- January 7th

I knocked on the door with a painted letter "M" hanging in my face. I glanced around the hallway, seeing the door to the room I spent little time in nights before, opened a tiny crack. I heard scrambling from the room in front of me, grabbing my attention.

"Ami!" Millie yelled out, pulling me in for a hug. "Hey Mills, your parents let me in." I said to the girl. She opened her door wider, allowing space for me to come in.

I looked at her bed to see Issie sitting up and smiling at me. "Hey pretty lady." I said to her, giving her a hug. Her hair was short, to her shoulders but in cute beach waves. "Loving your hair today." She gave me a smile as she combed her fingers through her hair.

"We need to catch up! You leave in 2 days!" Issie exclaimed, putting her hands on my knees. Millie came back with some drinks in hand.

"I can't believe you had two weeks here yet we haven't had time to hang out." Millie rolled her eyes.

"That's partly my fault, I had a lot of holiday assignments to do andd" Issie glanced at me, "Ami's parents are way too strict." I nodded my head at the girl.

"Yeah I mean I'm surprised they even let me out today since you guys barely asked this morning." I took a sip of my drink.

Millie gulped her drink down. "Oh we had our mum call your parents to let you come and they agreed." I grinned at the two for thinking of that.

"Sooooo." Issie nudged me with her foot.

"So what Iss?" I glanced at my phone to see no new messages from Louis. He informed me he wasn't home when I arrived since he was out with friends again which I didn't mind. But he did try to make up an excuse to his group to come back home and hang out with me, but I told him not to since I wanted to hang out with his sisters instead.

I felt the two look at each other. "You and Louis kissed! We need to talk about that of course!!" I felt my face go warm. I looked away from them.

"It was just a kiss." I mumbled, taking a long gulp from my drink.

Millie kicked my arm causing me to almost spill the drink over her bed, "It was so not just a kiss Ami! You're totally blushing! You got the hots for our brother." The two wiggled their eyebrows at me and grinned.

I rolled my eyes, "He got the hots for me first." The girls screamed as they jumped from the bed. Bouncing up and down with huge smiles on their faces.

"I knew it, I just knew it."

"Dad owes us 10 pounds!"

"Our brother is a total simp!"

They yelled out as I still sat at the bed, watching them play out.

Millie turned to me, "So what, are you two dating now?"

Issie then came to my side, "Oh please tell us you're dating our brother."

I shook my head at them and watched the smiles wipe from their faces.

"Louis and I talked about it yesterday and we said we'd take it slow. We don't want to rush into it since we're going to be busy once we get back to L.A." I told them, earning a few nods.

A ding from my phone caught our attention.

Issie rushed to it first, putting it above her head, unable for me to reach it since she's a giant compared to me.

"Who's it from? Who's it from?" Millie chanted.

Issie looked at the screen and gasped. "It's from our brother!"

I grabbed my phone back and unlocked it, I felt the girls faces behind me but not caring enough to push them away.

I heard the two squeal behind me. I turned to them, seeing grins plastered on their faces.

"Holy shit, I wonder what he's got you Ami!"

"He's never done something like this before!"

"Our brother is so romantic. I'm proud"

They rambled on as I looked down at my phone, wondering what he was up to.

The girls sat beside me on the bed as the tv in front was our background noise.

"Issie what's uni like over here?" I asked, filling the silence.

She groaned and sat up, getting ready to start a whole lecture. I turned to Millie who was on the other side of Issie and grinned.

We looked at Issie as she complained about how different, but difficult classes were. How she barely has any time to go to pubs and grab drinks. She was about to start a rampage about the guys in her classes when we heard a knock on the door.

We turned in that direction, confused. The girls looked at me expectantly until I got the hint that I should open the door.

I unlocked the door to see a bouquet of red gardenia's covering my view. I gasped as I took in the sweet smell filling my nose. The flowers were lowered to reveal a face. A cute one at that.

Louis grinned at me as he handed me the flowers. Pulling me in for a side hug, he gave me a kiss on my forehead. The girls silently squealed behind me.

"Oh my gosh Louis...what?" I stammered as I adored the flowers in hand. They were wrapped with a white cotton around the stems, the petals lightly dewy, refreshing the air around us.

He scratched his neck as he looked at me. "I was walking along with my friends when we came across a florist shop...and I saw the red gardenia's which are your favorite so I bought some for you." He smiled at me.

"Wait did you ditch your friends just to get me this?" Now he started to choke on his words as he looked for an answer. "I- uh- well no, they told me to give it to you as soon as I bought it, plus well I needed to grab some more money anyways. My friends are waiting downstairs." That's when I acknowledged the low voices from down the hallway.

"Well thank you Lou, I love them." I pecked him on the cheek, which slightly became pink. "Now go on, I don't want to take you away from your friends."

He stood at the doorway still staring at me then took notice of his sisters behind me. I turned to them to see they were talking in hush voices as they looked everywhere around the room, avoiding Louis and I. When I faced back to Louis, he gave me a peck on the lips, catching me off guard. He always seem to find a way to do so.

"I'll get going now, I'll see you later darling." He started to walk away.

"I raised you good Louis Partridge!" Issie cried out as I shut the door, causing me to laugh in embarrassment.

Mills grinned at me from across the room."Taking it slow huh."

This was a filler chapter, I absolutely HATE dialogue with a passion, so much writing to work with. anyways i hope you enjoyed this little chapter! remember to drink water and do your homework! Love you <33
