𝗧𝗛𝗘 𝗚𝗟𝗢𝗪𝗜𝗡𝗚 𝗙𝗜𝗦𝗛 underneath the water split off into many different directions to light up the way, as (Y/N) motioned for Kiri to follow after her towards the creatures.

The duo swim towards the glowing fish, as they end up near the sunken boat again and follow the creatures that lit up path right into the ship.

(Y/N)'s dots all over her skin were pulsing like a wave again, as the little fish swim around her and with her, leading her and Kiri towards where some familiar faces were trapped in the ship.

Many sky peoples dead bodies were floating in the water, some having weapons and arrows still wedged in them, reminding the blue and green eyed girl that she too killed some of them, and would have that sin with her forever.

However, she would never feel guilty or sorry for what she did to them, as they took something from her, someone that meant everything and more to her.

As the yellow fish keep swimming through the ship, and leads the duo closer to the middle of it, Tuk, who had spotted the illuminating creatures coming her and Ney'tiris way, gasped in awe seeing the beautiful show of lights underneath the cold water.

Tuk knew this was a signal coming from something incoming, and takes a deep breath of air before ducking under the surface, and sees (Y/N) and Kiri rounding the corner of where they were stuck.

(Y/N) noticed the little girl staring at her happily, as the teenager grabbed onto the side of the ship, and grins brightly in relief at finding them.

She turns her head to her side, making her hair swish the way she went with the water, and pointed at where Tuk was when Kiri came up next to her.

Tuk thought (Y/N) looked like a real princess with the jellyfish creature on her back, the way her dots moved, and with the way the fish illuminated her entire figure. She reached out her hand with the red buckle, outstretching it for them as the duo swam up to where she was with Ney'tiri.

"Hi." (Y/N) breathed out with a somewhat warm grin when she appeared above the water, hand still in Tuk's as Kiri appeared beside her also, expression like hers seeing the other two.

Ney'tiris ears flattened against her head, relief instantly washing over her as the girls had found her, and Tuk, "(Y/N)! Kiri!"

"Everything's going to be alright, little sister." Kiri reassured her the little girl in front of her, as she touched her elbow underneath the water, and turns to her adopted mother, "Mom, I'm gonna give this to you."

She unhooked the jellyfish creature from her back, as she gently passes it to her mother, and places it onto Ney'tiris back, "It will help you."

(Y/N) was just finishing giving her jellyfish creature to Tuk for support also, as she noticed Ney'tiris hesitant face about going underwater again, "Trust us. Calm your heart." She assured with smoothing tone, trying her best to comfort the adult through her own ever growing pain, "Deep breaths."

The other three listened to her instructions, as they all took deep breaths in, and out, calming their fast beating hearts. Once (Y/N) knew they were all ready, she took Tuk's arms in her hands, and nodded at Ney'tiri, "Follow me and Kiri."

As she said that, her head went underneath the water again, with Kiri going next and the other two were quick to follow their lead.

The little glowing fish were underneath (Y/N)'s body again, lighting up the way for her as she shined like a beacon once again, alerting some of the figures still trying to swim out from inside the boat.

She had one arm around Tuk's smaller frame, as she helps her swim to the surface, and Kiri was on the other side of Tuk, with Ney'tiri behind them all.

They kept swiming at a steady pace throughout the bottom of the flipped ship, and when they got to the last corner, (Y/N) gently pushed Tuk forward with Kiri now taking her, and she turned back to make sure Ney'tiri was still right behind them.

The school of fish flocked out everywhere from outside of the ship, glimmering and shining like a thousand stars in the night sky against the clear blue water.

The four underneath the water swam up all the way to the surface, breaking it with breathes out air as they gasped, and looked around for the others through the fierce fire surrounding them.

"Ma Jake!" Ney'tiri called out as she spotted the rest of her family resting on Payakan in the water, and swam along to them with her arm now around (Y/N)'s body, keeping her afloat seeing now tried she suddenly had become.

The four of them swam over to the other two, as Kiri helped on Tuk to Payakan's fin, and Jake grabbed Ney'tiris outstretched hand, pulling both her and (Y/N) onto the creature's fin also.

"I got you, I got you." Lo'ak was immediately taking (Y/N) into his arms as he also saw how worn out she was, and kept her in between him, and his father on Payakan's flipper.

She didn't say anything to him as she remembers who was missing from their trio, and leans her forehead against the side of his head, causing him to wrap his arms around her shoulders, and press a kiss against her head as the rest of the family comfort each other also beside them.

The two didn't break apart from their hold, but felt more hands come to rest on their shoulders, as Jake and Ney'tiri held their children close in a circle on Payakan, thankful that everyone had made it through this horrid war.

Up in the skies above their heads, the eclipse had gone by which meant a new day was becoming now, a new start to what had happened here.

Neteyam was still dead. (Y/N) knew that, even if she didn't want to face the harsh reality.

"Alright, we need to get back." Jake broke the girl out of her heartbreaking thoughts, as he scanned his eyes over his family, and landed on the girl resting on his son's chest. He knew she would love what they were about to see, well more importantly what she was, as the others already have seen it.

