DEAR JACK,
First, you take me to a paradise so rare.
Instantly, I feel in the know—
Vast amounts of emotions come and go.
Eventually, we'll wake up in a nightmare.

JACK AND ROSE HAD TRIED TO COMFORT KAIA IN THE CAR. After a while of failed attempts, Rose had rested her head on Jack's shoulder, listening as he had gave one more shot to speak with Kaia. "Give me five seconds to show you what Derek saw, what I saw with him," he whispered. "It wasn't just the Bad Place. It was everything. It's amazing."

Sitting up from the window, she had curiously looked to Jack. "Five seconds... if she does it too."

Hearing that she was needed, Rose had sat up, ready for what was to come. Smiling to himself, Jack felt that he had what it took to get Kaia on board with all their plans. He looked to Rose, "Do you mind?"

"I trust you," she whispered in confirmation. "And I don't wanna be the only one around here that you're not showing other worlds too."

Jack had inhaled deeply as he adjusted himself to face the girls. With one hand, he had place it right beside Kaia's temple, and his other, he hesitantly reached out for Rose's temple but soon took it upon himself to cup her cheek. Meeting her eyes, he gave her a reassuring smile that she would be safe with him. Releasing his held in breath, his eyes had glowed bright gold as he showed the two the paradises that Derek had shown him.

The five seconds had burned through quickly. Every second of paradise had felt as if they could last for ages, then in an instant— ended.

Breathing heavily, Rose had tuned out Jack's final pitch to Kaia. After seeing a paradise world, the inside of an Impala in the cold rainy night had felt strange. To her, this used to be more than enough. Meeting Jack's eyes, a smile had broken out across her face.

For a moment, she had found herself leaning forward, letting her emotions control her. It hadn't mattered that Sam and Dean had been sitting in the front seat of the Impala, she had wanted to kiss Jack right then and there. But before Jack could begin to notice what had been going on, the Impala had jerked off to the other side of the road. It wouldn't have surprised her if it had been Dean keeping a very close eye on her. However, the angels that they had prepared to come across again-- they had managed to find their way after all.

The Impala had skidded around a corner as Dean had tried to find a way clear of angels. Heading down a path to an abandoned shipyard, he had taken his chances that this was going to be the place best suited to protect them.

Pulling the car to a stop, everyone had piled out, gathering up weapons from the back of the car to get ready to head in. Tossing a duffle bag to his brother, Dean had given clear instructions to head inside while he stayed behind to handle his own.

As the angels had approached, Jack had gripped his head in pain, groaning as the high pitched ringing had burst through his head. There was no time to handle Jack and his pain so Sam began shoving them all towards the ships entrance.

As they had ran in, Rose had looked to Sam with clear worry in her eyes. "This isn't going to sink, right?"

"No, I don't think so," he said, "Let's hope the angels don't get any ideas." Tossing her a spay paint can, he instructed her to start drawing up wardings to prevent the angels from advancing any further.

Kaia and Jack had stood back, watching as the other two were making quick work of the warding protection. "What's happening?" Kaia asked nervously. Based off the high paced actions, she couldn't help but think that it was possible that these people did not have it as under control as they seemed to think they would.

"Don't worry. We'll be fine," Jack said rather calmly.

Dean had managed to ditch the angels, walking in with his own opinion on the matter. "We're screwed! There's too damn many of them! We gotta go up, let's go!" Heading towards the stairs, Dean had signaled for all of them to begin to head up before him, keeping his angel blade gripped tight in case of a sudden attack.

Following up the steps besides Jack, Rose had grabbed his arm tightly. "I hate boats. Open water sorta freaks me out."

"The boat's parked. Besides, I could fly us out of here if it starts to sink," he assured. Hearing that, Kaia had looked over her shoulder at the two. "Uh, tell me you can fly me out as well then?"

Jack had shrugged in response, yet somehow still kept his upbeat and positive attitude. "Everything's gonna be okay."

Still, that had not helped Rose in the slightest and decided it was best to always keep ahold of Jack in case the worst came down to it.

All gathered on the next floor in a fairly empty room and took in their newest surroundings. Sam hard started to grow frantic— more than the rest, "Dean! What if we let them in then blast them away?" he suggested.

"No! They get in here, we're dead!" he yelled back as he paced back and forth, "Jack, can you do anything?"

"I can try," he said nervously, "But they'll hit me with angel radio again." Rattling the ship, the angels had began the erasing of the wardings to enter in. Squeezing on tight to his arm once again, Rose began to panic, "You said you could fly me out if it starts to sink."

"Right," he stated nervously. "I'll push through the pain then."

"And you couldn't now?" Dean questioned in annoyance. "Okay, then we go out guns blazing. Take out as many angels as we can," Dean suggested. It was how he dreamed of leaving this world. If he couldn't go peacefully, which he always knew he wouldn't, he had wanted to go out on a bang. Nothing slowing him down.

On the outside of the ship, the angels prepared to take down the warding to allow themselves entrance. This had caused the ship to shake, causing Rose to stumble into Jack's back. Quickly spinning around, he grabbed onto her, pulling her against him.

"If they get up here, they'll kill you all and take me," Jack said.

Kaia had felt her confidence boost. Dean was willing to go out with everything he had, and she felt she needed to do the same. No more being afraid of what could possibly happen. "No they won't. You said I could help you find the door to another world. Then let's do it! Let's get out of here!"

"Can you take us to our mom?" Sam questioned just as the boat shook once again.

"I don't know. I think so," Jack said quickly. Taking that as good enough, Kaia pulled out a seat and sat herself right in it with Jack behind her. She had swallowed every nerve that she could, telling herself that the Bad Place wasn't going to control her forever. These people were willing to save her, and she needed to be able to return the favor.

"What if something goes wrong?" Sam yelled.

"Something is all ready going wrong! Jack, do it!" Dean demanded. The boat had begun to rattle once again. Attempting to concentrate, Jack had let go of Rose, allowing for her to grip tightly onto his arm once more, and closed his eyes. Reaching out, he felt his finger tips press up against Kaia's temples.

As the two had worked to find the apocalypse world, Rose had looked over to Dean. Reaching out, she was willing to let go of Jack as long as he would be the one to hold on to her. Seeing the clear fear in her eyes from the rattling boat, he had begun to reach out, barely feeling her finger tips graze his when the world around them had disappeared.

In another world, Sam and Dean had woken up far from their Mom and in a place that they knew was anything but home and no way out. Kaia had remained on Earth, laying on the side of the road with no idea where the group had left.

In the apocalypse world, Jack and Rose had laid underneath the hanging cage that held Mary Winchester. The rush of falling through another world had caused the world they now sat in to spin before their very eyes.

Both had slowly sat up, facing one another, unsure what to say. Crawling towards him, Rose had thrown her arms around him, unable to verbalize her gratitude that he had been able to come to another world with her. Breathing heavily, they had clung on to each other until the woman trapped before them had caught their eyes.
