Taylor, Ethan, Max, Dustin, Steve and Lucas were walking in the woods. "You're positive that was Dart?" Lucas asks Dustin, confused on how he got so big. "Yes. He had the same exact yellow pattern on his butt." Dustin said in an annoyed tone. "He was tiny two days ago." Max says. It was like she read Lucas' thoughts. "Well, he's molted tree times already." Dustin states.

"Malted?" Steve asks Dustin.

"Molted." Dustin corrects him. "Shed his skin to make more room for growth like hornworms." Dustin explains to him after see the confused look on his face. "When he gonna molt again?" Max asks him. "It's gonna be soon. When he does, he'll be fully grown, or close to it. So will his friends." Dustin answers her.

"Yeah, and he's gonna eat a lot more than cats." Steve slips out. Lucas stop dead in his track to repeat what Steve said. "Wait, a cat? Dart ate a cat?" Dustin's eyes widened "No, what? No." Dustin says trying to cover it up. Taylor could tell. He wasn't the best actor. "What are you talking about. He ate Mews?" Steve asks confused on why he's denying it even though Dustin told him before.

"Who's Mews?" Taylor asks with her eyebrows furrowed. "Dustin's cat." Steve answers. "Steve!" Dustin yells at him. "Dude, just be quiet." Ethan says shacking his head looking down at his feet. "What?" Steve asks him still not getting it. Lucas then pushes Dustin. "I knew it! You kept him!" He yells at him.

"No! No. No I... No I..." Dustin says stuttering over is words trying to come up with a lie. When he saw the look on Lucas' face he sighed. "He missed me. He wanted to come home." Dustin tells Lucas.

"Bullshit!" Lucas says knowing that what he said is a lie. "I didn't know he was a Demogorgon, okay?" Dustin says telling Lucas the truth. "Oh, so now you admit it?" Lucas asks sarcastically. Taylor rolls her eyes at all the arguing. "Guys, who cares? We have to go." Annoyed by them.

"I care! You put the party into jeopardy! You broke the rule of law!" Lucas yells at Dustin, reminding him of what he did. "So did you!" Dustin defends. "What?" Lucas asks him. "You told two strangers the truth!" Dustin yells putting the flash light in Taylor and Max's eyes.

Taylor scoffs at him. "Two strangers?" Max says walking up to him. "You wanted to tell them too!" Lucas defends himself. "Yeah, but I didn't, Lucas, Okay?! I didn't tell them!" It goes silent  for a little. "We both broke the rule of law, okay? So we're both even." Dustin says till kind of yelling. As he says that Taylor hears a noise come from the forest. She sees Steve walking with her. "You heard that too?" Taylor asks him. "Yeah." They walk a little further. "Hey guys." Taylor says in a low voice.

No one heard her because if all the yelling. "Guys!" Steve yells at them looking back at them. Taylor jumps and looks back at the group. Taylor sees Steve walking away from them, along with Dustin, Lucas and Ethan. "No, no, no. Hey, guys, why are you headed towards the sound?" Max asks them. "Hello?" Taylor yells out at them. "Hello?" Max says again.

"Shit!" Max says dragging the 'h'. Then Max starts running after them. "Wait, Max! Not you too! Come on, have non of you ever watched a horror movie!" When she hears no response she yells again, but this time running down the hill into the woods. "Hello?"

After a few minutes of running, Taylor finally caught up with them. "I don't see them." Dustin says to the group as they look at Hawkins. Lucas takes out his binoculars and looks at Hawkins closer. "Its the lab." Taylor felt her heart stop. 'The lab?' Taylor thought. She thought that she was going crazy. She never been to Hawkins in her life. So why did she feel like she was getting deja vu? She felt scared, like her heart was gonna pound out of her chest. Taylor was so confused why she felt this way. Taylor was pulled from her thoughts as she heard Lucas speak again. "They were going back home." He said with realization.

