Rowoon?" you whispered with a stunned expression.

"Yunru what a pleasant surprise?" He looked at you with open admiration and eyes filled with delight until you hear a slight cough from behind you. You snicker a bit as Ms Fey raised her eyebrow with a lovely gesture to the two of you.

"You know each other?' She asked, looking at the two of you with open interest.

Rowoon was a little red behind the ears. He smiles sheepishly, a little embarrassed for his genuine excitement to see the girl he fell for a few months ago. But she's bonded to a very possessive soulmate at the time. It was a pity.

"Oh, we met at my little cousins'21 st birthday a few months ago. She's my cousin LiuMeis' best friend." He winks at you, and you just grin. He was such a gentleman at the party. Just that obnoxious Dylan that ruined a potential friendship.

You smile widely:" Good to see you too, Rowoon."

Ms Fey chuckle: " Well, Yunru  than no need for boring introductions...Rowoon is, fortunately, your supervisor. He is one of the executive producers of a morning talk show and does editing after his main job. He is one of our thrice award-winning producers. You will be in the best hands. He'll show you the ropes, and you will work with him in the studios. Tao you and Y/n will be under Rowoon and Wang Yong Zhou."

Just then, a very tall and handsome man came out from a side door. He had a calm and relaxed aura around him. He smirks at the two young interns. You all bow and greet.

Ms Fey: " Hi there, Wang Yong! Here are your two interns. Please don't overwork them, ok. Bye, you two. I'll see you in the meeting room after work for report backs on your first day. Bye for now."

Wang Yong:" We won't. Little sir, you can come with me...nice to meet you ", pretty girl." he smiles at Rowoon, who rolled his eyes.

Wang Yong left with Toa- who gave you a "good luck sigh". And mouthed a "see you later."

Rowoon looked at you, shook his head after closing the door, and beckoned you to take the chair next to him. You put your bag on one of the counters and took place next to him. Highly excited to start your first day.

"I can't believe you here in front of me...your soulmate almost kill me with his bare hands at the party?" He grins. He reminisces about that evening, how her soulmate took her out of his arms on the dance floor. He was more shocked than annoyed.

You laugh slightly: "Oh, Dylan...he is not my soulmate. But I'm so sorry for his rudeness. I wanted to come and apologised, but you left the party so early. Dylan is..was my best friend."

Rowoon smile: " I'm glad to hear he's not your soulmate. I've never seen such blatant jealousy and possessiveness. Where is he now? I'm surprised he doesn't have You on a leach.  You are such a sweet girl to be bonded to that first-class jerk...no offence Yunru ...are you bonded by now?"

You smirk: "non -taken. As a matter of fact...I met my soulmate in Seoul on our little vacation with LiuMei; Dylan is  interning at a computer company?" You said with a bit of sadness, thinking of your unreasonably best friend, who doesn't seem to want you to be happy even if it's not with him.

Rowoon looks at you with an undefined emotion: " That's a shame...I wanted to ask you out on a date that night...a pity. Your soulmate is a fortunate man."

You look at him with a surprised expression:" "I'm sorry, Rowoon if we had the chance to get to know each other that evening...I would've said yes...but it was not meant to be...I'm the lucky girl who found my soulmate. He is all I want and need right now and forever." You said with pure love and affection in your voice.

Rowoon smile warmly: "What strings are you?"

You inhaled deeply:" both red-gold."

"Wow, that's intense...You really must love each other so deeply. I'm so happy for you. Enjoy your bond. What a most desired and deathly string. LiuMei also found the true love string. How is she doing?" He suddenly looks a little sad, but he smiles widely again.

He wanted to know you more and asked about your life with interest while setting up your workstation for a video he wants you to start editing. You looked around his studio with awe.

"Oh, yes, we do love each other. LiuMei is living her dream. She's interning at Bighit in South Korea as an intern stylist...she loves it there, got her apartment." You started to miss your friend. LiuMei

"Wow...Bighit! They are one of the upcoming big names in the industry. Everyone is awe with the group they manage er...BTS. Why didn't you apply there? Your resume is imposing."

You smile: "Thank you, but this place was always my dream company to work at. Your studios are awesome."

