CHAPTER EIGHT

[smut warning until the first — — —]

First, she felt his warm hand wrap around her throat. He tightened his grip, emitting soft moans from the woman.

Her eyes were covered by a blindfold, her legs wrapped around his bare waist as he held her against the door of their hotel room.

His mouth kissed along her jaw hungrily. Every so often he would lick stripes from her ear lobe to her collarbone.

She couldn't help but whimper. His body rutted against hers as his hands dug into the flesh of her thighs. Her thighs. God, they were his favourite part of her. The things he would and has done to those magnificent thighs could never be spoken.

She moaned loudly as his cock roughly entered her. "Nik!" She yelled or rather screamed as he pulled out before plunging back in.

She could hear his quiet whimpers in her ear as he leaned in closer, resting his chin on her shoulder as he whispered sweet nothing into her ear.

"Fuck," She whimpered as his stubble scratched her skin.

His pace was steady and fast. He surely put his hybrid speed to the test as he pounded into her.

His hand trailed down, flicking her nipple before moving further. He slowly reached her clit, his thumb moving in slow circles as if they were calculated just to please her.

They had been in Tennessee for a few weeks searching for wolves and only had a single lead so it was safe to say Klaus was a little restless.

White flashes filled her vision as her moans got louder.

"Come for me, love. Come all over me," He whispered, his voice raspy as he gently bit onto her earlobe.

His pace had slowed. It was no longer rough, calculated thrusts but instead sloppy, slow ones as he moaned.

She clenched around him tightly as she let go. Fuck, it felt like heaven to him. If there was a god, he was sure it was her.

It only took two more thrusts before he came undone, his thrusts shaky, almost nonexistent and he held her against the door.

They waited for a minute, him inside her, against the hotel door listening to each other's breathing.

It was Margot that broke them apart as she slowly moved out of his hold. She sent him a quick smile as she grabbed her clothes before putting them on, starting with her black lace panties.

God, she was a tease.

"That was fun, Nik. See you in the morning," She said with a smile as she walked out of the room in only her panties and one of his shirts.

He breathed out as he moved to lay on the bed, "Fuck me."

— — —

Margot walked out of Klaus's car, adjusting her breasts in her top which mainly consisted of her jiggling them around until she liked them. Stefan had gone inside the bar before them to compel the occupants, leaving the pair alone.

Klaus tilted his head to look at the sky as he held back a groan. She was teasing him and he knew it.

She grinned as she pulled down her top a little more revealing the lace of her bra before walking into the bar, Klaus following behind her.

She put on a seductive look as she walked over to the bar before sitting next to a man with scraggly brown hair. Werewolf. She thought to herself. She could practically sniff him out.

"Ray? Ray Sutton?" She asked as she sat next to him, her voice low and sultry as she looked at him through her lashes.

He almost choked. "Ye- Yes. And what would your name be?"

"Oh, you'll have to earn that," She whispered into his ear, sending a wink to Klaus as she trailed her hand along the man's thigh. The Original crossed his arms as he watched from the door.

She grinned devilishly as she moved away, "You see my friend there?" She asked as she pointed at the hybrid.

He nodded, his mind still clouded by her touch.

"He, Stefan, the nice fellow over there and I have been looking all over for you. Lucky boy. We started in Florida, Pensacola. We met a young man there who you used to work with before you moved to Memphis, now he directed us to two lovely young women. And they led us here, to you."

The man grunted as he pushed her hand away, a blush appearing on his face when he saw the obvious tent in his pants, "I think I'll be going."

Before he could go too far, Klaus stopped him, placing a hand on his shoulder, "Not so fast mate. You only just got here... Now your type are very hard to come by."

Ray tried to turn around only to be stopped by Stefan, "I wouldn't do that."

"Vampires," Ray concluded as Klaus shoved him against the bar, the wood digging into his back.

"You're swifty swift Ray!" Klaus complimented, "Yes! My friend here is a vampire. He compelled everybody in the bar so don't look to them for any help. And the lovely lady here is a witch, a very powerful and beautiful one at that though I can see you know that," He whispered, gesturing down to the man's 'tent'. "I, however, I'm something else, a different kind of monster. I've got some vampires, I've got some wolf."

