3rd Person POV

The smoke had settled, and within the rubble different members of the Avengers were scattered everywhere.

Natasha was in a tunnel with the gauntlet, along with Killmonger.

Bruce, Rhodey and Rocket were caught in a flood.

And Y/N was unconscious, on a higher level of the remains. The wounds on Y/N's face healed, his body underneath the dirty tank top became compact, his abdominals formed into his previous, more heroic physique.

Steve: Y/N. Wake up.

Cap taps his friend's cheek, jolting him awake. Y/N looks from side to side to see soot and dust covered on the crumbled building.

Y/N: What the hell happened?

Tony: You mess with time it tends to mess back.

The two men who were standing help Y/N up to his legs, he brushes off his vest and they walk forward, where they find Thor standing in an entrance like shape that was made because of the rubble.

Cap stood beside Tony, and Y/N stood beside Thor.

Y/N's eyes remained the same, as he looked at what was infront of him.

The mad titan returned from 2014, after finding out that these group of people were trying to undo something of his in the future, he wasn't going to let that happen.

He made eye contact with Y/N, sharing a look of knowing, he had no clue as to who Wolverine was other than he was the man who chopped his head off... he was scared of Y/N, but he hid those feelings deep down and covered it with a malicious look, as he stayed seated down.

Y/N remained with anger building up, this was the man who took everything from him, his Wanda, his happiness. Now with a chance to take everything back again. He was determined to go for his head once more.

Tony: What's he been doing?

Thor: Absolutely nothing.

The Asgardian shook his head, he felt guilty not being able to go for his head, he carried a lot of pain with him because of this man, and to see him alive and breathing infuriated him.

Steve: Where are the stones?

Tony: Somewhere around all this, all I know is that he doesn't have them.

Y/N: Let's keep it that way.

His claws slowly poked out of his knuckles and extended, Thor gave a side eye and asked a question while maintaining his eye contact.

Thor: Is that nail polish on your claws?

Y/N looked down at his claws and held his chuckle due to the situation, he was instantly reminded of his daughter, Jeannie. He loved her more than anything and the artwork of Morgan and Jean made him smile.

Y/N: Got a little girl...

Thor: Right, could never be my hammer...

The two waved off their little conversation and stared back at the intergalactic sociopath, who was watching them intently and patiently.

Y/N: You know this is a trap, right?

Tony: Yeah... I don't much care.

Thor: Good, just as long as we're all in agreement...

Walking a few steps, Thor raised both his arms, thunder was summoned along with both his hammers, transforming his suit.

Thor: Let's kill him properly this time.

The four heroes vegan walking towards the calm and collected man, who was playing with stones formed from the rubble. Thanos began, with an amused face.

Thanos: You could not live with your own failure. Where did that bring you? Back to me.

The men stayed quiet, Y/N took in how talkative and more wiser this Thanos seemed from how he was talking, though it was nothing but bullshit to his ear.

Thanos: I thought by eliminating half of all life, the other half would thrive. But you've shown me, that's impossible...

Y/N parted from the other three as they stood their own ground. His claws didn't retract once, and he wasn't planning to.

Thanos: And as long as there are those who remember what was... there will always be those that are unable to accept what can be. They will resist.

Tony: Yep, we're all kinds of stubborn.

He called out nonchalantly, making the mad Titan snicker bitterly.

Thanos: I'm thankful... because now, I know what I must do.

He tossed the stones and got up from his seat, revealing his armour, unlike the original Thanos, he was more tactical and more malicious.

Thanos: I will shred this universe down to its last atom.

He approached his double edged sword, which was impaled in the ground. He slid his helmet on as he continued...

Thanos: And with the stones you've collected for me...

The doubled edged sword was plucked out of the ground, as the Avengers grew closer to Thanos.

Thanos: Create a new one... teeming with life... that knows not what it has lost but only what it has been given... A grateful universe.

Thor lit up both his hammers, Y/N bent his knees in order to get a better stance and clenched his jaw.

Steve: Born out of blood.

The soldier spoke up, looking up the mad Titan as he held onto his shield. Tony stared at him...

Thanos: They'll never know it... because you won't be alive to tell them.

Thor screamed, ending his speech. Tony flew up, Y/N and Steve then began to go for the legs of Thanos.

The fight had begun.

Thanos used his double edged sword to clear the fighters, knocking Steve back several feet along with Tony.

Y/N was slightly rusty and was at a disadvantage, he layed as many slashes he could on his armour but it was no use.

Thor and Y/N switched sides, evading and attacking Thanos, but the Asgardian was no concern to Thanos.

It was Y/N.

After seeing Nebula's memories, thr sociopath feared the Wolverine, an unknown man who killed him with no remorse.

Thanos cleared Thor with a strong push, before jerking his head to an Y/N, alone with his claws and his will to show for it.

Thanos: The monster.

Thanos was infact nervous, not knowing what to expect, the two started slowly before running straight for eachother, Y/N raising his screams as he got his raised his claws ready to slash him.