Rowoon smile ,if you weren't bonded, you would've fallen for him head over heels, but you are not even attracted to him. You don't find him romantically attractive even if he is so handsome. Red-gold strings don't have any romantic feelings of attraction for others, but you will appreciate their visuals.

Taehyung is the hottest man alive, and he is yours. You love your soulmate with all of your heart. No one even visually appealing can sped up your heart.

Rowoon shows you a video that he was working on for another in house-production.

"Ok, every day you'll work with me till 12, then from noon you will be with Wang Yong.
What we are going to do today is to edit and synchronise soundtracks with images. Then you'll also organise and string together the raw footage into a continuous whole according to the scripts I'm going to give you, or you'll follow the instructions of director Chen Hui and his two producers Wang Yong and Choi Li Yen. You'll meet the other two people tomorrow. Ok, let's start..."

You and Rowoon had a pleasant working environment. He is such a nice guy and showed you tricks of the trade. You asked him many questions, and he was more than eager to lead you in the right direction.

Every time he looked at you, his heart will speed up. You are so effortlessly beautiful and such a kindhearted girl with lots of potentials. He can't wait to show you all the secrets of editing to help you get more successful.

He gave you a schedule of your daily duties with him.

It was almost tea time at 10:30 am. You had fun, and you laugh a lot. He told you about cute and funny things that usually happen on the morning shows. He shows you a tape with the compilations of gag reels or bloopers of the numerous guest they had on the show.

You were just busy editing the soundtrack of the particular part when you heard a slight knock.

Rowoon, who was busy with another job, calls out, "It's open...you may enter!"

Another face peeks through the door. A gorgeous woman with a magnificent smile. She looked at Rowoon with admiration. You quickly glanced at the door as Rowoon stood up and welcomed her in.

"Ah Chun ...what brings you so early to this side?" He chuckled.

"Oh, Rowoon...aren't you happy to see, "she gives him a side glance as her eyes were only on the pretty girl in front of the monitor.

You smiled and stood up and bow in a polite greeting. She looks at you with calculating eyes. Her eyes look at Rowoon, who is smirking. Then she turns to you, smiling.

"Hey, I'm Chunhua...a production assistant on " THE BREAKFAST MORNING SHOW" Welcome to our studio. I Hope you enjoy your internship. Rowoon can be slave driver...but he's a darling..." she looks at him with flirty eyes. Rowoon looks at you and rolls his eyes.

You watch their interaction amusedly. It seems Ms Chunhua has the hots for Rowoon.

"I'm Yunru  Lee...nice to meet you, Ms Chunhua...I'm sure going to enjoy every minute of it. Thank you. Rowoon has been a gracious supervisor and mentors so far."You look thanks to your new mentor.

Chunhua smile, but she still looks a little confused until a lightbulb went off mentally: " omg...I was trying to figure you out Y/n. You are our FILA Chinese Ambassador. Your face is everywhere. Gosh, it's so surreal to meet you-" she looks at a flabbergasted Rowoon who looked at you with delight.-"Rowoon, we need to book her one day as a guest on our morning show after the FILA press conference."

Your eyes widen-" oh no, no! I'm not good at interviews and talking about personal stuff. I'm too nervous about that...Thank you, but no thanks."

Rowoon looks so amazed:" You are a little bottle full of pleasant surprises Yunru .I want to hear all about that, ok."

You inwardly groan, but your face doesn't show it.

"Rowoon, please let Yunru  free its tea time till 11:30 am. All the other intern are at the film departments cafeteria. We have a production meeting at 10:45 am with the director. We have only five minutes to grab a coffee."

You sigh in relief. Thank God. You need to eat something now.

"Ok, Yunru  you can go and enjoy your lunch. I think you can't wait to see them."

Just then, Wang Yong and Tao came in full of contentment and smiles.

You grab your bag, and you and Tao greet the older mentors and find your way to the cafeteria.

Tao with glee: "Urg, Wang is awesome...You know he specialised in special effects also. Whoa. He studio is so cool Yunru ."He was over-enthused with the mornings' session.

"I'm glad", you smile at your new buddy. You told him about your day.

