PERSONALITY.   oliver is a sweet little cutie who gives off major peeta mellark vibes to me. with a slightly lopsided, goofy grin and a heart of pure gold, he's basically as wholesome as it gets. he's extremely selfless and would do absolutely anything for a friend in need. he sometimes tends to let his emotions get the best of him, and he doesn't take criticism very well, but he's always quick to try and mend his mistakes. all in all, this boy is like the physical embodiment of what a golden retriever would be like in human form.

BACKSTORY.   oliver grew up as the baby of the family. his siblings were much older than him, however, so he was left to play legos by himself while they were off at college. that was, until he met his best friend and they essentially became attached at the hip. as they grew up together and eventually matured, romantic feelings started becoming involved as well. and so the story begins...
