The last few weeks had been in preparation for Luisa's quinceanera. It had been alot of work the group had to admit but it was going to be worth it in the end.
The day after Mason's parents were found the Wests got a knock on the door and saw it was Mallory Wickerson with bags under her eyes. She was there to invite Bailey to her parents funeral, she told the girl that her parents loved her and knew it would help Alexis if she was there. So Bailey being the girl she was went to the funeral, despite the events of the night before
The Cassie and Bailey were currently getting ready for the next couple hours. The dress Luisa had chosen for the court was a simple navy blue long blackless tulle dress with white vans. Cassie had her hair half up, half down and Bailey had curled her hair slightly.
Callie was adding the finishing touches to her present for Luisa when Iris called them downstairs telling them they had to go.

The venue was gorgeous. From the set up of the tables to the decorations were all blue and black with quite a couple science equations or symbols.
By now the entrance had already happened and now everyone was standing up for the toast. Luisa's Abuela, Xiomara was going to speak first.
"I'm going to say this in Espanol and I'll translate it to the best of my ability after. Xiomara started as she teared up slightly as Luisa did too.
"firstly I'd like to thank everyone for taking the time to be here. My beautiful grand daughter, it felt like it was just yesterday when your mother called telling me that she was going to have you. Don't get me wrong i love Fransisco and Dante but you were my first granddaughter. You know one of the things i love about you, you're just as smart as your grandfather. I remember taking you two the store when you were only 4, we were going to buy you some toys. I saw all those little girls go buy those barbie dolls, but you. You went to find those experiments and begged me to buy them. You've always been special and i hope you know that you are. I hope you know how proud your I am of you along with your Parents and brothers, everyday you continue to suprise me." Xiomara translated
"I thank God every day for blessing our family with you. But I especially thank him for you making it this far in your life. My wish for you is that you live your life, have fun, find love but I hope you know that we'll always love you." Xiomara concluded with tears before everyone raised their glasses and took a sip of their drinks.
"And now we have a suprise speaker. Cassie, it's time for you to speak." Luisa's dad, Lorenzo announced making Luisa's eyes widen.
"Lu, Isa, different names, same amazing person. I met Luisa Graciela Ramon when I was 4 years old and was in the Mrs. Hopkins' class. We weren't in the same class but we all obviously shared a playground. We were in the sandbox, building sand castles when Luisa tried to get the attention of the girl behind me when she accidentally threw sand into my eyes. I must admit that it was very painful." Cassie started making the crowd laugh at the last part.
"But from that moment foward we were inseparable. I remember how your mom took us for ice cream every Friday with Bailey after school and we would spend hours in your room building things with your Legos until Joe came to pick us up. Luisa you are literally the smartest and also scary person I know." She continued making the crowd laugh again.
"But that makes you extraordinary. You've stuck by my side through everything and you're never afraid to call out anyone at school when they're being jerks. Luisa Graciela Ramon, you are fearless, special, kind, compassionate and the best, bestfriend anyone could ever ask for. And I thank God everyday for making you throw sand into my eyes." The crowd laughed again as Luisa stared to tear up.
"Happy birthday girl, I love you so much and cheers to many more. To Luisa!" Cassie concluded before the crowd rose their glasses again.

The group was now on the dance floor along with Luisa's cousins on the dance floor. The intro to Big Time Rush started and the group started to get ecstatic.
Big Time Rush was one of their favorite TV shows and they were rather down when it came to an end in July the year before.
They sang the lyrics and danced to the beat as some of Luisa's relatives laughed at them. They wished they could be so played back and relaxed, but they didn't know what was going on behind the scenes.
But that didn't stop the team from having fun. Those 6 hours they spent having fun forgetting about their problems was the one thing they needed.
✦✧✦✧
It was an hour before the end of the party when it was time for the cake cutting. Everyone gathered around the cake and started singing for her.
When they finished singing they went back to the dance floor and the chosen slow song, Thinking Out Loud by Ed Sheeren started playing. Luisa watched as Cassie got invited onto the dance floor by Xander along with her other relatives going on. She then felt a tap on her shoulder and saw Ashton standing there.
"Care to dance? Don't worry I asked your dad... and Cisco... and Dante basically your entire..." Ashton rambled nervously.
"Sure... you rambling weirdo." Luisa joked before Ashton took her hand and led her to the dance floor.
They were in the center of the floor, swaying. Ashtons hands were on her waist while Luisa's were around his neck. Cassie, who was dancing with Xander and Bailey who was dancing with Adira noticed the interaction and cheekily sent her a thumbs up making the birthday girl role her eyes.
"You look... really...nice." Ashton stuttered making her cheeks warm up slightly as she smiled.
"Did the Ashton Smoak just complement me and stutter while doing it?" Luisa joked making Ashton laugh a bit.
"You're full of jokes today.
aren't you?" Ashton pointed out as he twirled her out and back in.
"Well it is my birthday."
"But I'm serious...you look beautiful."
"Really...Ash I hate poofy dresses... it makes me look cotton candy. But its tradition so I have to do it."
"It really suits you. So that's a good thing atleast."
"Yeah I guess you're right. Ashton about us I..." Luisa started.
"No...its okay. It's not the best time to talk about it especially with everything that's going on." He interrupted before spinning her again.
"I wasn't going to say that..."
"You weren't?"
"Nope."
"So what were you going to say?" Ashton asked the birthday girl with hopefully eyes.
"I was thinking...and I have been for a while. Now that I'm 15 and my parents are okay with me seeing people...why don't we take things slow. Like we have been friends for awhile but we don't know that much about eachother but maybe we just take the time and see how it goes. " Luisa suggested making the boy smile.
"I'd like that...and I'd also like to kiss you again but I'm pretty sure one of the men in your family with shoot me." Ashton said as the two glanced at the group of Hispanic men taking sips of their drinks as they watched the duo.
Everyone ate their cake before the last song played before all the kids got out their seats and ran to the dance floor.
Luisa's Quinceanera was a huge success but that wasn't the only amazing thing that happened that day.

For my Spanish or Hispanic or Mexican readers if I made any mistakes that you may take as offensive or disrespectful I am truly sorry I did my research and I tried my best to include as much information from these amazing traditions so feel free to correct me if I made any mistakes.
Guys just another reminder to sign as many petitions for the BLM movement it would be highly appreciated by not just me but all my fellow black people and our supporters.
