Linda had come to before Wade had — she was angry, very angry, actually — she was furious. Sitting up, she saw just yards and yards of sand as far as the eye could see. She breathed heavily — getting up, she began to walk quickly to the groaning sound of Wade. She stood over him before her claws came out — Wade quirked his head, "Mommy?" Linda was on him before he could blink. She stabbed and slashed, "Where the fuck are we?" She gritted out as she pinned Wade down. "I don't know! Why would you think I would know, I'm not that smart." Linda stabbed him in the gut and Wade groaned.

"Explain, now." She ordered but Wade just shook his head, "I don't know anything!" He grabbed her and threw her away. The two were having a stand off, "You know, I've had dreams about this — but you were a bit taller, more hairy." Linda didn't care about his words, "I'm gonna hurt you so bad." Her eyes darkened, "Let's fucking go." The two began running at each other before Linda stabbed Wade in the shoulder and Wade stabbed Linda in the thigh. The two fought each other — Wade pinning Linda before she stabbed his sides and flipping to be on top of him.

This worked out more in Wade's favor as he pulled out his two pistols and shot at her sides — Linda growled angrily before elbowing Wade's gut. She stood up and grabbed Wade before tossing him over to a large statue of something. She walked over to him — Wade groaning as he stood up, "You are just something aren't you?" He laughed before turning around to see the statue. "Oh no, rest in peace." It was the twentieth century fox logo. Linda growled and began to charge at Wade again, "When do you get tired?!" He exclaimed as he pulled out his katana and stabbed Linda right in the gut.

She swiped at him multiple times before the sound of laughing and hollering was heard from afar. "Okay, truce now?" Wade asked and Linda just pulled away from him — grimacing at the feeling of the blade coming out of her. The two watched as in the distance, there were lots of "vehicles" coming their way. "What the hell?" Linda furrowed her brows. "You guys should hide." A voice said from above them and the two looked up. It was someone in a makeshift cloak — hiding their face. "I swear I recognize that voice." Wade said to himself. "They're looking for you two." The mystery person said again and Wade couldn't help but get excited, "Oh my god!" He squealed.

Linda on the other hand raised a questioning brow, "Who's looking for us?" The mystery person dropped down — landing perfectly. "Now that is a superhero landing!" Wade exclaimed. The people that had been in the distance were now fast approaching. "Oh I'm so ready for this!" Wade watching as the mystery person took off their cloak and revealed themselves to be Jonathan Storm — even though Wade thought this was Steve Rogers — completely forgetting about the Fantastic Four. "Are you ready for this?" Wade asked Linda and she didn't respond. The people have approached and Linda recognized someone she hadn't seen in a while. Wade watches as Johnny goes to speak and speaks at the same time as him, "Avengers—!"

"Flame on!" Is what Johnny actually says and Wade sighs, "What..?" He suddenly realizes — but the sound of everyone growling, hissing, and hollering at them distracts him. "Well if it isn't the human torch." Pyro — someone that Linda vaguely remembered — said to Johnny with a laugh. Behind Pyro was Toad — Linda hated him — and Sabertooth. Linda couldn't help but make eye contact with her brother, he growled at her before lunging at her — Linda acted quickly and slashed his throat in a clean sweep, causing his head to fall right off. Wade was still giddy, "Holy shit! That's right! That's the fierce little fur ball!"

Linda raised a brow at his words causing him to giggle. "Alright! You're coming with us — Cassandra's gonna enjoy this!" Pyro looked at Toad who quickly turned on a giant magnet and aimed it at Linda. Wade acted quickly and got behind her, holding her waist as the two slammed against the large magnet. Linda groaned as a car from the distance came flying towards them. Johnny on the other hand was caught quickly by Toad, who splashed him with water and caught him with his tongue.

The three were then tied up and put into a large sphere made of something that looked like bone. Wade and Linda were tied back to back while Johnny was tied down to the side, "Isn't this more Mad Max-y?" Wade questioned as they traveled to this Cassandra person. Neither of them answered him, "There's others like us. They've been hiding, trying to get back to their homes." Johnny suddenly says. "If you wanna get out of here, go to them." Linda nods but Wade doesn't really pay attention. "You wanna know something, when we meet Cassandra, it's gonna be a nightmare. So just don't say anything." Johnny warned — Linda chuckled, for as long as she knew Wade, he would talk — but Wade was curious. "She's a nightmare you say? What else do you think about her?" Johnny laughed, "Oh, let me tell you..."
