Makena stood next to Shuri, both of them in their respective suits. All the warriors of the Jabari and River tribe were walking to the ship, M'Baku and Nakia leading them.

Nakia noticed Shuri and Makena and walked over to stand by them. "Morning," she greeted in Xhosa.

"Good morning," Shuri replied.

"If we survive this, I want you to know you have a home with me in Haiti," Nakia spoke. She looked to Makena who was busy messing with her knife. "You too, Makena." Makena glanced at her and looked back down, not sure what to say to that.

Shuri clearly didn't know what to say either so neither of them said a thing. "Here. Both of you take my hands," Nakia said.

Makena sighed and took one of Nakia's hands and Shuri grabbed her other one. "Now grab each other's," Nakia said. Makena sighed again and they both used their two free hands and intertwined them.

"Breathe," Nakia said. Makena and Shuri did as told.

"Shuri, I want you to be honest with me. Who did you see when you took the herb?" Nakia asked. Makena removed her hand from Nakia's and turned around, pretending to look over the ships.

Shuri removed her hand from Nakia's as well. "If you go to war for vengeance it will not fill the hole left from her loss. It will only grow larger, and it will consume you." Nakia said.

Shuri glanced to Nakia, "It already has."

Nakia glanced at Makena for any sort of help on the subject but got nothing. Makena wasn't stepping in Shuri's way like Nakia thought she would.

Makena stood on the ship next to M'Baku, waiting for the Talokan to arrive. She noticed that the ship was no longer invisible so that signaled that they were here.

The Talokan rushed to the surface, telling them that the machine was working. Shuri walked up to the front of the ship, in her Black Panther suit.

"Yibambe!" Everyone chanted.

One of their aircrafts shot at the Talokans, all of which they moved to dodge. Namor rised from the water and struck his spear into the front of the craft. "Not this time." Makena flew up and landed onto the craft in front of Namor.

"You die today," Namor stated.

"It's been long overdue anyways." Makena mumbled. She used her spear, hitting Namor and sending him into the air like he was a baseball. Only he caught himself before he could land into the water.

Makena ran to the front to the ship to make sure it would still work. She turned seeing that Namor was looking directly at Riri who was in her new and improved suit. Riri shot at him but he dodged each blast. Namor managed to grab the end of the other aircraft and throw it to the ship. Everyone ducked and the aircraft exploded at the end of it.

Makena flew back to the ship, landing next to Shuri. Makena noticed the sounds from the bottom of the ship no longer working and cursed under her breath. "Bitch," Makena mumbled, assuming it must've been that chick she fought under water. The girl was one of the most powerful Talokans so she must've fought through the pain to destroy it.

The Dora Milaje jumped off the ship, the Jabari holding onto them with a wire attached to their backs. Shuri ran and jumped onto the side of the ship, fighting off some of the Talokans.

"Riri, how's it going over there?" Shuri asked as she continued fighting on the side of the ship.

"Mr Griot, I could really use that backup right now." Makena heard Riri say.

"Don't see why I can't fight him yet," Makena mumbled, directing that at Shuri.

The Sunbird from the water shot up, firing at Namor who immediately began to fly up to avoid it. "Shit he's fast. But I'm faster." Riri flew up as the Sunbird shot small rockets at Namor. He flew up above the clouds but didn't notice Riri do the same.

"Got you!" Just as Namor turned around, Riri shot a blast at him. He fell, being taken off guard by the blast. Makena watched him fall from the sky, landing on the Sunbird that flew just perfectly to catch him.

"It's all you now, Shuri!" Riri said.

Makena watched as Shuri jumped onto the Sunbird. "Please don't die," Makena mumbled to herself.

Shuri landed inside the Sunbird, Namor standing inside of it. "Princess."

"No!" Shuri's helmet came off. "I am the Black Panther and I'm here for retribution!"

"Evaporation cells, activated," Griot spoke. Namor looked at his hands, suddenly becoming dizzy and confused. He looked up seeing some kind of red heaters that were used to dehydrate him.

"What's wrong? You need a glass of water?" Shuri spoke up, taunting him.

Makena watched as Riri landed and she ran over. "Yo, we got him!" Riri said.

"Good!" M'Baku said.

"Namor has been captured! Back off!" Nakia announced to the Dora Milaje who were still fighting on the side of the ship.

Riri flew back up and Makena nodded at M'Baku. "Back to Wakanda!" M'Baku announced. The Jabari nodded and pulled the Dora Milaje back up. The ship sailed off but then their was some kind of blast felt under the ship.

"What is going on?" M'Baku asked.

"The Sonic emitter has been destroyed," the woman answered.

Makena perked up hearing whale sounds. "That can't be good," M'Baku spoke.

"Grab onto something!" Makena ordered just a ton of water bombs went off under the ship. It tipped the ship over and people grabbed on. Unfortunately a few Jabari fell off, only to be killed in the water by the Talokans.

"Shuri, I'm waiting for your signal," Makena spoke impatiently. "You can fight now," Shuri replied. Makena smirked and ran, jumping off the ship.

Makena used her powers, throwing some of the Talokans off the ship. Makena noticed Okoye and Aneka finally join the fight, in their new suits.

Makena's eyes widened seeing Atumma being launched onto the ship with more and more Talokans joining. "This big bastard," Makena jumped back onto the top.

