Brook POV
I was watching probably my 100th episode of Gossip Girl when someone rang the door bell.
That TV series is like an addition, it's too good so I always end up watching a thousand episodes.
Whoever was at the door kept ringing so I got out of bed and walked downstairs to open the door. It was Sonny.

He's my best friend and I love him to bits. We are not actually the perfect duo since I'm very outgoing, energetic and loud while he's very quiet, chilled and introvert but we make it work. We actually met through my boyfriend Jack cuz Sonny is also Jack's best friend so that's how it all started.

"Were you still watching that TV show?" He asked after he walked inside.
"Listen, its an addiction. You should watch it too" I defended myself.
"Ok ok. Well, where is Jack? I need to tell you guys some news"
"He's not home yet. He called 30 mins ago saying that he's busy at work so he'll come home very late but what's the news about?"
I was very curious at this point.
"...maybe I have a date but maybe..." he shyly said.
"Omg! Yes! You have a date!"
I was beyond excited for Sonny.
"Ok but calm down. I'm not sure if she's the right one so don't get excited yet" he said.
"I'm sure she's amazing and perfect for you. You have to have faith" I reassured him.
He nodded and sat on the sofa.
"Since Jack isn't home yet, we can do something" he proposed.
"Ok choose a movie and I'll get the drinks"

I went to the kitchen and prepared a cup of tea for Sonny and some hot chocolate for me, I also had some buiscuits left so I put them in a bowl for us.
While I was preparing, I couldn't stop worrying about Jack. He always comes home late and I know he's busy cuz of work but what if... no you trust him Brooklyn! He won't ever cheat on you so you don't have to worry.
I breathed in and out to calm myself then walked back to the living room.

We chilled on the sofa and ended up talking more than watching the movie but it's ok since I love chatting with Sonny.
He told me about this new girl and what he had planned for their first date.
Her name is Hannah and she seems a really nice girl so I hope that everything goes well between them cuz I want Sonny to be happy.
"So how is it going with Jack?" He asked changing subject.
"I guess well... he's always at home late but it's ok. It's just..."
I stopped cuz I wasn't sure if I should say or even think about this.
"What Brook?" Sonny asked a bit concerned.
"Emm... I don't know. I feel like he could get tired of me and might cheat but I know it's just a stupid thought"
Sonny smiled at me softly and gave me one of his brea hugs.
"It's not stupid Brooky. You just care and it's alright. I know Jack better then anyone else and trust me when I tell you that he will never cheat, he loves you too much to do that"
I don't deserve Sonny, he's always there for me.

Jack POV
It was about 11 pm and I was super tired, my boss kept me at work for no reason and now I just want to go home and cuddle my boyfriend.

Once I pulled up in the driveway, I noticed that the lights were still on.
Why was Brook still awake?
When I entered, I got my answer. Brook and Sonny were asleep on the couch all cuddled up while the TV was still on.
I stayed there admiring my beautiful boyfriend, sometimes I feel bad cuz I should be home early and spend time with Brook instead I come home at 11 pm.

I picked Brook up bridal style and brought him to our bedroom, he nuzzled into my chest midway and I calmed him down with a soft kiss. After I put him in bed and softly whispered: "I love you more than anything".
After, I went downstairs and put a blanket on Sonny and turned off the TV. I let out a sigh since today has been a really long day.

Time skip -a week later-
Today Sonny will have his first date with this girl he met online. He asked me and Brook for help so we set up a romantic dinner at our house but the curly boy was more than nervous.
"Mate, it's gonna be ok" I tried to reassure him.
"Yeah, me and Jack will be right here in the kitchen if something goes wrong" Brook added.

After a couple of minutes, Hannah arrived and Brook went to open the door but when I saw her, I was more then surprised.
"Jack?!" She said shocked.
"Yeah!" I said and went to hug her.
Brook and Sonny just stood there confused.
"Oh, me and Hannah work together that's how I know her" I explained.
"Well, I thought that I had a date with Sonny" she joked.
"Yeah sorry. You guys can go to the dining room, the food will be there soon" I said to the couple.
"So you and Hannah stay at work till late together...?" Brook asked a bit nervous.
"Yes but we just work together babe" I said with a kiss after.
"And I love only you" I added hugging him.
He nodded and after, we went to prepare dinner for Sonny's date.

The date seemed to go well cuz I've never seen Sonny this happy in my life so I'm really hopeful. Also Hannah is an amazing girl and they would be a really cute couple.

Brook POV -a month after-
After that date, Sonny and Hannah got together and she moved in with him. I'm really happy for them but I'm still worried about Jack.
He keeps coming home late and I think he's with Hannah all the time. I needed to calm down so I called Sonny, who came over after 5 mins.
At the beginning I tried to avoid the topic but at one point I couldn't anymore.
"What if he's cheating? I shouldn't think about those things but I can't help it" I started to cry.
"Hey... it's ok. When he'll come home, we'll talk to him ok?"
I nodded and he hugged me tight.

We stayed there for hours in the same position when the front door opened. Jack walked in with Hannah right behind laughing and smiling, at that sight I couldn't hold my tears anymore.
"Babe why are you here?" Hannah asked.
"And why are you crying baby?" Jack asked me really worried.
"No, now you guys explain what is going on..." Sonny said with a serious tone.
"What are you talking about? We just came back from work and Jack wanted to show me something so I came here but I'm confused..." Hannah defended.
Sonny seemed to believe her but I couldn't look at Jack in the eyes.
"Brook why are you crying? What's wrong?" He asked softly.
I gulped and admitted everything.
"I was scared that you were cheating on me with Hannah and I know that I should trust you but..."
I broke down and Jack held me in his arms. He rubbed my back and kissed my head multiple times till I calmed down.
"Brooky... I would never cheat on you, never. I have eyes only for you and you have to remember that I'm gay as fuck so I would never cheat on you with Hannah, sorry no offence"
Hannah laughed at the statement.
"Also I love Sonny and Jack is not really my type so I could never" she added kissing Sonny's cheek.
"I'm sorry if I though about you cheating" i shyly said.
"It's ok baby, I'm not mad. I could never"
He hugged me again. We kissed passionately and since that day I had no doubts about our relationship. I trust Jack.
