❝ 𝑫𝒂𝒊𝒔𝒚 𝑱𝒐𝒉𝒏𝒔𝒐𝒏, formerly known as Skye and originally a skilled hacktivist working with the Rising Tide, sought to uncover the truth about her parents by hacking into classified files. Her efforts led her to breach S.H.I.E.L.D.'s systems, resulting in her capture. Nick Fury saw her potential and offered her a chance to join the Avengers instead of facing consequences.

Under Natasha Romanoff's mentorship, Daisy honed her combat skills and gradually became an important part of the team. During a mission in Russia with Natasha, Daisy was exposed to Terrigen Crystals, which activated her latent powers to manipulate vibrations, granting her the ability to affect all matter.

𝑫𝒂𝒊𝒔𝒚'𝒔 role in the Avengers grew further, and her bond with Natasha became stronger, as Natasha guided her transformation from a determined but inexperienced recruit into a formidable hero. But just before the battle at the airport, Daisy's life takes an unexpected turn when she encounters a woman who claims to be her mother - Jiaying. Having thought Jiaying was long gone, Daisy is initially skeptical but is drawn to her mother's sudden appearance and her ability to help Daisy hone her powers.

Jiaying, a skilled and powerful agent, acts as though she's been seeking Daisy out for years, eager to reconnect with her daughter and help her unlock the true potential of her seismic abilities. The bond they quickly form feels almost too good to be true. However, Daisy soon uncovers the truth - Jiaying has been working with Hydra all along and had teamed up with Hydra operative Helmut Zemo.

When Daisy confronts her, Jiaying tries to absorb her energy, but Daisy escapes. Jiaying then escapes along with Helmut Zemo, though they later split up. Zemo's schemes lead to the escalation of the conflict, while Jiaying vanishes into hiding. Daisy is left devastated by her mother's betrayal.

By the time they had to sign the Sokovia Accords, Daisy aligned herself with Captain America's team, believing in the importance of personal freedom over government control.

However, using her powers so intensely during the battle took a toll on her body. Her hands began to fracture due to the strain of creating powerful vibrations repeatedly. This was a risk she had already faced, as her powers caused small fractures during the first mission against Rumlow, but the damage was much more severe during the fight at the airport.

After the battle, Daisy chose to flee rather than be imprisoned, feeling conflicted and heartbroken by the division among the Avengers. ❞
