Since Giovana and Cassie weren't on speaking terms, the training had gone alot better, everyone had managed to learn the basics of their abilities, even some new tricks.

But even some bad people had gotten affected. And now the group of teens were about to get themselves involved.

Bailey was coming down stairs when she heard her father on a call.

" I don't understand what it could be though. You're telling me that the guards were frozen, like frozen solid?" Joe asked the Captain who was on the phone.

Joe had decided to try go back to work despite the situation with Barry, Iria and Cassie had convinced him to go back.

" Okay I'll be there soon." He ended as he got him his gun and badge and exited the house.

Bailey creeped out if her hiding spot and pouted for a second. What is Arendelle's name could've broken into the bank and left such a... well mess?

The question lingered on her memory for a couple hours. She decided to do something about it. Cassie had gone to the hospital with Iris that morning so it was up to her alone to figure out the mystery on her hands.

She got a backpack, put her phone and a few other essentials that she might need for the day, got her spare house keys, locked up the house and got onto her bike.

She put her backpack into the basket and started peddling her way to Luisa's house.

Luisa was currently playing Wii with her abuela, who was beating her may I add.

She moved her arms as accurately as she could but despite her efforts Xiomara, who was in her late 60s was beating her granddaughter at Wii tennis.

" Abuela, how are you so good at this?" Luisa panted.

" I don't know? I really don't mija." Xiomara stated in a confused tone, the elderly lady may have been wealthy but she could never understand the technology of this century.

"I'm changing to bowling." Lu decided, she changed to bowling and you could faintly hear the sounds of the Wii Sports theme before the doorbell rang.

" Coming!" She yelled as she made her way to the door.

She opened it to find a concerned looking Bailey West.

" Hey, what's wrong?" She asked the tanned skinned girl.

" Can I talk to you?" Bailey whispered, to which Luisa nodded in response.

" Hi Mrs V." Bailey greeted.

" Hello darling, how many times have I told you Xo or Xiomara is just fine."

The two friends made their way up stairs to Luisa's bedroom.

Her room was rather simple. With a baby blue color scheme, the bed was centered in the middle of the room with four white columns leading far above the mattress that contected and held four cute white curtains. She had a baby blue ottoman confront of her bed and a black fluffy rug which covered the entire area of the room. Her Vanity had a hollywood mirror which had a few pictures of her family and friends and her necessities on the table top and in the drawer, her desk on the other side of her bed with a black office chair and her built in closet not to far from her door.

The two girl sat on Luisa's bed as Bailey put backpack beside her.

" B what's going on?"

" My dad's going back to work today right... anyway not the point. Here was a robbery last night at the Central City National Bank, two dead security guards. Now my dad got a call this morning from the Captain probably and he told him something about how the guards got frozen to death, like statues." Bailey explained to the hispanic girl.

" You don't think its..." Luisa expressed with concern.

" We need to see what happened that night." Luisa continued as she stood up from her bed and strolled over to her closet and pulled out a backpack, black leggings, a white shirt and her brown teddy jacket.

" Where are you going?" Bailey questioned as Luisa came out wearing the clothes. She put her computer and some other things in there and zipped it up and put it her arms through the straps and pulled it onto her back.

" I have an idea, we need to go to Ashton's." Luisa said as she pulled on her white converse.

The two girls descended down the stairs, saying goodbye to Xiomara who was watching a telenovela before climbing on their bikes.

" Wanna stop by Jitters?" Luisa asked the girl.

The two girls had made it to Jitters and were now at a table waiting for their coffee's.

Bailey felt a tap on her shoulder which made her turn around. She was met with the face of Valerie and Adira Queen. Valerie was the twin sister of Oliver Queen and older sister of Alex and Adira Queen. She had a daughter named Oakley who was only 2 years old.

"Valerie, Adira hi." Bailey and Luisa greeted the two girls.

" How come you're back in Central City Val?" Luisa asked the blonde.

" I've actually moved here for good." She explained.

" Oh how come?"

" Starling isn't the best place for Oakley and I and with the whole Tommy situation." Val concluded with a small frown.

It had only been 7 months since the death of Tommy Merlyn. Her and Tommy had been dating before Oliver went missing, then they got married during that time and had Oakley a year later. Tommy's death put Valerie into a bad place but she managed to get out of her funk after some time.

The four girls talked and laughed for a little while longer before the girls had to leave to Ashton's.

Ashton had been playing video games with Xander when the two girls showed up at her door.

" Hey... Lu...and Bailey. What are we doing here?" He stuttered.

" We need your help." Bailey answered.

"Okay um...come in." He said me as he stepped aside and let the girls in.

" Can we tell Xander?" Luisa whispered to Bailey as they saw Xander on Ashtons couch.

"Yeah sure." She replied and motoned for him to come.

They made their way to Ashtons dining table.

" Okay. What's going on?" Xander asked.

" My dad was on a call this morning and the Captain was telling him about the robbery that happened yesterday." Bailey started.

" Mr West mentioned something about the two dead security guards. He said that their bodies were frozen solid. Like statues. Well cold statues." Luisa continued.

" We have a bad feeling that it was a metahuman." Bailey concluded as Luisa pulled out her laptop.

" Why don't you guys just let the cops handle this?" Xander grumbled as he took a seat next to Luisa.

" You think the cops can handle this? Xander if Bailey is right then this City is screwed. The cops are screwed." Luisa exclaimed.

" Luisa has a point criminals might've escaped Iron heights the night of the explosion." Bailey stated.

" Okay, that's a problem. What do you need us for?" Xander asked.

"Ashton we need you to hack into the CCTV footage from the Bank." Luisa demanded as she passed the laptop to him.

" What?!" Bailey, Xander and Ashton exclaimed together.

"We need to see what happened that night and the best way to do it is to hack!"

" Firstly, of course I'll do it and secondly we can't do it here. We need to go to the bunker." Ashton concluded before closing Luisa's laptop and handing it back to her.

The four teens hopped on their bikes and started riding to the direction of the Bunker.

The Tanned girl was right

Prisoners had escaped Iron Heights

And they were some of the worst

Were about to cause some chaos
