FRANCESCA laughed hysterically before Nathan made a run for it. He shoved past the reporters before he managed to escape out the window. It had begun to rain as he swung off the building as soon as he heard Francesca yell to go after him.

"No, No, No!" Nathan groaned as his webbing decided run out as he landed on top of a moving truck as jumped down, trying not to get run over. "Bree? Call Rosemary...now!"

The phone rang and Rosemary picked up on the second ring. "Nathan, where are you?" She sounded extremely worried-she had to have seen the news already.

"She revealed my secret-" He said, taking his suit off as he turned to look behind him. "She revealed my secret to the entire world. Everyone's after me and I don't know where to go."

Rosemary sighed. "We know, we saw the news." He heard Peter in the background before he heard him through the receiver. "Nate? It's going to be okay. Are you hurt?"

Before Nathan could answer him, he felt himself being pulled into the alley. He was met face to face him Ricky who clamped his mouth shut.

Nathan frowned, before Ricky finally removed his hand. "Morgan sent me to help you. We found out about what Francesca did. I'm going to get you to the compound safely, alright?"

He asked no questions before he watched him lean down to grab the backpack in front of him. "Here, put this hoodie on."

Ricky peeked out the corner for anyone walking nearby before turning to look at him again. "Keep your head low."

"Mom," Nathan sighed as he ran towards her. "I'm good. I'm a bit shaken up but, I'm fine."

Ricky and Nathan had made it to the Avengers compound without being found. Peter, Michelle and the rest had made it there in time for his arrival.

"What the hell happened?" Rosemary finally said after no one had said a word. "How did this happen?"

Nathan shook his head, trying to keep his balance before Peter helped him sit down. "I fell into Francesca's trap. She said we were going to get our son back. What happened? Cameras, reporters, crowds were all up on me. I felt like a fucking deer in headlights...but you know what's worse? Benji was never real. She made me do all these things just so she could do this to me so she could look like the good guy at the end. Now everyone knows who Webs is. Now they know who I am and they're after me."

"Nathan, I'm sorry this had to happen to you but," Morgan interrupted. "You're the one who let her free. How come you never asked questions to her about the kid? No pictures? This is your fault for being so gullible-"

"I did ask questions. At that moment she seemed as desperate as I was to get our son back that I stopped asking questions." Nathan clenched his jaw as he faced her. "I didn't know she'd go as far as to lie about having a son."

He looked at her one last time before turning to look at his family. "I'm running away."

"What do you mean you're running away?" Michelle frowned, taking a quick glance at Peter who just stood there. "This can be resolved, can't it? Whatever Francesca showed isn't real, we all know that-"

"Yeah, but the people don't know that. They will believe anything these days." Peter whispered. "I think it's the right thing to do. It's best to run away to a place that no one knows who you are...as long as you're safe."

Tony stepped in between Peter and Nathan. "Somewhere where no one knows who you are? I know a place."