"Hello?" Taylor heard a voice call out. "Who's that?" Taylor asks Ethan, who ask right next to her. "Was that Johnathan?" Ethan asks the group. "Who?" Taylor asks again but get no response. They keep on walking and Taylor hears the voice again. "Who's there?" Taylor and the group step out of the woods to see a teen boy and girl. "Steve? Ethan?" The both of them say at the same time.

"Nancy?"

"Johnathan?"

"What are you guys doing here?" The teen girl asks. "What are you doing here?" Steve shoots back at them. "We're looking for Mike and Will." Nancy answers. "Their not in there, are they?" Dustin asks them. "We're not sure." Nancy says lowly. "Why?" Johnathan asks. Before anyone can answer they hear a loud noise come from the lab.

Everyone was talking over each other. Taylor could hear a thing they were saying. "The power's back."  Nancy says, making everyone stop talking. Johnathan quickly ran to the security booth and started hitting the 'open' button. When he saw nothing happening he kept on hitting it. "Let me try." Dustin says to Johnathan walking into the booth too. "No." He says pushing him out the way. "Let me try, Johnathan!" Dustin yells at him.

Dustin managed to push him away. When he did he also started to hit the button. When he looked up and saw the gate was still closed he rolled his eyes. "Son of a bitch! You know what..." Dustin then starts hitting the button faster.

After a few more minutes of pushing the gate finally opened. Dustin looks up at the sound and puts a big smile on his face. "Hey! I got it!" He says chuckling happily. "I got it!" He says again making sure everyone heard.

Johnathan ran out of the booth and got into his car with Nancy and started driving to the lab.

Taylor then felt a strange feeling on her wrist. It felt like a needle poking her many time non stop. She pulls her sleeve up and sees a tattoo that reads.

Taylor furrows her eyebrows. She never had that until now. 'Where did that come from?' Taylor asks in her mind.

After a little of thinking about the tattoo Taylor sees two cars coming from the lab. It was Johnathan's car and a chiefs car." "Lets go." The guy driving the car says to them. Steve and Ethan opens the doors for the younger teens to go in. After everyone got in Steve yells Ok, lets go!"

------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------- Everyone is at the Byers house right now. All on the walls and floors were drawing that connected. Johnathan was talking to unconscious Will with Nancy and Ethan, Steve walking around the house looking at the drawings, and all the younger teens sitting in the dining room listening to Hopper yell on the phone.

"Sam Owens. Dr. Sam Owens."

"I don't know how many people are there! I don't know how many people are left alive!"

"I am the police! Chief Jim Hopper!"

After that he calmed down a little and spoke into the phone again. "Yes, the number that I gave you, yes." "6767. I will be here." He said aggressively into the phone then put it down.

He then turned around to face al, the younger teens looking at him. "They didn't believe you did they." Dustin says to him, looking at seriously. "We'll see." He says quietly to them. "'We'll see'? We can't just sit here while those things are loose!" Mike yells at him.

"We stay here, and we wait for help." Hopper says, probably hoping it would shut him up and he walks away. Mike just watches him walk away. Then, the table goes silent again.

Taylor wrist started to hurt. So she put her hand in a fist and rolled it around. It was something Ethan thought her when she was 11. Mike looks at her wrist and saw the tattoo. "What's that?" Mike asks her. He swore he saw a tattoo like Eleven's. Taylor stops rolling her wrist and looks at him. "What?" She says acting confused. "Was that a tattoo on your wrist?" He asks her. Dustin and Lucas must of heard because they looked up. "What?" Dustin and Lucas say at the same time. "Nothing. I think Mike just going crazy."

Mike looks her in the eye and says "I'm not going crazy! It said 13!" Taylor's eyes widened. "I don't have a tattoo!" Taylor yells while pulling her sleeves down and looking at her feet swing.

A little after that Mike gets up and walks away. "Did you guys know Bob was the original founder of Hawkins AV?" Mike asks the group. They group looks up from the table to look at him across the room. "Really?" Lucas says.

