1. LOKI FAKING HIS DEATH IN THE DARK WORLD

my thirteen year old self was a HUGE loki stan. it's been four years and nothing has changed there!! but when loki 'died' in the dark world, i balled my eyes out for the rest of the film?? i was hardly paying attention to what was happening because i was so distraught. and then, at the very end, he came back- and i just cried harder tbh. i'm still angry at how much i sobbed in one sitting-

2. THE VULTURE IS LIZ'S DAD IN SPIDER-MAN HOMECOMING

um, i was living for teen movie peter parker finally taking his crush to the homecoming dance only for michael keaton to open the door and for my heart to drop to the floOR. i swear, i gasped embarrassingly loudly at the revelation. that scene continues to be so tense, even though i know damn well what happens. just give tom holland an oscar already jesuS.

3. BUCKY KILLED TONY'S PARENTS IN CIVIL WAR

this came out of nowhere for me. i feel like i should have seen it coming but my dumb ass was SHOOK. that scene breaks my heart. i love tony stark too much for thiS.

4. WHEN TONY NEARLY PROPOSED TO PEPPER IN SPIDER-MAN HOMECOMING

oof, a happy one. i swear i nearly fliPPED when tony casually asks if happy 'still has the ring?' and happy responds, 'i've been carrying it since 2008!' i have never related so much- pepper and tony are my otp and i care for no oNe eLSE.

5. STEVE'S VISION OF PEGGY IN AGE OF ULTRON

cue me sobbing- i wasn't prepared to see the queen herself. they finally had their dance and i couldn't stOP CRYING.

(i'm not even going to try and predict what's going to happen in avengers 4 because i don't want to get my hopes up lmao)
