(Bear in mind that I don't know if this is 100% true. I've based these tips off what I read on Wattpad's website and what people have told me from their experiences).

Anyway! Here are my tips to avoid getting banned or suspended on Wattpad:

MARK YOUR STORIES AS MATURE.
I would recommend doing this even when your story concludes a tiny drop of blood only. This is mentioned on Wattpad's website and just a general necessity.

DON'T GET YOURSELF INVOLVED IN PROBLEMATIC THINGS.
Getting into arguments, etc, only increases the chance of people reporting your account or Wattpad stories. With a certain amount of reports, you'll get suspended or banned, or your story will get deleted. So avoid getting into problematic things. 

WATCH YOUR LANGUAGE.
According to experiences some of my mutuals have, they got suspended/banned after cursing on message boards or in comment sections. Avoid doing this or censor whatever words you use!

18+.
You are allowed to write things like smut on Wattpad, but you HAVE to make sure that it's clear the characters are 18+. This is specifically mentioned on the website, too.

CONTENT THAT IS NOT ALLOWED AT ALL.
P3dophilia, inc3st, b3stiality, glorified abuse, etc.

COPYRIGHT.
Always mention the original creators of whatever you're writing a fanfic about. Same goes for songs or pictures. And obviously you can't copy a whole book/fanfic to Wattpad.

PICTURES.
Don't post gore or sexual pictures.

PERSONAL INFO.
Sharing personal info (phone number, address, etc) can be against rules.

ADS.
Using Wattpad just to promote platforms and other things also increases the chance of getting banned.

TRIGGER WARNINGS.
Make sure you mention the trigger warnings from your book correctly.  

OTHER TIPS:
— if your story gets taken down, don't republish it without making any changes, because it can get you fully banned.
— if someone reports you, Wattpad will check your account/stories, so that's why it's important to mention trigger warnings correctly, etc.