Mike turns to face them. He was holding a blue box with rubber bands on it. "He petitioned the school to start it and everything. Then he had a fun-raiser for equipment. Mr. Clarke learned everything from him." He started walking closer to the table. "Pretty awesome, right?" Mike said with a slight smile on his face.

"Yeah." Dustin and Lucas said at the same time. Taylor and Max just silent. "We can't let him die in the vain." Mike says putting the blue box down on the table. "What do you want to do, Mike?" Dustin says to him with an annoyed tone. " The chief's right on this. We can't stop those demo-dogs on our own." Taylor looks up from her hand to look at him. "Demo-dogs?" Taylor asks him pulling her eyebrows together.

Dustin looks back at her. "Demogorgon, dogs." Taylor looks at him with a 'Are you serious' face. "Demo-dogs. Its's like a compound." He say explaining to her. Everyone looks at him confused. "It's like a play on words-" Dustin was about to explain again but Taylor cut him off. "Okay, I get it."

"I mean, when it was just Dart, maybe..." Dustin says to Mike. "But there's an army now." Lucas says, finishing what Dustin was going to say. "Precisely." Dustin says pointing to Lucas. "His army." Mike says quietly looking at the ground. "What do you mean?" Steve asks him from the corner of the room.

"His army." He says louder than before. "Maybe if we stop him, we can stop is army, too." Mike says explaining to Steve and everyone else. He walks away from the table going into a room. He walks out with a drawing in his hands. "The shadow monster." Dustin said looking at the drawing.

"It got Will that day on the field. The doctor said it was like a virus, it infected him." Mike explains to the group. "And so this virus, it's connecting him to the tunnels?" Taylor asks him. "To the tunnels, monsters, the upside down, everything." He says to her.

"Whoa. Slow down. Slow down." Steve says to Mike. "Okay, so, the shadow monster's inside everything. And if the vines feel something like pain, then so does Will." Mike explains to him. "And so does Dart." Lucas says, adding on.

"Yeah. Like what Mr. Clarke taught us. The hive mind." Mike says. "Hive mind?" Steve questions. "A collective consciousness. It's a super-organism." Dustin says to him. "And this is the thing that controls everything. It's the brain." Mike says explaining to him too.

"Like the mind flayer." Dustin says with wide eyes. "What?" Taylor, Max and Steve say at the same time.

Dustin slams a book on the table. "The mind flayer." Dustin says. "What the hell is that?" Hopper asks Dustin, looking at the book. "It's a monster from an unknown dimension. It's so ancient that it doesn't even know it's true home. Okay, it enslaves races of other dimensions by taking over their brains using its highly-developed psionic powers." Dustin says, explaining to Hopper and the others at the table.

"Oh, my God, none of this is real. This is a kids' game." Hopper says rolling his eyes. "No, it's a manual. And its not for kids." Dustin corrects him. "And unless you know something that we don't, this is the best metaphor-" Dustin then gets cut off by Lucas.

"Analogy." Lucas corrects him.

Dustin gave him an 'are you serious' face. "Analogy? That what you're worried about? Fine. An analogy for understanding whatever the hell this is." Dustin says raising his voice.

"Okay, so this mind flamer thing-" Nancy says getting cut off by Dustin. "Flayer. Mind flayer." She sighs and shakes her head. "What does it want?" Nancy asks him. "To conquer us, basically. It believes it's the master race." Steve then says "Like the Germans?" Steve says. Taylor, who is standing in the middle of Steve and Ethan, covers her mouth with her hand trying to stop the sound of laughter.

"Uh, the Nazis?" Dustin asks facing him. "Yeah, yeah, yeah, the Nazis." Steve says embarrassed. "Uh... If the Nazis were from another dimension, totally. Uh, it views other races, like us, as infer to itself." Dustin keeps on explaining. "It wants to spread, take over other dimensions." Mike adds on.

"We are talking about the destructions of out world as we know it." Lucas says to the group. "That's great. That's great. That's really great. Jesus!" Steve says walking around the room.

