cass has very few predominant emotions. they include annoyed, un-annoyed, and pissed off—the latter being her most commonly expressed. she always seems to be raging about something, or complaining, or using her sharp wit and biting sarcasm to tease others. it's all in good fun, though. cassie isn't so mean as to be cruel, and she is a pleasure for one to be around, if he or she can handle her presence.

cassie's anger is less superficial than it seems, however. she is sensitive—she tends to feel things so deeply that to express everything would destroy her; she would be a sobbing heap on the floor in response the tiniest of things, unable to control herself. and cass doesn't like when she lacks control of a situation. so she lies to herself and masks everything behind anger and annoyance, alienation, and selfish behavior. sometimes, she pushes people away. sometimes, she's lonely.

but most of the time cass is surprisingly willing to be friends. friends doesn't mean friendly, though. her favorite pastime involves torturing her friends to no end—teasing and taunting. she does sometimes cause fights, but her disinterest in holding a grudge allows them to be quickly forgotten, and her regular behavior resumes. she likes to think that she's filling a bit of a position—she's the slightly sadistic, cynical bad cop of the group. it's fun.

she's also probably the most ballsy of the crew—for a child of athena, cass often forgoes rational thinking for reckless action. as a result, cassandra is guilty of leaving messes—both physical and emotional—for other people to clean up. she doesn't really care about the consequences of her actions, though, a trait that makes her immaturity painfully clear.

music. she goes nowhere without her ipod (cellularly disconnected, of course—gotta keep away the monsters) and earphones. she also enjoys reading, as every child of athena does, and logic puzzles. those have to be her favorite. she tends to solve them in her spare time with pink floyd blaring through her headphones. cassie also (begrudgingly) likes her friends and loves using her brilliant mind for trivial things like getting out of chores.
