elizabeth walked up to daniel, taking a deep breath, "hey, um, do you think you could take me home?"

"yeah, give me one second," he gave her a small smile, wondering why she wanted to go home all of a sudden, but decided not to question her decisions.

elizabeth nodded, before walking back to the couch to reterive her belongings. she walked over to the door and leaned on it, waiting for daniel to finish up with whatever he was doing. she made eye contact with zach for a quick second. he gave her a look that asked, "you okay?" she nodded in response.

elizabeth sighed once again before seeing daniel walk over to her, "you ready to go?"

"yeah," she smiled slightly, before turning on her heal and exiting the room. daniel said his goodbyes to his friends, none of them questioning why they were suddenly leaving.

once they were out of the building, elizabeth walked to daniel's car rather quickly. he noticed her change of mood becoming concerned and confused.

"hey, is everything alright?" he asked as they got in the car, "you're acting... different."

"oh, yeah, i'm fine. sorry, i just want to be home when my parents arrive. don't want them worrying about me," she lied. her parents weren't going to be home until 12:00 am.

she mostly wanted to go home so she could figure out what she was feeling about him. she obviously couldn't do it when daniel was in her presence because she would convince herself more than she already has about her "feelings" for the boy.

he nodded, and turned on the car, beginning the journey back to her house. everyone in a while, elizabeth would tell him where to turn, or what road to take. soon enough, she was back at her house.

he parked, and she quickly grabbed her things, "thanks again for today. you have no idea how much it meant to me."

"yeah, no problem," he watched as she got out of the car, she smiled before closing the door and of course, he smiled back. she walked up to her front door before waving at him one last time.

once she was actually inside her house, she took a deep breath, and heard his car start driving away. elizabeth walked up to her room, throwing her things in the ground before climbing onto her bed.

elizabeth closed her eyes, and did a mini recap of the days events. she smiled to herself at the thought of daniel. but little did she know, daniel was doing the same thing she was doing.

the blonde boy drove back to the studio constantly thinking about elizabeth. although he was still worried about the girl, he decided to trust her decisions and let it go.

daniel arrived to the studio he was at not too long ago, and walked into the recording room.

"whyd she want to leave?" corbyn asked, taking his attention away from his task and looking at daniel.

"i have to clue. she said it was because she wanted to be there when her parents got back from work but," he sighed, "i don't know."

"speaking of elizabeth," jack chimed in, "why did you go meet up with her in the first place?"

"she had an anxiety attack," daniel explained as their eyes widened slightly, "i still don't know why she decided to text me, but she did."

"she didn't tell me that when her and i were talking," zach said, in a confused tone.

"she probably just didn't want to stress anyone out," jonah looked over at daniel, and he nodded in agreement.

"she's really nice," corbyn spoke up, in attempt to change the subject, "i mean, i barely got the chance to talk to her, but in the 2 seconds i did talk to her she was very.. accepting."

"yeah," daniel smiled. jack laughed at his reaction, "what?"

"nothing," jack laughed again, "i've just never seen you act this way about a girl."

"what do you mean?"

"i mean, you're happier, in a sense. you never even met the girl before today, but decided to go help her with an anxiety attack. whether you want to hear this or not, but i think you like her."

daniel stopped. he never really thought anything of it. he saw his sudden actions as acts of kindness, nothing else. but when he heard jack say that, it's like the whole world stopped.

"i don't know what you're talking about," daniel said quickly, earning a laugh from his friends.

"sure," zach smiled before going back to what he was doing before.

daniel stood there for a while longer, while his friends got back to work. he didn't know what he was feeling, but he wanted to figure it out.

daniel seavey was in fact falling for elizabeth ray.