"Okay, so if this thing is like a brain that's controlling everything, then if we kill it..." Nancy says walking around the room a little. "We kill everything it controls." Mike says to his sister. "We win." Dustin says to Nancy.

"Theoretically." Lucas says from the other side of the room. "Alright great. So now how do you kill this thing" Shoot it with Fireballs of something?" Hopper says grabbing the book from Nancy. Dustin smiles when he says that. "No. No, no fire- No Fireballs. Uh, you summon an undead army, uh, because..." Dustin started to stutter when he saw Hoppers face.

"...because zombies, you know, they don't have brains, and the mind flayer, it... it... It likes brains." He looked back up at Hopper and saw his face. "It's just a game. It's just a game." Dustin says looking down at the book again.

Hopper grabs the book from Dustin hands, closes it, and slams it on the table. "What the hell are we doing here." Hopper says with anger and walks away. "I thought we were waiting for your military back up." Dustin shoots at him.

"We are!" Hopper yells turning to face him again. "Even if they come, how are they gonna stop this?" Mike asks him. "You cant' just shoot this with guns." Mike raises his voice at Hopper.

"You don't know that! We don't know anything!" Hopper yells at him. "We know it's already killed everybody in that lab." Mike shoots at him. "And we know the monsters are gonna molt again." "And we know it's only a matter of time before those tunnels reach this town." Lucas and Dustin defend Mike.

"Their right." The voice of Joyce Byers says. Everyone turns to look at her. "We have to kill it. I want to kill it." Joyce says to them. Hopper walks over to her. "Me too. Me too, Joyce, okay? But how do we do that? We don't exactly know what we're dealing with here." Hopper says to her,

"No. But he does. If anyone knows how to destroy this thing, it's Will. He's connected to it. He'll know its weakness." Mike explain to the adults and teens. "I thought we couldn't trust him anymore? That he's a spy for the mind flayer now." Taylor asks.

"Yeah, but he can't spy if he doesn't know where he is."

Taylor was with Max and Mike. Mike was looking through the cabinets while Taylor and Max were duck taping cardboard together. "I get why El was your mage now." Max says cutting off the silence. Mike stops looking through the cabinets to turn and  face them. "What?" He asks confused on what she was trying to say.

"Lucas. He told us all about her." Max says to him. "Yeah. Well, he shouldn't have." Mike says to them with an annoyed look. "And just because you know the truth, it doesn't mean you guys are in our party." Mike says to them. "You do know that, right?" Mike asks them. Taylor looks down at her wrist, looking at the tattoo. "No, yeah, we know." Taylor tells him with sadness in her tone. "I mean, why would you want a stupid zoomer and rogue in your party anyway?" Taylor says. Max told her what happened with Mike that day when they were looking for Dart. Taylor also knew somethings about dnd. She had a 'friend' back in Florida that liked to play it. She always told Taylor that she would be a good rogue.

"I'm just saying, El? She sounds like she was really awesome." Max says to Mike.  "Yeah, she was. Until that thing took her. Just like it took Bob." Mike says closing the cabinet and walking away.

Taylor and Max look back at him then start going back to what they were doing before.

Everyone was in the shed duck taping brown paper to the walls so Will wound know where he was.

After they were done with that Taylor was tying Will to a chair. "Jesus Taylor. Don't stop his blood circulation." Mike says to her. Taylor rolls her eyes at him. "I'm not even tying him that hard, relax." Taylor tells him while taking off her sweater and putting it to the side.

She was wearing a short sleeve shirt under so you could see her tattoo pretty well. Taylor goes back to tying Will. Then a few second later Mike grabs her wrist and pulls it up to his face. "What the fuck are you doing!" She yells pulling her hand back down to her level.

"See! That's the tattoo I was talking about! Where did you get it from?!" Mike yells back at her. "Nowhere!" Taylor yells at him covering the tattoo with her hand. "You got it from Hawkins lab, right!?" Mike asks her yelling at the same time.

