"taehyung!"

said boy looked over, seeing jeongguk crutching over to his locker. it was wednesday now, and jeongguk was healing slowly. him and taehyung had continued to become closer, texting all day and calling each other as soon as they got home until it was time for bed.

jeongguk made sure taehyung got his sleep and hung up at a reasonable time rather than staying up until 2 am with him on call. he knew better. although taehyung would sometimes complain, he insisted.

"hi ggukie." taehyung said, wrapping his arms around his neck and kissing him sweetly.

jeongguk smiled, kissing him back.

everything about taehyung's day was so much better now that him and jeongguk were together. except for people being fake nice to him since he was dating the most liked guy in the school and the times when he wasn't able to see jeongguk.

they pulled away from the kiss, taehyung still keeping his arms around jeongguk.

"i was wondering if you wanted to come home with me. we both have namjoon for a teacher and i thought you could help me with a project he's assigning." jeongguk said.

"sure, i'll be happy to help! but i have dance practice today.." he mumbled.

"i can come with! i'll watch you and then take you to my place after." he said with a smile.

"okay!" taehyung said, smiling as well. he grabbed his dance bag from his locker as well as his backpack.

they made their way to the dance studio, taehyung slowing his pace to match jeongguk's.

"how was your day today, baby?" jeongguk asked, looking over at him as they walked.

"...not the greatest. everyone was being overly nice to me all of a sudden when they were meanies before." he muttered.

jeongguk sighed, shaking his head. "i'm sorry. they're just fake." he said.

"i know. it just makes me sad that they're trying to get on my good side now that i'm dating you instead of trying to actually be my friend." he mumbled.

they arrived at the dance room, going inside and being greeted by jimin and hoseok.

"hi taehyungie!" jimin said, hugging him tightly.

"hi jiminie." he replied, smiling.

once he pulled away taehyung went to the bench and took off his shoes, setting his school bag down and grabbing his dance clothes before running into the bathroom.

as he was changing, jeongguk set his crutches down and sat next to where taehyung put his things, looking at his cast. it was covered in signatures of all different colors, as well as a cute drawing of a bunny made by taehyung.

it was his favorite part of the cast.

taehyung appeared from the bathroom in some sweatpants and a t-shirt. it always surprised jeongguk how different he looked when he danced.

the clothes he wore and the way he danced just made him look so masculine. it made jeongguk flustered, shy even.

"okay everyone, grab a partner. your job is to create a quick dance to any song of your choice. you have a week to work on it." their instructor said.

taehyung and jimin partnered up, hoseok going with taemin.

jeongguk just now realized taemin was in dance, he was one of the drama kids.

jeongguk watched with a fond smile as taehyung and jimin were choosing a song before starting to come up with the dance moves. they started with the chorus, since it'd be repeating and it'd be easier to learn first.

after about an hour, taehyung and jimin had decided and practiced the first few moves of the chorus.

soon enough it was time to pack up, so taehyung went to change back in his normal clothes before coming out and skipping over to jeongguk.

"hey babe." jeongguk said, smiling widely and holding his waist as taehyung stood between his legs.

"hi." he replied shyly, letting his hands rest on the nape of jeongguk's neck.

"ready to go?" he asked, squeezing his waist.

taehyung nodded happily, grabbing his shoes off the floor and putting them on. he slung his bags over his shoulder and then helped jeongguk stand up.

jeongguk grabbed his crutches and they left the dance studio, walking into the school parking lot to jeongguk's car. he was able to drive because it was his non dominant leg that was broken.

taehyung got into the passenger seat after putting his bags in the back, buckling up and looking out the window.

jeongguk grabbed his hand, intertwining their fingers as he pulled out of the parking lot and drove towards his house.

"so what's this project that you need help with?" taehyung asked, looking over at his boyfriend.

"i have to create a short story. i'm not the greatest at coming up with ideas or writing it out. so i thought you could help me with some of your literature expertise." he said, laughing softly.

"oh, okay! this should be easy. for one, you just have to relax. the harder you think about it the worse it'll be. you'll come up with an idea by not even paying attention to it." taehyung explained.

"yeah, you're right." he said, smiling softly. once they arrived at jeongguk's house, they got out of the car.

"your house looks so nice." taehyung said, admiring the two story house. it was light blue, big windows on the outside.

"thank you." he said, going up to the front and unlocking the door. he let taehyung go in first before closing it behind him.

taehyung took off his shoes, looking around. it was very cozy on the inside, the rooms full of unique colors and pretty trinkets.

