DEATH. WHAT IS IT REALLY?

Do you go to HEAVEN when you die? The blinding white light so warm and welcoming that is able to wash away every sin you've ever committed in your lifetime. The gates gold color reflected by God himselfs' natural glow as he welcomed you with open arms, smiling softly at you as he reunited you with the people you had once lost when it was their turn to be brought home to him.

Or do you go to HELL? Committing so many sins during your lifetime that God does not welcome you into Heaven with open arms. He turns you away, pushing you deep down into the other world where you're faced with Hades, a fate even worse than the Devil. The place where for each lie you told, you're met with 1,000 lashes to your tongue as you burn and melt during the torture of hellfire. The people you loved when both you and they were alive ridiculing you, constantly reminded you of everything you had wished to forget during your lifespan.

or were HEAVEN and HELL just sorry excuses, sorry things for families to believe in when they were too afraid to face the reality of what death actually was. There was no Heaven, no God, no Hell, Satan, or Hades. There was only darkness. Cold, loud, overwhelming darkness where the only thing available to feel was the pitch black horror once you died. You didn't reunite with family, you didn't hang out with "the big guy upstairs", and you didn't get tortured or your tongue scraped 1,000 times for each single lie you told. You were just caught...caught in the endless abyss of nothing.

Or maybe...death was just an ENTITY WITH AN AGENDA. A checklist, an iPad, a list of souls needed to be reaped on a certain day, at a specific time. Death didn't care about the living people it left behind, forcing others to experience a grief that no one could understand, no one would get. A pain so strong and petrifying, a feeling of heartbreak and loss so extravagant that you honestly would rather feel nothing at all.

ABRAHAM HIGH SCHOOL'S trip to Paris quickly turns sinister when two teens, Alexander Browning and Ostara Macaria experience something they've never been through before. Alex, a premonition, and Ostara, feelings she'd never really understand or appreciate.

A/N 🪦: anddddd she's back!! If you've been following me for a while, you'll remember this fic!! I love final destination sm, and this fic actually led me to finding one of my favorite people ever on this app (love you Rhiannon <33). Since this is an apply fic I've published before, applications are CLOSED and it will be with the same reoccurring cast members.

I love the FD series sm and I'm excited to play around with Ostara's newfound abilities and how they correspond with Alex. Also excited to write about how their relationship is affected by it!!