"You what?"

"A hybrid, Ray, I'm both. You see, I want to create more of myself. Now you being the first werewolf that I've come across in many a moon, pun intended Ray! I need you to direct me to your pack. So, where can I find them, Ray?"

"You can't compel me, it won't work," The man said with wide eyes, fear consuming them.

Stefan sighed before turning to the bartender, "Can you bring out the darts please?" he smoked as he glanced at the werewolf, "Tell you what Ray, We're gonna play a little drinking game, something I like to call truth or wolfsbane."

Klaus smirked, "Oh, this is gonna be fun, Ray."

— — —

Margot had chosen to stay in the corner of the bar and eat while Stefan and Klaus tortured the werewolf.

Stefan had left for an hour to get Damon off their trail before coming back and stealing some of her food.

"We're leaving. Change your shoes, love, we're going on a bit of a hike." Klaus told as he walked over to their booth.

The siphoner sighed, glancing down at her plate that was practically full of food still, "But my food," She groaned.

He sighed before walking away and grabbing a small take-out box from the back room before giving it to her, "There. I'll be in the car."

— — —

The trio had been hiking for the last two hours into the smoky mountains where Ray said his pack was.

"You okay? Is Ray getting heavy?" Klaus asked Stefan teasingly, noticing Margot a few steps behind them.

"I'm fine."

"You sure about that? You know, we've been walking for quite some time now. If you need some water or a little sit-down..."

Stefan sighed angrily, "You know, I get that we're, uh...we're stuck together, but if we could maybe just skip the chit chat, it'd be great."

"So much brooding. Your self-loathing is suffocating you, my friend."

Margot rolled her eyes at the hybrid, "Maybe it's 'cause he's a little tired of hunting werewolves. We've been at it all summer."

He sent her a smirk, "Thanks to our pal Ray, we found ourselves a pack. There," He said, pointing in the direction of a group of people sitting around a fire.

Stefan nodded before dumping Ray's body onto the ground in front of them, earning their attention quickly.

"Ray! Oh, my God. What's going on? Who are you?"

Klaus smirked as he walked out from behind the trees, "The important question is who am I. Please forgive the intrusion. My name is Klaus."

"You're the hybrid," A woman said as she held onto Ray.

"You've heard of me. Fantastic."

— — —

"It's fascinating, actually...A werewolf who isn't beholden to the moon, a vampire who doesn't burn in the sun. A true hybrid," Klaus preached as he and Stefan sat on a rock, Margot leaning against a tree only a few feet away from them.

He paused his speech when Ray's eyes opened, screams emitting from the werewolf's lips.

"Excellent timing, Ray. Very dramatic," Klaus commented.

He groaned in pain, "What's happening to me?"

"Stefan?" Klaus gestured, silently telling him to speak.

"Are any of you human? Your friend here needs human blood to complete his transition to vampire. If he doesn't get it, he will die."

"Doesn't take much, just a sip. Anyone? A boyfriend, a girlfriend, along for the ride?" He paused, seeing a man hiding in the shadows, "You!"

The Original sped over to the human, biting into his arm before throwing him in front of Ray. Ray stared at the blood that leaked from the man's arm.

"If you don't drink it, Ray, I will. Problem is I don't know how to stop," Stefan warned as he kneeled in front of him. In a matter of seconds, Ray's teeth were in the human's arm as he drank the blood that flowed through his veins.

— — —

Klaus and Stefan had finished killing the werewolves and were sitting by Margot as Ray woke up.

The man sobbed as he looked over his dead friends, "They're dead. They're all dead."

Klaus sighed as he placed a hand on Margot's thigh, "Ah, he's through his transition. He should be feeling better soon."

"So is this your master plan? Build an army of hybrid slaves?" Stefan asked, glaring at the hybrid.

"No, not slaves. Soldiers, comrades."

"For what war, might I ask?"

"Oh, you don't arm yourself after war has been declared, Stefan. You build your army so big that no one ever dares pick a fight."

