Wade Wilson, also known as Deadpool, was known for not wanting to be put in a box as part of the X-Men. With Wolfie (Wolverine) gone, what was the point — there wasn't anyone over the top hot for him to ogle at. There was Colossus but he wasn't any fun, just always work, work, work. So, with no fun in the mansion anymore, and with Wade wanting to make his own team — he created X-Force — it was basically X-Men but with the name changed. But it brought something warm to Wade's heart, being able to have his own team who he knew would believe in him.
