Portals himself to your location.

Yes, he uses his portals to get to you, but he makes it seem like an accident or pure coincidence if you notice him. If you don't notice him, he'll continue following you like a lost puppy.

𝐃 𝐎 𝐍 𝐀 𝐓 𝐄 𝐋 𝐋 𝐎 :

Hacks into cameras.

He doesn't even need to leave his room. He either hacks into cameras, or he places some in your home. In your living room, kitchen, bedroom, and even your bathroom. He even gifted you a stuffed bear with a camera in its eye. (And put a tracker into you too ;)) He will also stalk your social media to find out about anyone you're talking to.

Typical stalking.

He's the smallest out of his brothers, so it makes things easier like hiding, or making excuses if you notice him (since he's the younger brother, you'll let it slide). Either he follows you around home/school/work, or he stalks your social media which he then uses as references for his art of you.
