Google Docs and comments are acceptable applications. When making Google Docs, I want them to be open access. Not so that others can see your form, but just so that it's the easiest possible method. I get so frustrated with passwords, do not send me a password. Comments are perfectly fine, but please make sure your form is at least two comments, and don't try to trick me into thinking it is. I will literally copy and paste your form onto a google doc, just to check if it's at least 1,000 words.