"mom?" he called out.

footsteps were heard and jeongguk's mom appeared, pink foam separators on her toes.

"oh hi taehyung! it's good to see you!" she said, standing on her heels.

taehyung giggled, seeing the hot pink nail polish on her toenails. "good to see you too." he said with a smile.

"we're going upstairs." jeongguk said, crutching over to his mom and kissing her cheek.

"do you need help getting up the stairs?" taehyung asked quickly.

"nah i've got it, it just takes me awhile." jeongguk said, crutching his way up.

taehyung followed him up the wooden staircase and into his room, eyes widening in surprise. album covers were completely covering one wall, a vinyl record player had its own stand and a big case full of records next to it.

lights were strung up all around his room, guitars hanging on the opposite wall of the vinyls. his bed was pressed up against a big wide window, plain grey bedding and some darker grey pillows on the mattress. his desk was clean with two pc monitors, along with a big computer underneath and some small gaming consoles like the nintendo switch or an old ds.

his closet was open, full of his clothes and blankets. a bean bag sat in one of the corners of the room as well.

"jeongguk, your room is so cool!" taehyung said giddily, gasping and looking at all the covers on his wall.

the older laughed shyly, rubbing the back of his neck. "thank you." he said.

taehyung set his bag down next to jeongguk's bed, carefully sitting down so he wouldn't ruin his neat bedding.

jeongguk sat down beside him, sighing and plopping down so he was laying on his back. "m'so tired." he grumbled.

taehyung clicked his tongue, climbing onto his lap so he was straddling him. "we've got work to do!" he said, poking jeongguk's hard chest.

jeongguk opened one of his eyes, looking up at taehyung. "just a ten minute nap." he said, closing his eye again.

"nope! no procrastinating." he said, poking him again.

jeongguk smiled softly, keeping his eyes closed as he held onto taehyung's waist. "pleeeeaaassee? it'll just be ten minutes." he begged, pulling taehyung down into his arms.

"jeongguk~" he whined, trying to pry out of his hold although he really was enjoying it.

jeongguk laughed, letting go of him. "fine. five minutes." he replied, giggling when he saw taehyung face palm.

"five minutes. that's it." taehyung said sternly, grabbing jeongguk's hands and intertwining their fingers together.

"nap with me." he whispered, pulling him down and into his arms again and kissing his forehead.

taehyung couldn't resist.

they ended up sleeping longer than five minutes.

jeongguk woke up from the sunset shining it's orange beams onto his face. he opened his eyes, groaning and closing his blinds.

he heard a small whine emit from taehyung, looking down and seeing the boy snuggled into his chest.

jeongguk smiled and played with his mullet, running his fingers through the strands of his hair and kissing his forehead.

he grabbed his phone off the nightstand and saw that an hour and a half had already passed. he laughed to himself, shaking his head.

he heard a small yawn come from taehyung, watching as the boys eyes fluttered open.

"hey there sleepyhead." jeongguk said, kissing him softly.

"what time is it?" taehyung asked groggily, burying his head in jeongguk's neck.

"5:47."

taehyung gasped, sitting up. "jeongguk! we slept too long!" he whined.

"babe, it's okay. we've still got a few hours. you can always stay the night if you want, too." he suggested.

taehyung blushed, biting his lip and looking down at jeongguk's chest. his fingers traced his muscles through the fabric of his shirt. "s-stay the night?" he asked shyly.

"mhm. only if you want. you can wear some of my clothes to bed and my mom will make us dinner." he said.

"i'd have to ask jin hyung first." he said, finding his phone in his jeans pocket and pulling it out.

jeongguk held his waist securely, watching as taehyung tapped a few things on his screen before lifting the phone to his ear.

"hello?"

"hi hyungie!"

"hey taehyung, hows the studying going?"

"about that... we accidentally took a nap and slept too long so we're going to start studying now. a-and i was wondering...."

"wondering what, tae?"

"if i c-could stay over tonight..? jeongguk said i can borrow some of his clothes."

"sure taehyungie. that's fine, use protection."

taehyung gasped, blushing deeply.

"jinnie!"

"i'm just kiddinggg! have fun tae! i love you!"

"love you too, goodnight hyung!"

he hung up, looking down at jeongguk. "he said i can!"

"yay!" jeongguk replied, smiling widely. he pulled taehyung in for another kiss, resting his hands on the small of his back.

taehyung blushed, resting his hands on his shoulders and kissing him back shyly.

"dinners ready!!!"
