Those who believe that sitting in front of a computer all day, playing games or watching TV shows, makes them happy; Jimin would love to convince them of the opposite and explain all the benefits and reasons why having a child would make them both happier and healthier.

Nonetheless, everyone is unique. Everyone makes various choices, has different priorities and has a different story to tell.

Despite his youthful age and financial difficulties, he wouldn't have it any other way.

"Juju, baby, it's time for breakfast," Jimin mumbles, his eyes half-closed and voice strained from sleep, before blowing raspberries on Minjun's tummy, prompting the small child to laugh in his light sleep.

When Jimin perceives that Minjun's tummy starts hurting from laughing too much, he switches to softly tracing his fingers over his back. He taps and traces his fingers, making sure that every move is comfortable for Minjun and makes him feel good.

The gesture earns him a sweet whining as soon as Jimin stops doing that.

Jimin chuckles, dazed by the cute view in front of him. "Sorry baby, but we have to get up soon. I can't be late for work and you for kindergarten."

Jimin sighs when he receives the expected response from his son: the shaking of his head, being unwilling to get up in fatigue and giving up the cuddling moment early in the morning.

Jimin enjoys mornings where he can savour the special moments for a longer period of time, like on weekends when there is no job or kindergarten.

"Appa, uppie! Want uppie!" Minjun fusses, extending his arms in a grabby gesture. His little tiny fists open and close in need of help from Jimin, who just got up from bed, hair messy on top of his head, needing to look for a suitable outfit to wear for work. Jimin reaches over and grabs Minjun with a soft smile on his face.

"Okay, baby. Let's go and find you an outfit for today."

Jimin quickly picks out an orange t-shirt with a superhero pattern and some light washed jeans for Minjun to wear before finding his own clothing. He wanted enough time for them to enjoy breakfast together.

"What do you want to eat?" Jimin asks softly while preparing some sandwiches for later. The fact that Minjun attends kindergarten has a number of advantages, one of which is the fruit-based lunch and snacks. It saves him time in the morning.

When Jimin doesn't receive an answer he glances over to discover Minjun in the kitchen, pointing at the cereal box on top of the cabinet. He rushes to the cabinet to fetch the box and pours a bowl for him.

"Here you go," he ruffles Minjun's hair and places a kiss on top of his head before joining him at the table.

"You know who I was talking to on the phone earlier?" Jimin asks and gathers all of Minjun's attention. "Jin. He'll be here over the weekend." Minjun's eyes widen before he breaks a large smile. His brother hasn't paid them a visit in a long time. He spends much of his time working as a hotel manager.

"Jinnie~ Miss uncle Jinnie."

"I know you do. I miss him too. Perhaps we can go to the zoo or see a movie together." Jimin notices how his eyes glitter as if he has just uttered the most fascinating thingโ€”in fact, it is the most fascinating thing for Minjun. He has been intrigued by it these past months.

"Yes! Yes! Pwease~ want to see animals!" he jots out his bottom lip. Jimin coos as he reaches over to nudge his small nose. He looks way too adorable for his own good, cheeks completely round from the food he has in his mouth.

"Alright," the elder says with a smile. "Let's finish and get you to kindergarten."

He is well aware that Minjun is completely enthralled by zoo animals. Every time they walk in there, it's as if he's seeing them for the first time, rushing from one animal to the next in a waddle beat, round dazzling eyes as big as plates.

The zoo, however, has its catch: Jimin can't take his eyes off Minjun at any time, keeping them fixed on him like a hawk. That is when he is not holding Minjun's hand. He's quick, tiny, and doesn't always pay attention to his surroundings.

So it happened that Jimin had looked away for two seconds, not holding Minjun's hand. Two seconds andMinjun had vanished from his sight. To say Jimin had been panicked would be an understatement. As he anxiously searched, his heart hammered adamant against his rib cage and tears gathered in his eyes. It was every parent's nightmare to lose their child.

Soon after, he found him a few metres away, concealed by some bushes, observing some wild bunnies from a distance. He recalls nearly instantly erupting due to worry, fear, and uncertainty. However, he kept his cool and chose against bursting with all of his emotions in front of his little one.

Not only would he make him cry but also it would hurt him. The elder does not want to be perceived as a father who yells at him for doing anything wrong, making him feel scared of him in those young years. No, he knows better. Jimin knows shouting at him wouldn't solve anything at all.

Patience and calm are what he uses instead, rarely strictness as Minjun often listens when Jimin tells him what's dangerous to do or better said, what he shouldn't do.

Another issue is that Jimin can't stay upset with his child for long. When those brown eyes gaze at him, he can't resist himself from pulling him into his arms and showering him with love. When it comes down to it, those brown eyes are his weakness.

Oh, and all the times where he has to bring Minjun to the kindergarten. He's so attached to him that if it were up to him, he'd bring him to work if it was possible.

Unfortunately, life does not always work out that way for everyone. Minjun also needs friends, and where better to find them than there?

Now, standing in front of the kindergarten entrance, he finds it difficult to let go, assuming for Minjun it's the same every morning. As soon as they get to the door, he starts clinging to him and whining about how he doesn't want to go in there.

"It's all right, Juju. I know you're timid with other people but look on the bright side. You can play with your friends. It won't be for long. I'll pick you up again after work." It's what Jimin tells him over and over again, but little does Jimin know how wrong he is.

Minjun's reasons for not wanting to go are different from Jimin's. He keeps it to himself, not saying anything to his father.

Jimin sighs and is about to get up from his crouched down position when a sudden figure appears next to the entrance, accompanied by someone with brown hair and dressed in a dark blue and black outfit. He furrows his brows as he shifts his gaze towards the other and roams his eyes over the person, subconsciously pulling Minjun closer. Somehow, he is unable to perceive positive energy emanating from them. They don't look like parents at all.

He can hardly see the other person's face since he is wearing a black hood over his head, with just dark brown strands of hair peeking out, sending shivers down his spine. Nonetheless, he can tell it's a guy, derived from his body shape.

As if to confirm his assumption, the male corrects his posture by rolling his shoulders back and allowing his hands to drop into the side pockets of his jacket. This time, Jimin pays attention to how well-built his physique looks to be.

The blond then lets his eyes unintentionally wander over the male's back and is ashamed when his gaze first stops at the exposed skin of his arm, revealing black tint that adorns the other's arm and then unexpectedly stops at the unreal thighs of the unknown person. Black jeans hug his legs tightly, hinting that he'd have to work out a lot to get such muscles.

He immediately shakes his head, embarrassed of himself, that his thoughts had wandered so far. He shouldn't be interested in that at all.

Jimin returns his attention to the small hands clutching to his jacket, Jimin emits quiet giggles and places a kiss on the top of Minjun's head, who appears to be lost in his own world and hasn't even seen the two men standing there.

Taking another look at the entrance, Jimin notices that the men are no longer waiting there, which causes him to furrow his brows in befuddlement.

Who are they and what is someone doing in the presence of children, someone who appears strange and frightening? Does he now have to be concerned about Minjun?