Y/N leaped, jabbing his claws into the armour, Thanos grunted and threw him back to the ground. He got his sword armed and was about to slice the man in half before Y/N got back up on a knee and stopped his blade with one set of his claws...

He was stopped for a moment and Y/N raised his other hand to support it, Thanos looked into Y/N's daring eyes, very intimidated but he wasn't going to show it.

Thanos brought his blade back up, hearing Thor was getting up, he pushed the blade back down and chopped Y/N's claws off.

All six of them.

Y/N fell backwards, feeling a part of his body gone, he screamed in pain, Thanos kicked him away sending him into a pile of rubble.

He slowly fell unconscious from the pain and exertion of energy.

Several minutes pass and Y/N remained unconscious, Steve acquired Mjolnir whilst Thor and Tony stayed down.

Slowly his eyes fluttered and Y/N groaned to see blurry vision, Cap was on the ground and Thanos had him in a defenseless position. He had his double edged sword ready to attack Steve.

Y/N got up at the sight of that and looked around before he spotted something nearby his right.

Clint's gift.

It was the Katana that Clint offered as an apology, which Y/N denied originally.

With no claws, his best shot was the weapon and his friend was close to be killed...

He got up and ran to the sword, hoping that using this blade against Thanos will honour Clint.

Grabbing it by its handle, Y/N looked down and remembered,

Y/N: Two hands...

He clutched the straw handle of the shining sword and was taken aback by what happened.

The sword heated up, he had no time to question and hopped over the rubble to see Thanos destroying Steve's shield into pieces.

Y/N: Hey, bub!

Thanos turned around and huffed, Y/N charged and screamed and Thanos went foward.

Y/N jabbed the blade into the larger man's stomach making him grunt, Y/N pulled out the burning sword and attempted to slash him in numerous ways, the soldier dodged almost every attack of the mad titan.

Steve joined and helped Y/N, Thanos hit his sword against Y/N's, which ended up in Thanos' sword being melted off from one of the tip.

Thanos kicked Y/N away and pushed Steve several metres away...

No one was fighting back, all silence.

Steve breathed heavily and remained on the dirt, broken shield and all wounded up. Y/N took a moment take in everything, and Thanos began to speak as all Steve and his friend listened.

Thanos: In all my years of conquest... violence, slaughter, it's never personal... but I'll tell you now, what I'm about to do to your stubborn annoying little planet... I'm going to enjoy it.... very, very much.

A blue light comes from behind him, the source being the ship above and it reveals Thanos' children. Y/N looked from his angle and remembered Corvus Glaive.

Not only the children, but a swarm of chitauri, outriders, leviathans and other alien beasts.

And to fight them, a Wolverine with no claws, a heavily wounded Captain America and Thor and a beaten down Iron Man.

But Steve stood up, slowly but he still stood up, he was willing to go through all of them..

He got up straight and tightened the strap on his shield, to close of his exposed wound.

"Cap, it's Sam can you hear me?"

An orange portal sizzled open behind Steve and he turned to see what was happening.

Slowly, out walked T'Challa. Along with Okoye and Shuri.

It worked.

Steve smiled, catching his breath, before Sam flew out of the same portal soaring through the sky.

Thanos watched unamused, Y/N looked through the corner of his eye and was surprised, he sat up straight so his eyes weren't deceiving him.

Wanda was all he could think about, she must be here.

Several more portals began to open revealing everyone who was lost the moment they dusted along with others.

One portal opened, Y/N saw Bucky with an army of Asgardians.

Then...

He saw her.

His Wanda.

Y/N's heart skipped a beat and tears were begging to be released but he maintained and gave a smile, Wanda's eyes directly shifted to his and she smiled, she read his mind and saw everything and understood.

His pain and suffering for a straight two years, raising Jean into a wonderful girl, living without her. Yet he managed to still be the good man.

Wanda immediately ran towards the excited and emotional man, she crouched down to aid him but was suddenly taken aback into a tight hug, Y/N breathed in heavily, tears now gushing out of his eyes, he missed her so much, Wanda understood everything and hugged him just as tight, she missed him too and a lot aswell.

Y/N: I-I-I...

Wanda: It's okay my love, I know.

She pulled away, wiping the tears away from his cheeks, he looked into her doey green eyes, those eyes he fell in love with everyday. His fingers went to her hair pushing it away, and his hands gently cupped her soft skin on her jaw.

He missed everything.

He pulled her into a soft, loving kiss, not too rough but one that told her how much he missed her, her voice, her soft lips that were meant for kissing him. She gave back with the same passion before they had to pull away for stupid air.

Y/N: Don't leave me again...

She chuckled at his innocence, she knew how much he lost, he can't go through that again. They both can't.

Wanda: I promise I won't.

He sighed in content, less bitter. He stroked her cheek gently making the woman smile.

Y/N: I love you, my beautiful, beautiful Wanda.

Wanda: I love you too.