You heard a lot of chattering and laughing in the cafeteria. It was buzzing with activity. You feel a sense of energy burst through when you saw your new friends sitting at one big round table. They shifted two tables together.

They all sat and joked around. They look pretty happy with their morning sessions. Ling and Li already have their food in front of them.
Both have veggie burgers and big baskets of chips.

Tao smile" Heya, I'm Tao...Yunru teammate in the editing studios."

Everyone acknowledges him and offer him a seat next to Steven, who was busy on his phone. Maybe with his soulmate.

"How's the food here?" You ask the girls.

"It tastes divine. It looks like they gave an incredible amount of variety. Go check It out before the lines get too long." Li told you.

"Where's Lin ? "You asked searching for your wallet in your bag.

"He and that tardy girl of this morning went somewhere. He seems obsessed with that girl," Ling said throughout small bites of her veggie burger.

You smirk knowingly. The new soulmates went to activate and complete the bond. For you and Taehyung, it was one hell of an experience. You are so glad you have done.

"Ok, let me quickly go and get something to nibble on."

"Come, "Tao beckons you to accompany him to the counter.

You bought yourself a tasty chicken wrap and juice.

Tail opt for a chicken burger and chips.

You bought him a guava juice. He smiled at your generosity. You took your order and went back to your table to enjoy your food.

Ling took a big gulp from her coke and looked at you?" How was our little celebritys' morning so far?"

She teasingly asked. Tao looks with confused eyes filled with questions.

Tao frown at Ling," Celebrity?"

Li smiled: "She's a FILA Model!"

Tao looked at you in awe, "Really? Whoa...are you the one on the billboard in Anfu Road, in Pudong, that dating spot for an artist?"

You look surprised; You didn't know there were some billboards in Shanghai. Are you kidding yourself? South Korea got your billboards. Why not Shanghai? You thought maybe Fiyang would feature here.

"I haven't seen it. Is it one with Fiyang?" You asked hopefully.

Steven grin: "It's' the one you had with BTS Taehyung. That is one sexy billboard. How lucky can you get?"

Tao interrupt Steven with excitement:" Oh, gosh Yunru . that Taehyung is sizzling! I'm an unapologetically hot fanboy."

You smirk:" oh..yes, I  know." You are so proud of your soulmate. But you can understand why he sometimes feels so annoyed. Everyone just gushes about his visuals.

"Where is Lin?" Ling looks around with a frow on her face.

"Oh...he and that new girl Ming went to get to know each other..." Steven snickers while popping a chip in his mouth.

You giggle a little knowing that he and Ming needed privacy to activate their bond.

A few minutes later, the two soulmates came in hand-in-hand to the awe and surprise of everyone. Ling and Li's mouths almost dropped on the floor. What the...since when?...so quickly.

They came in shy and smiling. You could sense they share the red gold string in their deep happiness.

Tao looked at Lin:" Care to explain...isn't too early to hook -up?"

Lin grin from ear to ear: "Em...guys, meet my soulmate Ming Jung" he gestures his hands to the blushing Ming. Everybody shout out in awe and congratulate the newly bonded couple. Lin asked his soulmate what she will eat, and he went to buy for them while the girls just look smugly and teasingly at Ming...

You can't help to feel sorry for her. All eyes were on them the whole tea break.

You and your group talked about your day so far. The others had a hectic day, answering phones, data capturing, carrying equipment around.

You were excited that you and Tao had a fabulous time with your mentors. You and Tao were even invited next week to Rowoons' place for a BBQ. He even said you could bring some of your friends. But you'll tell your friends later.

After lunch, you and Tao changed mentors, and you're with Wang.

He smiles down at you: "I know Ro, gave you homework to edit a video film; I'm not going to overload you with soundtracks now. When you free. I want you to find me a good song for this sad video clip. We'll edit it into the scene. That's all. Come....let me take you on a little studio tour: The morning and breakfast show."

You beam at him: "Oh yes, please!",

Wang laughs a little as he leads you out the hallway to the elevators. He asked you about Uni and your interest and family.

He told you about his work and life-long friendship with Rowoon. He looks at you with soft eyes: " Rowoon seems smitten with you..how did that happen...after his..erm. he seems to like you.."

