3rd Person POV

The battle had already begun.

The dome had opened and it was left to the Avengers to fight off the threats that were invading Wakanda, Wanda was there too aiding the heroes and buying time for Shuri to extract the mind stone.

Shuri was in the midst of doing so, as Y/N rushed in, heart thumping at the thought that he shouldn't be sidelined, but before he needed to check what condition he was in at the moment.

Shuri: Y/N, what are you doing here?

He ignored the princess, walking across her and looking at the surgery bed, which was at the corner of the lab, he got onto the bed and pulled the x ray scanner above his body, the holographic screen infront of him.

As the machine scanned up his body, Y/N awaited to see what was going on in his heart.

Shuri: It's done!

She exclaimed, Y/N looked behind to see the mind stone successfully extracted and in her hands. She placed it in a vibranium tin, which sealed shut.

Shuri jogged to the medical lab, to see what the man was also seeing. She lightly gasped as Y/N watched stunned.

It was a parasite. How? No one knew but it was endangering Y/N significantly.

Shuri: Y/N, this parasite seems to be blocking your heart from healing your body.

Y/N: I gotta get that thing outta me.

He said urgently, unbuttoning his shirt, and tossing it away. Shuri saw this and immediately came to the side of the bed.

Shuri: Y/N! You need to stop, you don't know what this can do.

Y/N: And I don't know what these guys can do to Wanda and the others, I need to help them and not with this thing inside me.

He replied back, ejecting his middle claw out of his knuckles.

Shuri: You're going to die, Y/N!

Y/N: Maybe that's okay.

He groaned back, before digging his sharp vibranium claws into his skin, creating a large incision in his chest, he groaned at the immense sharp pain, as blood began to seep out.

Y/N retracted the claw back as T'Challa's sister cried for him to stop.

Shuri: Please stop Y/N!

Y/N: You're not gonna wanna watch this part!

He gurgled out, before dipping his hand into his fresh cut, it stang and caused immense pain, the x ray allowed him to see his own hand reach through his rib cage, he could feel the softness of the insides of his flesh, each movement of his hand causing him to groan in pain.

His fingers got closer and closer to his heart, as Shuri began to wipe her tears, shouting Y/N's name.

Shuri: Y/N!-

With a loud sudden crash, the entrance of the lab was suddenly greeted with the Dora Milage solider being thrown into the lab by a figure, a tall, slender alien like creature.

Corvus Glaive.

The alien growled, the screaming Y/N couldn't move and he continued working at the removal of his parasite. Corvus walked slowly into the lab, making eye contact with Shuri who slowly walked away from the table.

Shuri: Stay away from him.

Corvus: Darling, give me the stone. I'm not here for the animal.

Shuri: You're not getting that either.

She triggered her wrists to form her gauntlets ontop of her hands, and began to blast at the child of Thanos, he charged at her and she blocked an attack from the spear with her wrists, blasting him in the face.

Shuri kicked the intruder in the stomach, making him growl and spin his spear at her face which she blasted again, temporarily blinding the enemy.

Corvus looked around and saw Shuri in sight, he pushed her back to the side, near where Y/N was still currently hands deep in his chest, trying to reach for the parasite.

He finally did, but he passed out, with the parasite in his hand and blood sprayed everywhere.

He was gone.

Shuri: Y/N! Y/N! PLEASE! NO!

She wept, tapping his cheeks to wake him, she saw a spear left from one of the soldier and took it for herself, standing up and clutching it tightly.

She was going to fight him on his own.

Glaive stepped foward proudly, spinning his sharp golden spear to intimidate the young woman.

Shuri charged at him, smacking him with the spear as the unconscious body of Y/N laid unattended... his body began to move, but very slightly.

Shuri gave her all, trying her best to keep the intruder away from Y/N and the stone.

The two fighters went for it for a while, before Corvus whacked his spear against her head causing her to collapse by the bottom of the hospital bed.

Glaive smirked, getting his spear upright, waving it above as he came back to the hospital bed, looking down at the unconscious Shuri, he got hia weapon ready and pushed it down to target her.

Until.

A clang of two metals stopped the alien.

The sweaty alien looked to his right, his eyes widened as his mouth dropped in fear, remembering how this man waa dead a few days ago.

That wasn't rhe only that shocked the black order member, Y/N had his brows furrowed in anger as his teeth grit.

Y/N: Don't. Hit. My. Friends.

Corvus stood there stunned before the man used his sheer strength of one arm and his claws to push the weapon, causing Corvus Glaive to be thrown onto the floor of the lab.

