basically, two people (strangers to each other) are riding bikes and crash into each other. One (or both) person's bike was demolished (not much logic but eh i don't care) and the other insists that they repay them for the accident

So they continually meet up in strange coincidences, maybe they work together or idk, you decide. 

eventually the person buys the other a new bike and happy days and sunshine

yeah, i'm cringe, please send help.

Also, i got this idea because one time i was taking out the trash and was almost ran over by these guys riding bikes.
