he saw the monster lurking inside. The creature let out a fierce growl that sent chills down his spine, leaving him even more frightened than before and he ran out of it. ¨[to Johnny] Shut up, already. It's impossible for me to think with all your noise. [to Glen]Sorry, Glen! Go back to sleep!¨Drac let out a frustrated sigh before calmly addressing the intimidating monster, which responded with a deafening roar.

Johnny calmed down seeing that Drac wasn't chasing him anymore. ¨Wait. Aren't you going to suck my blood?¨ This caused Drac to scoff ¨Classic human paranoia. Human blood is so fatty, and you never know where it's been.¨ Drac says. ¨So, Dracula doesn't drink blood?¨

¨Ew, Johnny seriously¨ M/n's face scrunched up. ¨What I'm just asking,¨ Johnny remarked as he whisper yelled. ¨, I use a blood substitute. Either Near Blood or Blood Beaters. You can't tell the difference,¨ he told Johnny. ¨Wait- so since M/n is also your son, and Mavis, does that mean they drink blood,¨ ¨What no!¨

¨No. We vampires don't drink blood,¨ Drac told him. In the back, you could see M/n crossing his arms unsatisfied and punting as he said gross.

¨So, wow, you're, like, the real Count Dracula. Like, I'm Dracula. Bleh, bleh-bleh.¨ Johnny says imitating Drac again while M/ns lightly copied him as he chuckled. Drac was slightly annoyed by that ¨I've never said that in my life. Bleh, bleh-bleh. I don't know where that comes from.¨

¨Can I just ask, what exactly is this place?¨

¨What is this place? It's a place I built for all those monsters out there, lurkin' in the shadows, hidin' from the persecution of humankind. A place for them and their families to come to and be themselves. A place void of torches, pitchforks, angry mobs. A place of peace, relaxation, and tranquility.¨ 'Bruh, i helped a little too'

¨Cool. So, it's like a hotel for monsters?¨ M/n deadpanned and sarcastically says ¨No Jonny its a hotel for monsters (_-_)¨

¨Oh. Wait- i just said that!¨ Drac sighed because he knew Jonny wouldn't get it. ¨Yes, exactly. "A hotel for monsters." Way to sum it up(-_-)¨ Drac turns into a bat. ¨Okay, hop on my back. We're leaving. N/n, give me a hand,¨ ¨Oh, man, you're a bat now?!¨

Drac picked up Johnny from the jacket's collar and saw M/n wasn't there beside him already so he looked. ¨What? Why're you making that face?¨ M/n'ś eyes had gotten big as he stared at Drac. ¨You haven't called me that in so long¨ ¨Just help me here, this kid is heavy(-_-)Actually, you just make sure he doesnt fall,¨ ¨Okay, okay! (^c^)¨ M/n cheerful said turning into a bat. ¨Woah, you're a bat too! Man, that's so cool! I always wanted to fly. What's it like? This is insane!¨ Johnny exclaimed then quickly holding his limbs out so they couldn't fly out the window ¨Wait. Wait, I want to stay. Can Frankenstein sign my costume? Can I meet the Invisible Man? Hey, if I stuck my hand in the Invisible Man's mouth, would it disappear?¨ he ranted. ¨Hi¨ Mavis dramatically swooped into the room, transforming back into her human form as she struck a pose in the window frame.(yk her usual stance)

¨Hey Vee!¨ M/n smiled and turned back into his human form leaving Drac to hold Johnny by himself. ¨Hey M/n! I'm so happy to see you!¨ she exclaimed as they did a spun hug. ¨I couldn't wait to see you either! Oh! I got you another gift, but I want you to open it with the other one I for you¨ ¨Reallyʕπﻌπ๑ʔ You're so sweet!¨ During their sweet moment, she noticed her dad trying to sneak Johnny out the window quietly and quickly. ¨Uhh, Dad what're you doing?¨

¨Mavey! What are you doin', my sweet little blood orange? Our friend was just leaving,¨ he chuckled nervously. ¨Yeah, he was flying me out the window,¨ Johnny nonchalantly stated. ¨This guy, he's so funny. Look, you have something on your face. Play along if you ever want to see your precious backpack.¨ he threatened. ¨Whoa. So, wait, you didn't have any clothes on when you were a bat? Or were they bat-sized?¨ Johnny chuckled asking Mavis. M/n went from happy to seeing Mavis to upset pouty face. He hissed Johnnys way and Mavis being innocent, didnt understand what he meant. ¨Who exactly is that?¨