Y/N got off the bed, letting his rage and anger fuel, his veins began to pulse through his body, his abs and pecs became solidified as his body became more muscular and his giant wound on his stomach began to heal.

Corvus gritted his teeth, slowly getting back up and taking the spear in his hand.

After taking the parasite out, Y/N had gotten more stronger, as if he was fresh and ready.

Corvus swiped his spear but was immediately blocked by Y/N putting out his front claws.

Y/N used his current position to push the enemy away and out of the lab into another empty room, where there was only a sofa and a TV.

Glaive got back up and stood slightly away from the walking retired Avenger. He got his spear in position ready to attack and immediately did as Y/N got closer.

Y/N began to use his exposed claws to evade every sharp blade of the two sided spear which created metal on metal sounds.

Y/N growled and grunted with every attack, putting his all to take this down. The only thought going through his head.

Don't let this guy near Jean.

Corvus continued, as Y/N did aswell, both getting annoyed that they were just evading eachother until,

Glaive managed to use the end of his sharp weapon to slice Y/N's cheek open causing him to flinch back.

The alien stood cautiously, only to be dreaded with fear as the man did not change one expression besides anger, turning his face to show that the cut had already healed rapidly.

Corvus: ARGHHHHH!

He screamed in anger and charged again, poking the spear into the side of Y/N's torso making him stiff and lightly grunt making the grey skinned man look up in fear and confusion.

Y/N snapped the spear with his right claw and pulled it out before kicking corvus with one leg.

The hooded alien grabbed a hold of what was left of his spear dodging Y/N's incoming attack, he got back up and began to hit the man and the claws.

Y/N suddenly got pinned down by Corvus, he used his claws to stop the blade from reaching his face before he grunted in rage, pushing Glaive off his sight however, the enemy was able to get on his own two feet.

Y/N got back up but was suddenly taken aback as Glaive finally pushed his sword right through the middle of the mans chest making his veins bulge out and causing his expression to get puffy, but he did not scream, not once in pain.

Corvus: W-What kind of monster are you?

Y/N: The Wolverine.

He ejected his claws out, as he was holding onto Corvus's collar, poking his neck which bursted his jugular veins.

Killing him.

Corvus screamed before he collapsed to the ground, knowing he could not fulfill Thanos' wish.

Y/N held onto the half broken spear that was currently in his chest and pulled it out, letting the hole in chest to heal.

The shirtless man dropped it and ran back to the lab where Shuri was. He saw that she was right on the floor still unconscious.

He crouched down and got to her. He lightly tapped her cheeks.

Y/N: Hey Shuri. Wake up.

Slowly, her eyes began to stir open and the man smiled seeing his friend alive.

Shuri: Huh? Oh thank Bast you're alive!

She sighed in relief earning a chuckle from Y/N.

Y/N: I'm glad you're alive.

He offered his hand and helped Shuri up on her own two feet. He hooked her arm around his neck and guided her back to the desk.

Y/N: I got the parasite out, I feel much better now.

Shuri: Good.

Y/N: I need that stone. I think I know someone who can destroy it.

She looked at the taller man, considering her decision to give the stone to him.

Y/N: Shuri, Wakanda is being torn apart, and it will continue unless we bring the stone to them.

She looked down before looking up and nodding, she grabbed the vibranium box that contained the stone from the desk and gave it to Y/N.

He safely tucked it into his pocket, before leaving the building.

Wanda, Natasha, Steve and the newly arrived Thor were now in a small huddle, fighting outriders including two guardian members, Groot and Rocket.

Wanda helped by using her magic to sweep out the goons whilst Thor used Stormbreaker to slice the space dogs into slices.

The six were struggling to hold back a few minions of the black order which circled around them, until a strong slash caused each one to fall to the ground one by one.

Revealing a shirtless, slightly dirt and blood splattered Y/N.

Wanda immediately took notice, not saying anything but looked into his eyes. She was mildly dissapointed that Y/N did not listen to her, and the fact that this event has caused him to follow in this violent path again.

But she was happy to see her lover.

Y/N nodded at her before sensing an outrider behind him, he brought his arm backwards killing it.

Natasha: He was really up there the whole time?

The Wolverine chuckled and turned to see Thor, with a very different appearance on him.

Y/N: Thor.

Thor: Ah yes, man of Wolverines! Besides Steve copying my beard I do notice you copied my new haircut, I will admit, I did miss those cat ears of yours.

Natasha: I agree.