"It's nothing Mike! Just forget about it!" Taylor yells going back to tying Will. "I'm gonna tell Lucas and Dustin!" Mike yells walking to the door. Taylor quickly turns and puts her hand out to him. "No don't!" She yells. Then the door slams closed.

"Did you just do that?" Mike asks lowering his voice. "I don't know! I was at Hawkins lab then it just showed!" Taylor cries out to him. Mike's eye softened at the sight of seeing her cry. He walks up to her, putting his arms around her.

"Hey, its okay. If El comes back she'll know what do. She can teach you how to control your powers. She'll be like your sister." Mike says with a soft voice as Taylor sobs into his shoulder. Then they heard the door open.

They pull apart and look at the door to see Hopper, Joyce and Johnathan. "Did you tie him?" Hopper asks Taylor. "Hold on I'm almost done." Taylor says going to tie his feet to the chair. Once she's done she goes back into the house.

When she walks in she sees Dustin walking around the house, Nancy up against the wall, Steve and Ethan practicing their self defense skills and Lucas and Max talking, sitting the the hallway.

Taylor walks over to Steve and Ethan to watch and make fun of them. "Why do you swing like that?" Taylor asks Steve, laughing. Steve stops what he's doing to look at Taylor. "Oh, shut up. Like you could do better." He says rolling his eyes. "I bet I could do better then that." Taylor says to him.

"Oh, yeah? I would like to see you try." Steve says going back to swinging his bat. Then the lights starts to flicker. Everyone stop what their doing to look outside the window. Then it stops. Everyone furrowed their brows then went back to what they were doing.

A little after that happened Hopper opens he door. He grabbed a pen and paper. "What happened?" Dustin asks him.

"I think he's talking, just not with words." He says writing '.... . ._. ." on the paper. "What is that?" Steve asks. "Morse code." Everyone answers. "H-E-R-E." Hopper spells out loud. "Here." Everyone at the table says.

"Will's still in there. He's talking to us." Hopper says to them putting the pen down.

"Dash, dot, dash, dot." Dustin says listening to the walkie talkie. Lucas looks at the paper that shows the Morse code alphabet. "Yeah, I got it." Lucas tells everyone. "C." Lucas and Max tells Nancy at the same time.

Nancy writes 'C' with a red crayon and cardboard.

Everyone gathers around Nancy to see what it spelled out. "Close gate." Everyone says. Then the phone rang. Taylor and Dustin run to the phone. Dustin pulls the phone then puts it back.

Then the phone rang again. But before Dustin could pick the phone up Taylor grabs it and pulls the whole phone off the wall. "Do you think he heard that?" Max asks from behind Dustin and Taylor. "Its just a phone. It could be anywhere. Right?" Steve answers her.

Then they heard monsters screeching loudly. "That's not good." Dustin says to the group. Then the group from the shed walks through the door. Few seconds later Hopper walks through the door with two guns.

"Hey. Hey, get away from the windows!" Hopper yells to the younger teens. "Do you know how to use this?" Hopper asks Johnathan. He just looks at his with a confused expression. "What?" Johnathan asks furrowing his eye brows. "Can you use this?" Hopper repeats his question to him.

"I can." Nancy says stepping up to him. Hopper throws the gun to her. Taylor runs to the kitchen looking through the drawers. She opens a draw and sees knifes. Taylor grabs one and runs back to the living room.

"Where are they?" Nancy asks. Few seconds later they hear  screeching coming from the window. They all gasp and turn to the window. "What are they doing?" Nancy asks still holding the gun.

They then heard sounds from the other window. Everyone then faces the window waiting for the monsters to come. They heard the noise getting louder. Taylor was getting ready to fight them, along with everyone else.

Then a monster flew through the window. Everyone screams backing away. "Holy shit." Dustin says as everyone walks up to it. "Is it dead?" Max asks. Hopper walks up to it and touches it with his foot.

Then they hear the door creak. Everyone turns and faces the door. Then the door open and the girl that Taylor bumped into at the school walks in.