You look up at his tall stature and grin:" We met few a month or so ago at his cousins' 21st Birthday..."

"Oh, I see...are you bonded?" he asks, clearly interested in your answer.

"Yes, a week ago," you told him about your strings.

"Is your soulmate also in entertainment?" He let you go through first as the elevator stop at the studio sets floor.

"Er...kind of. It's a little complicated to disclose. He is a prominent celebrity, so we are not yet revealed to the public," you said cautiously.

"Ok, I understand. Now Rowoon and I are waiting in anticipation to see who caught this beautiful flower.." he compliments you.

"Thanks, Mr Wang. Do you have a soulmate, sir?"
You also wanted to know cause he has excellent visuals.

"I'm a Tarnished, but I'm in a relationship right now. We will get married after 35. When late whispering, soul marks wouldn't appear anymore. " he chuckled. He and his girl loved the way things are right now.

He took you to his and Rowoon Breakfast morning show set.

"Wow, I love the set design. So, relaxing here."

You sat down on the sofas, which was very soft and plush. You wonder if Me Bai, your agent, will not force you to go on interviews sets. You already get the nerves.

You went to a lunch express show set.

"Whoa, cool sets." you look admiringly around.
"Thank you, and we have some of the best set designers in Shanghai. Some of them even worked on Hollywood sets."He proudly briefs you about their staff in all the departments. You can't contain your excitement.

Lunch break was surprising. Rowoon bought lunch for you and Tao, and you could sit with them in Wang's studio.

He gave you and Tao your schedules. You have two fun days in the week. Next week Tuesday, you will assist on an actual set that Directors will shoot outdoors. You can't wait. You are going to be an assistant to the second AD.

You're also going to visit the film sites and film museums. Rowoon said on the last day of the internship, and there will be a surprise.

It was time to go to the meeting place. All the interns got themself a chair and were waiting for the supervisor or mentors.  Rowoon and Wang were among the those with Me Fey.

The interns talked about what they have learned so far, the highlights and challenges of the day. You smile as Rowoon winks at you. Tao chuckled because you can't say you had any challenges with your mentors. They were helpful and delightful to work with.

It was time to go home. You and Rowoon, Tao and Wang walked out together. Some of the other teams, especially the girls, were salty that you and Tao worked with the handsome young producers, and they had older tight-lipped women and older men as mentors.

As you walked the hallway down, you saw several notifications on your phone. You had your phone on silent.
Dylan's text messages blew up your phone. He was apologising, then ranting, then whining, then apologising again.

You open it up and give one reply." Please let me be happy working at my internship. I'll talk to you two days before the end of our internship. Don't call me or text me, and don't attempt to see me at my working place. If you don't adhere to my simple requests, our friendship is 'OVER' understand?"

He immediately replied with thousands of crying emojis:"😢😢😢😢😢😭😭😭😭😭😭 ok, I'll leave you be. I'm sorry Yunru ....so sorry-"

Well, no, Dylan for two weeks straight.

You look at LiuMeis' and decide. You will answer her and Taehyungs at home. You need to hear your soulmates voice first.

You decide to answer Dahyun, who informed you that her Soulmate is out of town so she might visit you next week.

You feel a burst of energy run through you. And you know it's Taehyung. You are feeling highly excited. You smiled while you thought about him. You wish just to slip into his strong arms in a warm embrace.

In your shuttle back home, there is an exciting chatter. Everybody shared their experiences. But this time you are more relaxed, and you could get to know each other on a personal level.

Lin and Ming took an uber to her parents to inform them about the bond and then take her to meet his parents.

Taehyung still needs to meet your parents. Maybe during the holidays.

Steven made silly jokes, and you were all in stitches. You had taken off your pink jacket cause you got a little warm.

Ling gasped as she saw something. She grabbed your wrist: "O my word!!! Is this bracelet on the market now?...o gosh...You had to give me the website on where you bought it.!!!" Even Li looked in awe at your bracelet.

You were a little confused at her audible shrieks. Until it dawns on you what she is referring to. Tae loves the custom made bracelet he gave you. You paled and quickly thought of a way to escape. You forgot the girls are devoted Chinese ARMYS.

"Oh, why do you like it?" You bluff.