She breathlessly nodded, Wanda was still caught in a daze by staring as the other Avengers began to run off to take out the army.

Y/N: You're just gonna stand and stare?

He walked closer to his girlfriend, cupping her cheeks before Wanda hooked her arms around his sweaty back and they shared a light passionate kiss.

Wanda: You should've stayed back there...

She whispered, barely sobbing before Y/N explained what had just happened to him in the last 30 minutes.

Wanda: Wait wheres the stone?

Y/N: In my pocket. I need you to destroy it.

Before Wanda could reply, a huge kick sent Y/N flying into the sky, before landing in an isolated forest away from the main battle.

A brute like creature then followed Y/N's body to the forest as Wanda laid there on the ground helpless from the impact.

Wanda: Guys get to the forest! Y/N has the stone!

Bruce: I'm on my way!

Banner stated, who was piloting the hulk buster and flew to where the forrest was.

Bruce walked through the trees to see Y/N against a large rock, blood prints across the rock as the man's eyes were bulging out. He clearly took a beating and was taking time to heal.

The hulk buster sneaked onto the larger child of Thanos and began to attack it, saving Y/N.

Cull Obsidian wasted no time into ripping the Hulk buster into shreds, as Bruce began to yell at himself, asking for the Hulk to come out.

After he healed, Y/N got up, checking his pocket to see that the stone was still there. He got up and leaped from the rock and onto the Iron Man suit.

He jabbed his claws into the suit to hold on tight for the rocky battle, Cull obsidian was punching and kicking peices off as the Hulkbuster began to lose.

Bruce: Come on, Hulk! We need you!

Then an idea popped into Y/N's head. A risky one but it should work.

Y/N: Hulk, I slept with Natasha while you were gone.

Bruce: You did what with Natasha?!-

Before he could even show his anger, someone else did.

The red and gold parts of the hulk buster began to pop off revealing a dark shade of green.

Growling could be heard from under the suit and Y/N was sent flying back into the forest trees. His eyes gleamed to see the Hulk returning, bursting out of the suit.

The Hulk roared at it's new victim before running forward to give the enemy a new brutal beating.

Within seconds, Cull Obsidian was quickly defeated by the 'strongest Avenger', and rightfully so.

Hulk then turned to see Y/N clapping in the distance.

Y/N: WOOO YEAH GO HULK!

The green giant huffed walking closer to an Y/N who nervously got closer.

Y/N: Oh... friend that was totally a joke I would never sleep with Natasha she's yours. I was just trying to get you angry.

He blurted out, Hulk smiled and took the Wolverine in a giant bear hug, two shirtless badass friends, finally reuniting.

Hulk: Hulk missed friend.

Y/N: Me too man, I miss you too Hulk.

The Avengers has finally made it to the forest, to see that the enemy Y/N was dealing with was finally gone and the Hulk was currently hugging Y/N.

Bucky: How cute.

Eric: I know right, two gritty fighters hugging out, being softies.

Groot: I am Groot.

T'Challa: As sweet as that was, can we please continue.

Hulk turned to see a group of people waiting for them to finish: Steve, Natasha, Wanda, Okoye, Sam, Rhodey, T'Challa, Eric, Okoye, Bucky, Groot and Rocket.

Placing him down, the two friends joined their other friends in a green tree area with many logs around, the silence became loud as everyone looked around cautiously.

Y/N quickly went to Wanda, who was concerned to what had happened to him.

Y/N: Oh my God, are you okay?

He noticed a cut on the Sokovian's forehead, which he gently pressed a kiss on, hugging her close briefly.

Wanda: Don't do shit like this ever again.

Y/N: Okay, I promise.

She lightly sobbed before looking up at her lover.

Wanda: I love you.

Y/N: I love you too.

The two shared a sweet kiss before pulling away. He got the mind stone out of the vibranium box and handed it to Wanda.

Y/N: You're gonna have to destroy it now.

Steve: What's going on-

Suddenly, a blue steamy energy was materialised infront of them, forming a portal.

Out stepped a titan like figure, rough pink skin with a royal purple jumpsuit.

The intergalactic sociopath, Thanos.

He had five stones in his golden gauntlet meaning that,

The one in Wanda's hands was the last one. Then he could wipe out half of all life.

The universe is in their hands.

Y/N: Hulk, is that him?

Hulk: Yeah.

He gulped. This man was as scary as he seemed, Y/N had decided to make eye contact with mad titan, who was briefly stunned amd confused.

From his reaction, Y/N gathered that he was the one who implanted the parasite, to slow him down.
