Dear Diary,

Classes are over, and it's finally Christmas Break. But, as expected, we’re still here in the gym for practice, with Spring Tournaments only three weeks away.

For the second time, Atsumu received a letter inviting him to the All-Japan Youth Training Camp. We all know he’s the most capable player on our team, and while we could use him in practice, it’s right for him to take this opportunity. He seems genuinely excited, probably because he’ll meet new faces and learn from other talented players.

He reassured us not to worry, even though none of us really were. He said he’ll use this experience to study the gameplay and strengths of our potential rivals.

On another note, Iwaizumi-san messaged our Group Chat to let us know she’ll be heading to Miyagi to spend the holiday with her family. She’ll be back sometime after New Year, and so, we wished her well and told her to take care.

Still, part of me hopes she could have at least spent a little time with the team before leaving.