The two shared another peck on the lips, saving their long awaited talks and activities for later, as they had one job left.

Defeating Thanos' army.

The brunette helped the H/C haired man up, and they went to meet the others.

Stephen: Is that everyone?

Wong: What you wanted more?

Suddenly the broken down facility erupted as Scott Lang in his giant form appeared, and out hopped Rhodey and Rocket.

And The Hulk. Who was angrier than ever.

Thanos watched, with a neutral expression, his army against a whole universe of protectors.

Everyone got into position, and Y/N held onto Clint's sword with two hands as it heated up, Wanda remained by her lover's side as her hands glowed with red wisps of energy.

After Cap spat those words out, Thor and T'Challa yelled for battle, and the army started running or flying towards the enemies... Wanda floated and brought Y/N up using her wisps of energy.

The two parents then both landed in a spot of the battlefield, slicing up enemies and ripping them apart with magic.

After a spot was cleared, Y/N looked at his girlfriend, nothing had changed and she'd remained beautiful as always, Wanda thought the same about him but recognise the pain that was left on his face.

Y/N: You know, I don't like your name Wanda.

Wanda: Huh?

She quirked her brow at the sudden and confusing statement brought out. Y/N had a light grin on his face, he was returning to how he used to be.

Y/N: Your name, especially your last name. It sucks.

Wanda: What's wrong with my last name?

Y/N: I don't know, it doesn't suit you. You should change it.

Wanda: To what?

Y/N: L/N.

He chuckled, running back into the battlefield but making sure to peck a baffled Wanda's cheek.

Wanda: COME BACK HERE NOW, DID YOU JUST PROPOSE?!

Eric was now running with the gauntlet in his hands while Natasha reunited with everyone on the battlefield. Doctor Strange then found Tony in the middle of the battlefield.

Tony: Hey you said one out of fourteen million we win... tell me this is it.

Stephen: If I tell you what happens, it won't happen...

Tony nodded, not knowing what else to say.

Tony: You better be right.

Meanwhile, Eric continued moving across the battle field, slashing and kicking down any outrider or enemy, protecting the gauntlet.

Then T'Challa came by, stopping several enemies and approached his cousin, who was happy to see him.

T'Challa: Give it to me, umzala (cousin).

Killmonger passed the gauntlet to his cousin who ran off with it, T'Challa was then hit with a double edged sword causing the gauntlet to be leave his grasp. It was Thanos.

Before the mad titan could do any harm, a large thump came over him.

Two people. Two 'monsters'.

The Hulk and the Wolverine.

Thanos gulped, the green beast growled, finally getting the rematch he needed. The Hulk grabbed Thanos and began repeating every move he did back on the Adgardian ship.

Hulk punched Thanos several times breaking his nose and leaving it bloody, Y/N then screamed, standing as something happened to him.

His bone claws ripped through his skin, his claws regrew back naturally before he decided to help the Hulk.

Hulk: HULK SMASSSSH!!!!

He brought his large hands crushing Thanos, Y/N decided to go for Thanos' legs, kicking him onto his knees.

Whilst Hulk was done brutally beating Thanos, he lifted him up above his shoulders and slammed him onto the ground.

Thanos: Rain.... fire...

The sociopath mumbled and all of a sudden, the rockets above the ship began to fire from below, sorcerers put up their shields and everyone took cover where they could find.

Hulk: Friend!

Hulk sweeped Y/N into his arms and shielded him in a nearby ditch, though he didn't need it, Hulk cared about Y/N very very much. He related to him in a lot of ways and was willing to protect him.

Y/N noticed how kind the Hulk was and hated the way people treated him in public, Wanda also felt bad for brainwashing him back in Sokovia.

The battle brewed, the women along with Captain Marvel had helped take down most of the army, but Thanos destroyed the quantum tunnel, there was no way returning the stones.

Y/N saw the gauntlet laying on the floor, and he stumbled his way to get to it, he saw Thanos going for the same thing and decided to push him back using his body. He managed to pin Thanos down and ejected his bone claws out, he attempted to stab his face but only managed to leave his already blood filled face with more blood by ripping his eye out.

Thanos screamed and punched Y/N away, Steve, Thor and Tony all got ontop of Thanos but he simply headbutted his way out, punching Steve to double check.

He ran to the gauntlet, and held onto it, before Hulk jumped in and stepped onto hus leg, punching him back, Thanos kicked Hulk down and finally slipped the gauntlet on, the tension was increasing, knowing he could wipe out once again.

He raised his fist ready to snap, until the Hulk returned, grabbing onto his fist and holding him back. Thanos' only eye widened and he tried headbutting the monster, but he did not flinch...

Thanos took the power stone from the gauntlet that was being almost crushed with the Hulk's strength.

Using the power stone, he was finally able to push the Hulk away, knocking him out unconscious...

Meanwhile Tony looked at Strange in the distance, his finger was being raised knowing this is the outcome they win, but lose something.