Lo'ak nodded with his head leant against (Y/N)'s, and he presses one more kiss against her skin, before tapping Payakan's flipper to signal move, "Okay buddy, take us back to the rock."

Payakan made a noise of acknowledgement as he went to carefully make his way through the waters, and towards the rock where a figure stood in waiting.

The blue and green eyed girl kept her lifeless gaze on Lo'aks hands around her body, as she couldn't bring herself to look up knowing who's body they were about to go back to. She once again didn't understand how calm the others were, as they all either lost an older brother or son also.

Lo'ak glances down at his quiet beloved as they were right near the rock, and he wanted her to see who was on it first. He softly nudges her chin up with a finger, making her voice noise of protest, but he gives her a look and gestured to look straight ahead as Payakan came to a stop.

(Y/N) swallowed her anxiety with blinking back tears, and took a brave turn towards to rock as the Sully family started to move off of Payakan onto the solid ground, distracted with helping the other girls.

What she saw made her stomach lurch, eyes going wide with a million of different emotions rushing over her, and she scrambles to get off of Payakan's flipper onto the rock.

Neteyam was standing in the middle of the rock, healed and alive with a gigantic smile plastered on his face, tears bottling up spotting his beloved rushing over to him.

(Y/N) was tripping over her own feet as she rushes over to him, sobbing furiously and was unable to see properly through her blurred tears. Her body collided with his chest, making him almost fall backwards but caught his footing with an airy chuckle.

"Neteyam-" She gasped through hiccuping sobs, arms frantically touching anywhere she could over him, trying to grasp the fact that he was alive, and breathing once again, "I thought I'd lost you-"

"It's okay, I'm here now, I'm here.." He whispered in a soft voice repeatedly, one of his trembling hands behind her head tangled with her locks, as the other rested around her waist loosely, "You saved me,"

She briefly pulled back at this, sniffing loudly with a wave of tears still rushing down as she furrowed her brows confusion, "What? I felt you die, I felt you die in my arms-" Her voice gets choked up again remembering the what caused her to snap.

He shushes her gently with a head shake, as he grabbed one of her arms around his back, and placed it onto his heart, where she felt it was beating like normal.

"I was very close to dying, my heartbeat was just barely there, but-" He intertwined his fingers with hers against his heart, and gave her a loving smile, "Whatever you did while I was in your arms, it saved me."

She weeps in relief hearing his explanation, and at the pure fact Neteyam was here right in front of her. She goes to lean into his arms again, making him hug her tightly back as he rocked them from side to side a little bit, and presses a lingering kiss on top of her hair, sighing in utter relief.

As they pulled back from the comforting fest of reuniting lovers, Neteyam wipes away his tears as he uses his thumbs to wipe hers gently, and they walk back over to the others, who were sitting on the ground in a somewhat circle.

"Sully's stick together."

Jake was knelt down as he cuts the red buckles on Kiri's wrist, as Ney'tiri was comforting Tuk in her arms, and (Y/N) sat down with an exhausted sigh in between the brothers.

She only know understood why the family wasn't as heartbroken as her. They had known Neteyam was alive from the moment she left to go on her rampage.

"Monkey boy!" Kiri calls out to the incoming Spider behind them with a smile, as Jake kneels back up to his full height, and glances over all his alive family, grateful they all survived and conquered this fight.

Jake takes Spider by the shoulders, directing the teens eyes away from Kiri to him, "Are you alright?"

"Yeah." Spider nods his head in answer, as the Na'vi goes to pull him into his side in a comforting gesture, and caused Spider to wrap one of his arms around Jake's back.

"That was our greatest weakness."

While the others were busy with comforting, and talking to each other, (Y/N) turned back to her boys on either side of her, and took one of their hands in hers, intertwining their fingers together, which made them glance at her with full attention.

She grins softly at them, expression full of nothing but love and affection as she squeezes their hands tightly, "I'm so glad you two are okay, I don't know what I would do if you guys weren't-" She confesses in a hoarse voice from crying, bottom lip a bit wobbly with the overload of emotions she was feeling.

The brothers both share an understanding look between each other, as their lips break out into a gentle smile for her, and moved to sit in front of her closely.

"We understand, sweetheart." Neteyam starts off with a soothing tone, rubbing his thumb over her knuckles as he placed their intertwined hands against her thigh.

"We really do, but we're here and not going anymore." Loak finished off from his brothers words, telling her the promise both brothers swore to do, and he places his mouth against the back of her hand, "We're a trio, remember?"

Through her happy teary eyes, she grins ear to ear in agreement with their words, and goes to advert her gaze down to their intertwined hands on her thighs, "Yeah, a trio. Always."

"And our greatest strength."

NOTE;; damn its been a hot minute, huh guys??? im so sorry for the lack of updates, and i know that this story would of definitely lost some readers because of that but i don't mind, i understand 😭😭

anyways, i DESPISE this chapter so much because of my shitty ass writing, idk what i was doing in this. and the fact its so short??? like??? stupid. 💀

there's one more chapter left for this book which is seriously depressing, but its been a fun ride to write this and i cannot wait to start my jake sully fic next! until next update (idk when) mwah <33
