Dear Diary,

Hello. Apologies for not writing the past couple of days—I’ve been busy with exams. We just finished our last test today, and some of the team decided to celebrate surviving what they called “hell-like tests.”

We headed to a nearby karaoke place and rented a room big enough for all of us. We split the costs evenly, including for food, though I added a few extra yen when I paid to cover the full amount. They didn’t need to know about that.

The team really enjoyed singing, even if some of them didn’t quite keep in tune with the original beat. I was eventually handed the mic, and somehow I managed to score a hundred, probably just out of luck. The team turned it into a bet that whoever got closest to my score would get a pass on running drills at our next practice.

In the end, Riseki won with a score of 99, even though he’d just been cheerfully joining in from the sidelines.