The Talokans made it to the top, "Sink the ship!" Atumma ordered.

Makena noticed one of the Dora fall off the ship and jumped down. "Riri get the Dora!" Makena ordered. Makena fought off the Talokans trying to kill the Dora.

"I gotchu sis," Riri grabbed onto the Dora and she flew them back up.

Makena flew up but Namora grabbed her ankle and pulled her back down. Makena clicked the button to put on her helmet so she could breath. "Why are you so obsessed with me?" Makena grunted.

Makena and Namora both fought, Namora getting the upper hand. Namora stabbed her spear into Makena's torso before rising out of the water after jumping onto Riri who came to help Kena. Makena rised up and landed on the ship with a groan. "Kill Meritites!" Atumma ordered his people as he fought Okoye.

"Who the hell is Meritites?!" M'Baku asked Makena.

Makena looked around warily, seeing a lot of Talokans begin to surround her. "It's me!" Makena replied.

"Protect the witch!" M'Baku ordered what was left of the Jabari.

"Witch?" Makena mumbled in confusion. Sighing she threw a purple blast at one of the men, sending him flying off the ship.

Yeah this only pissed the Talokans off even more. "Oh shit." Makena went to grab her pocket knife only it wasn't there. "M'Baku! Where's my knife?!" Makena shouted, fighting the people with her spear.

"What knife?!"

"Oh forget it!" Makena ran at the Talokan, stabbing into it's shoulder. Unfortunately she wasn't paying attention behind her and a Talokan slashed at her back. The other ones did the same, leaving cuts all over her. Makena clenched her jaw and sent purple energy blasts at them, only each one she got off, more ran to fight her.

Makena was forced back to the front of the ship, a spear against her throat. They cut at her leg and she dropped to one knee with a groan. Makena held her hand against the spear, using her strength to hold it from cutting into her throat. Being impaled in the throat again did not sound pleasing at all.

"May the ancestors save us! If the Princess doesn't hurry up!" M'Baku spoke as the Talokans surrounded them. Unable to let them help Makena.

"We maybe going to join them," Ayo said.

"If so eh, let us take as many of them with us as we can!" Aneka responded confidently.

Makena gasped in pain, feeling a stab through her abdomen, but none of the Talokans stabbed her there. "Shuri," Makena clenched her jaw, pushing the spear away from her throat, cutting her palms in the process.

Makena sent more blast at them, sending more and more off the ship. "Please let her be okay, Ramonda," Makena spoke to herself in Xhosa, but also hoping that Ramonda heard her. Each minute Makena used worrying about Shuri was each moment they'd get an advantage over her.

Shuri flipped in front of Namor and slowly rose to her feet. Namor weakly raised his fists, "King of Empire."

Shuri clicked something on her suit and made an 'x'. "Wakanda Forever!"

The end of the Sunbird's engine blasted, hitting Namor with fire as Shuri's helmet came over her head, protecting her from being hurt from the blast.

Namor fell to the ground with a weak groan, his body practically burned to crisp. If Makena seen that she would most definitely make a fried fish joke.

Shuri used her foot to turn Namor onto his back. Her helmet came off and she looked down at his weak state. Her mind drifted to all the things he did to her, all the pain he caused her, all the pain he caused Wakanda. Shuri pulled out the pocket knife from her suit and turned it into a sword, she held it up against his throat. Just like what the Talokans were currently doing to Makena, but she didn't know that yet.

Shuri's mind also drifted to her people, and his people. They both had a country to lead and protect. Her mind went to how much both of them lost. Namor lost his mother, but Shuri also lost hers.

"Shuri." A voice spoke. Shuri blinked in confusion and looked away from Namor, suddenly seeing her mother in the ancestral plane.

"Mother," Shuri spoke, on the verge of tears.

"Show him, who you are," Ramonda spoke, her voice filled with authority and power like always.

Shuri looked back down at Namor, "Yield. And Wakanda will protect your oceans. We will protect your secrets. Yield. And your people will live." Namor looked at her, not entirely sure he really had much of a choice.

"Vengeance has consumed us. We cannot let it consume our people." Shuri said.

It took Namor a second to think but once he saw an image of his mother, he knew what to do. "I give up." He yielded.

M'Baku, Nakia, Okoye, Aneka, Ayo and what was left of the Wakandans, all held up their spears in protection against the Talokans. They were forced to the front edge of the ship. Makena with cuts and bruises all of her body, she still fought against them, trying to get back to the front to help the Wakandans but they were doing a good job at keeping her away.

They kicked her spear off the ship, leaving her with no weapon. One slammed Makena onto the ground and stabbed their spear into her abdomen, keeping her impaled to the ship. Makena clenched her teeth, holding her scream of pain. A male held his spear to her throat but she used her powers to hold it from cutting into her skin.

But then everyone looked over noticing one of the aircrafts hover in the air. The Black Panther and a clearly defeated Namor stood on it.

"Talokaniles! Let's go home. Our fight here is over." Namor spoke to his people in Mayan. All of them lowered their weapons and kneeled down, doing their traditional Talokan signal. "Help the woman," Namor ordered, referring to Makena.

Two of them did as told and slowly removed the spear from Makena. The woman held out her hand and Makena warily took it and let her help her up. The girl led Makena over to her people and Makena immediately leaned onto M'Baku for support.

"Wakanda Forever!"
