~ The Upside-Down Man feeds off of negativity, fear, tortured souls, demonic energy, and all typed of pain. Even anger can be 

~ The Upside-Down Man can manipulate dreams and will usually play the worst moments of a person's life back to them, except he'll somehow implant himself in the dream and make it even more terrifying than it originally was.

~ The Upside-Down Man can create, manipulate, and cause any type of disaster or tragedy you can think of. Mass murder, car crashes, large fires, plagues, tornadoes, genocide, and a lot more. If you look close enough, you will find that he is connected to many of the negative events happening today.

~ Suffering and disaster has been around since the beginning of man, so you can get a sense of how old The Upside-Down Man must be.

~ The Upside-Down Man can create, shape and manipulate the chaotic forces in the universe, allowing them to manipulate probability or manipulate and even shatter reality. They are able to change, mutate, destroy or otherwise manipulate any matter, space/time, living beings, organizations or minds and spirits as well as containing it, so it doesn't spread or spreads only on desired way.

~ The Upside-Down Man can shape and manipulate matter, i.e. anything in the universe that has substance and mass/physical form, starting from molecules and atoms, to planets and other astronomical features. He, of course, uses this to primarily cause even more chaos and suffering.