"What makes you so sure that they'll be loyal?"

"Well, it's not difficult to be loyal when you're on the winning team. That's something you'll learn once you shake that horribly depressive chip off your shoulder."

Stefan laughed, "That's why you're, uh...you're keeping me around? To witness my attitude adjustment?"

Klaus glanced back at Ray, noticing blood dripping from his eyes, "You'll know why I'm keeping you around when I've decided that I want you to know... Something's wrong."

"That shouldn't be happening, should it?" Stefan said as he watched Ray scream.

"Well, obviously."

"You said it was gonna feel better. Why doesn't it feel better?" Ray yelled as Klaus paced.

"Some master race," Stefan commented beside Margot, the girl chuckling at his words.

"Lose the attitude."

One of the women woke up causing Klaus to sigh, "Derek, come feed your girlfriend."

As Klaus was looking away, Ray stood before speeding away. Klaus sighed before looking at Stefan, "Go get him."

— — —

Stefan had gotten back empty-handed, with blood running down his arm. Margot pondered making a joke about how he looked like Bella Swan in eclipse but decided against it when Klaus glared at him.

"Where did he go?"

"He, uh...he got away. Forget him. Let's go."

The hybrid smirked as he grabbed onto Stefan's arm, "A fatal werewolf bite. Ouch."

"Yeah. I'm gonna need your blood to heal me."

He nodded, "Well, I'll tell you what. You find Ray, and then I'll heal you."

"That is not part of the deal, Nik," Margot reminded him as she stood up.

"Technically I didn't hurt him, love. Sweet little Ray did. So you better hurry, 'cause that bite looks nasty."

— — —

Margot stared at the newly turned hybrids, watching as blood fell from their eyes. "This didn't happen when you turned, did it?" She asked, facing the Original.

"No. Here, siphon me just in case," He answered, holding his arm out to her.

She stared at it, even if she didn't like him she hated siphoning from people. "I-"

"It's okay, love. I can take it. Do your worst."

She rolled her eyes, he was quoting himself from the night before. She sighed before grabbing onto his arm, letting his magic flow through her.

"Did you get enough?" He asked when she parted from him.

"Yes," She answered. She was lying and he knew it. "Stay next to me, love," He whispered as the hybrids stood up, surrounding them.

— — —

Klaus bit into a hybrid's neck, sucking them dry before dropping their body and moving onto the next.

Margot used the little magic she took to take down hybrids left and right as she stood against a tree.

They were doing fine, great actually. That is until Margot ran out of magic. Klaus was busy with five hybrids while she had one stalking closer to her.

"Shit," She whispered.

She let him get closer. Too close. So close he bit into her neck.

She groaned before placing her hands on his, siphoning every ounce of magic he had in him. His body quickly dropped to the ground. He was dead. She killed him.

Klaus glanced back when he smelled her blood. He quickly killed the last hybrid, not caring if he got blood everywhere before speeding beside her. "Love?"

"I'm alright- I'm okay," She whispered as she held onto her neck, blood seeping past her fingers.

"You should've taken more," He whispered as he bit into his wrist, letting his blood flow down her throat, healing the wound immediately.

"So you give me your blood but not my dad," She teased as she stayed standing against the tree, his body so close she could feel his breaths against her skin.

"You're special. He... not so much."

She chuckled, "He wouldn't be too happy to hear that."

"He's not too happy right now anyway... Do you need to go to a hotel tonight? We're gonna go to Chicago."

"I'll be okay. I can sleep in the car," She answered as Stefan walked back into the camp, the pair separating.

"You look like hell," Klaus commented, now standing a safe distance away from Margot.

Stefan scoffed, "Last I checked, I'm dying...and you don't want to heal me," He glanced down at Ray's now dead body, "I had to take him out. I didn't have a choice. I failed you. I'm sorry. Do what you have to do."

"It should have worked," Klaus whispered before pouring some of his blood into a broken beer bottle and handing it to the vampire. "Bottoms up. We're leaving. It appears you two are the only comrades I have left."
