I sat in front of my vanity. The bright lights shining on my face as I stared ahead looking at my reflection. One lady was doing my hair as another was doing my makeup. Though the Mrs. Susan asked for not too much considering this is the poster photoshoot and my character didn't wear much makeup throughout the movie.

Mrs. Susan let me chose my clothes as she thought it would be best for me to pick the ones that brought out my culture. So I chose some blue denim patchwork jeans along with a "para sa kultra" t shirt I had bought from a small Filipino American business.

I looked at the boys who were already done getting ready, about to do their solo shots.

Willie was sitting down on the couch behind me smiling at his phone, as Louis was in front of the camera being put into position by the photographer.

Our outfits were casual for a typical photoshoot. Louis wore converse, black pants along with a white zip up and some rings. When he stepped out of the curtain revealing himself, I felt my breath get caught in my throat. I had to turn away before embarrassing myself any further.

Willie wore light wash jeans with a plain grey t shirt with a deign and some shoes I couldn't identify. I looked at him closer in the mirror noticing he has been smiling at his phone since we got here. "Willie, what are you smiling at?" I asked him, putting some lip gloss on as I peeked at him through the mirror. Also seeing Louis sneak up behind him.

"He's texting Addie!" Louis cried out. Willie put his phone to his chest, as he stood up from the couch. I turned around to face the two.

"Oh my gosh...Lou! Willie has a crush on Addie!" I said as Louis came to my side, kissing my forehead.

Willie stared at us in shock as some of the makeup ladies looked at us from across the room. "Shut up Ami! I barely know her!"

"The blush on your cheeks tell us otherwise." I smirked at the boy.

"Ay man, it's okay, at least you can bring Addie with us so you won't have to third wheel all the time." Louis slapped one of his shoulders smiling. But Willie looked confused.

"Third-wheeling? Why would I third-wheel with my best friends?" He asked, snapping his between the both of us.

Louis turned around to me making the "uh-oh" face as I gave him one back. Realization struck Willie's face. "Oh my god, are you telling me that-"

"Guys come on, were taking the group picture now." The main photographer yelled to us through the door, interrupting Willie mid sentence. I rushed out of the run with the two following close behind me, thankful for the excuse so I don't have to tell my best friend that he's been blindly third-wheeling Louis and I.

"Okay great, Azami you're in the middle." The photographer pushed me to the middle mark placed on the floor. Placing Louis on my left and Willie on my right. He looked at two boys head on since they were around the same height and when he turned to me, he had to completely lower his head. He looked at me for awhile then said, "Let's get Miss Azami a stool to stand on please."

I felt my cheeks go red with embarrassment. I knew I was short but I didn't realize I was that short. The boys snickered beside me as I nudged them in their stomachs making them slightly groan.

"Shut it you two." I whispered to them as a young lady came running to us, a wooden box in her hand. Putting it on the sticker mark I was previously standing on.

"Okay Azami I want you to face me but turn your body slightly to the right...great." I did as I was told as the boys stood on the side. With the box I reached the middle of their heads. "Okay William, put your left arm on top of Azami's right shoulder and kind of lean against it..yep awesome." Willie's heavy figure leant against me, making me adjust in my spot a bit.

"Okay now Louis I want you to face Azami's side profile as your right hand interlocks her left. And let me see...try putting your hand under her chin like you're going to make her face you...oh that's amazing." The photographer clapped his hands as he checked behind the lenses.

The bright light was making my body and face warm, along with the fact that Louis's soft had was holding mine and my chin for all to see.

"Okay Azami put your chin a tiny bit..yep okay a little lower..great, but turn your head a little towards Louis's side...yep..awesome." He yelled out from behind the camera. All the interns and makeup artists were staring at us from behind the equipment, making me slightly nervous with all the attention.

"Okay serious faces...no smiles unfortunately." And we didn't smile.

"What did Alex say again?" I asked Willie who was sitting in the back seat as my hand was above Louis's on the gear shift and the other on the wheel.

"He said." Willie's eyes furrowed as he read the text. "Get us boba after the shoot...hurry up." Willie said plainly. I rolled my eyes, what an Alex thing to say.

I pulled into the familiar parking space in front of our usual boba shop, a smile reaching my lips as I saw a familiar face through the window. "Bryan's working!" I turned off the ignition as the three of us rushed into the shop, Louis holding the door open for us.