The girls look at you with blank expressions.

Ling squeal:" Yunru  that bracelet is Taehyungs concert collections. He called it his lucky charms. Every concert he is seen wearing this one with two similar ones. I didn't know ARMY can get it. During an interview for Billboard, they asked the boys about their jewellery, and he said it was custom made for him. Where did you get it?"

They look at you with expectation.

"Oh, I didn't know that. I...it was a gift from one of my best friend. She works as an intern for Bighit. She gave it to me on my birth day. My best friend is an avid ARMY.she got me merch that wasn't in the market yet. Her father is a billionaire".

They were so excited and in awe, taking your wrist and admiring your bracelet.

"Maybe it's a knock off...or she made it based on his design for me,my bias is Taehyung." She adds more fuel.

Ling dreamily:" I want to be your best friends friend to get all the merch. You so lucky. Do you think Taehyung gave it to her friend." she looked at Li.

"Maybe...it looks authentic. Yunru  you so lucky." Ling gush.

You just smiled and made a mental note not to wear any of Tae loves gifts to work. It will place you in awkward situations. They talked now ARMY talk. You love listening to them talking about the Bangtan boys you starting to like so much. Every boy is busy mapping a way into your heart.

Steven was on his phone with his soulmate.

You were dropped off in front of the main entrance. The group jaws dropped when they see where you lived. You just smile and thank the driver. The group had started a chat group. "The Intern".  To keep you updated with everything.

You walked me to the foyer and greeted the reception staff with a bright smile and a little head bow. You feel a little tired; now maybe it's your soulmate emotions.

At the apartment, you took a quick shower and put yourself on a t-shirt and shorts. You heat one of the frozen food and chocolate pudding for dessert.

After your little dinner, you text LiuMei.

Heya, best friend! How was your very first day?

Oh, Y/n, you're online. It was awesome. The crew is so lovely and attentive. Bang Pd. Is quite ok. Today we've planned their outfits for the BBMA's. It's so exciting, Y/n. They gave us the stylist a schedule. I'm going to Japan girl and maybe to Australia concerts. I can't wait for the two of us to be together.

I'm glad that you are happy. Tell me about Mike. Did his ex-fiance come?

Not yet. I'm not scared of her. Mike and I invigorate our bond. We Skype both our parents. They were so excited to know I found him. His parents were also ok with me. They just feel sorry for Aom loss, but they are ecstatic with joy that their boy found me. Y/n I love him so much, and last night he told me he loves me and he yearned and long for me for weeks. He was so sad for hurting me. I forgave him, and he is busy making it up to me.

Oh, Y/n he told me Aom wouldnt be an issue because the moment he met me...those weeks with her made him realise that he cannot deny his bond with me or his love. He told my Dad yesterday that will he be allowed to marry me at the end of next year. I'm so ecstatic Y/n

You talked a little more, and you decide to work the whole evening on your video editing assignment. You want Rowoon to be proud of you.

You look through your schedule for the coming two weeks. It's mostly film and video editing work.

Schedule: Week 1: Day 1-2
Trim film segments to specified lengths and reassemble components in sequences that present stories with maximum effect.

Day 3: Specific audio and visual effects and music necessary to complete films.

Day 3 -4  learn and set up and operate computer editing systems, electronic titling systems, video switching equipment,

Day 5:  Doing digital video effects units to produce a final product.

Day 6: Film set day💙💙💙💙💙

Day 7 Select and combine the most effective shots of each scene to form a logical and smoothly running story.

Day 7: Fieldtrip.

Day 8-9: Fun group activities

Day 9: Edit films and videotapes to insert music

Day 10-12: Edit  dialogue and sound effects to production videos, 

Day   13-: Arrange films into sequences and correct errors using editing equipment.

Day 14: Intern luncheon/ Appreciation day.

You were so busy editing that it was almost after midnight when you get a notification on your phone. Taelove. You frowned and wondered why he isn't sleeping on the plane. They are on the way to South Korea. But you felt relax because he is relaxed.

It's the Bangtan chat group. You giggle by yourself, wondering why are all of them still wide awake. You enjoy the chat until all those without soulmates left the conversation, and it was only you and Jin and his soulmate online.