Bryan had just finished with a customer in front of us when us three walked up to him, big smiles on our faces. "With you in one second." Bryan's voice spoke as he tapped some things on the iPad in front of him.

"Hi what can I-" He rolled his eyes when he looked up at us. "The usual?" We nodded our heads at the same time, I noticed smiles on both of the boys faces in the corner of my eye.

"Yep along with Alex, Jo and Tim." Willie said, pulling two twenty's from his wallet.

A/N ; ok so the place where i get boba, a large is $5.75 depending on how much boba you want or which toppings you get so i just estimated how many that would be for 6 drinks and it's around $30 😀 shit

"Okay, out in a few. Nice to see you shitheads again." Bryan said from behind the register, taking Willie's money. We walked away snickering, he was always mean to us every time we walked in since the third time we came here in a row, but we knew he meant all love.

The boys and I stood in a corner along with 3 other people in the shop besides the workers. The two boys stood behind me on their phones as I looked straight ahead watching the people make our drinks.

I tried to focus on them, but I noticed a tall guy staring at me from the counter. He seemed to be waiting for his drinks as well. I got tired of avoiding his gaze so I looked directly at him and smiled, which he return one back. Then I looked back down shuffling my feet.

The mysterious boy must've taken my smile as a hint that he should talk to me because when I looked back up, there he was, inches away from my face. His pearly white teeth smiling down at me.

Oh my god, I thought, this guy is a total abb.

A/N ; an ABB stands for Asian Baby Boy, just like ABG stands for Asian Baby Girl.

it's these stereotypes for certain asians in the community.

I looked up at the boy, he seemed to be taller than 6 foot. Maybe 6'3? Tall for an Asian , I told myself. He had a perm, with the classic cross earrings dangling, along with multiple silver rings on his veiny hands.

"Hey I'm Troy." He took his hand out, which I reluctantly shook. I felt Louis and Willie's head snap up from behind me, probably staring at this guy wondering who he is.

"Hi, I'm Azami." I told him, his smile got even wider.

"Pretty name, you from around here?" He asked, shifting his rings around.

I nodded my head slowly, "Uh yeah but then I moved away, but I moved back." I replied, trying to make my voice sound as dry as possible. I mean he was attractive, yes, but I've seen better.

I felt someone shift behind me, then taking my hand in theirs, I knew it was Louis. Troy didn't notice because his eyes didn't leave mine.

"Oh great, we should link sometime when you're not busy yeah?" Then he took a piece of paper out of his back pocket and handed it to me.

There were numbers written on it. Who the hell writes their number before hand?

I smiled weakly at him, about to open my mouth when a voice yelled out, "For Troy!" It was Bryan, he slid a drink onto the counter.

Troy turned to face the counter then back to me, "Hope I get a text Azami." He walked away, retriving his drink then winked at me on his way out the door.

I stood there, stunned by what just happened. I wanted to laugh so badly, but I didn't want to grab anyone's attention.

"Um what just happened?" Willie asked, he moved in front of me. Louis was still holdig my hand, but a lot tighter now.

I was about to reply when Bryan called out our names, well kind of. "For the three shitheads. For the three shitheads!" I rushed to the counter, taking my hand from Louis and grabbed the six drinks.

The bys followed me into the car as I handed William the drinks. I turned to the two and laughed. They looked at me confused. Louis looked a little more angry though, his cheeks were slightly red and his eyebrowed were furrowed.

"That was fucking hilarious! An ABB just gave me his number!" I slapped the stirring wheel in front of me as I laughed even harder.

"What's an ABB?" Louis spoke beside me, his voice sounded a bit harsher than it usually does.

"It's just this stereotype, Asians gave to the boys. It stands for Asian Baby Boy." I took out the piece of paper, Troy had given me and stared at it, laughing.

I then ripped the paper and dropped it into the cup holder in the middle console. I then turned on the ignition and turned back in my seat so I could leave the parking space.

"I would never." I whispered to Louis.

He placed his hand on the gear shift, "Great, good, yeah I'm glad, I felt a bit intimidated there." Louis chuckled.

"Eh you could never have any competition." I told him.

I felt Willie stare at us from the rearview mirror.

"Am I just blind? When the fuck did this happen?" He exclaimed from the back seat.

a little filler for you guys! todays new year's eve for me so hapy new year's eve! sorry for a short chapter, I just wanted to include a photoshoot chapter so we can move on to the better things 😏
