3rd POV

The Next Morning, outside of Jen's Diner, Cody Asher is admiring the birds that's flying around in the dreary morning sky.

Violet (VO) Scary birds just showed up out of nowhere in the small town Arrington. But Me and the guys knows better. This has Cody Asher all over it.

Suddenly, a birds slowly flaps its wings, slowly flying up to Cody Asher, who sly grins.

"Such a good bird." Cody Asher said in his Australian accent.

The bird flies away, reconvening with the other birds in the sky. And Cody Asher turns his attention towards the diner and smirks.

Inside Jen's Diner, Jen Regan-Reynolds and her daughter, Cassidy Reynolds, are sitting at the diner counter.

"What's with the birds?" Jen asked her daughter, a bit confused.

"My guess is Cody Asher." Cassidy replied, just as confused as her Mom is.

"Cody Asher as in the wizard guy?" Jen said.

"Yeah. He has dark wizard magic, which is explains the scary birds outside." Cassidy said to her Mom.

Jen and Cassidy exchange looks at each other. And suddenly, a bird hits a window, startling them both.

Jen and Cassidy exchange worried looks at each other. And Cassidy gets up to her feet, slowly walks up to the window, which has a crack in it.

Jen and Cassidy exchange another worried looks at each other.

BENTON HOME

That same morning, I'm in the living room, repainting the walls. To at least, distract myself from the scary birds.

Scooby Beagle trots up to me, gently rubbing his nose on my ankle. I glance down at him and smiles.

"Hey, buddy." I greeted, crouching down to him and gently ruffles his ears.

The door opens and closes. Jonny slowly walks inside the living room.

"Hey, Vinny." Jonny said to me.

"Hey, J." I said, slowly getting up to my feet. "Where did you just come back from?"

"The store market." Jonny replied, sitting down on the three seat sofa, gently setting down a plastic bag, showing me a bag of dog food and dog biscuits. "I hope Scooby Beagle likes it."

I chuckle to myself.

"You seem like yourself." Jonny said.

"Yeah. I do, don't I?" I said, glancing at Scooby Beagle and looks at my boyfriend, Jonny. "You got Beagle for me, didn't you?"

Jonny smiles, implying that he did.

"Why?" I asked him.

"So, you can smile again." Jonny said.

"I do smile." I said.

"Sometimes." Jonny said, slowly getting up to his feet and slowly walks up to me. "But Violet, you've been through so much. You've always been the shoulder that me and the guys leans on and a confidante. And it's okay to take off your superhero purple cape sometimes."

I small smile and Jonny kisses me. I kiss him back, passionately. Gently pulling away from the kiss, Jonny and I exchange small smiles at each other.

"You wanna paint?" I asked him, showing him my paintbrush.

"Sure." Jonny replied.

Jonny and I exchange smiles at each other. He crouches down to the paint palette, taking a paintbrush. And Jonny and I repaints the wall.

Afterwards, Jonny opens the refrigerator to get himself a cider. He then, sees a plastic container of butterscotch rum.

"Violet?" Jonny asked, gently pulls out the plastic container of butterscotch rum from the refrigerator. "What is this?"

I glance at the plastic container of my butterscotch rum. "That's my homemade butterscotch rum cocktail."

"You made a cocktail rum?" Jonny asked me, a bit surprised.

"Yep. It's pretty good." I said to him.

"Okay." Jonny said, gently setting down the plastic container and gets a plastic cup, pouring some butterscotch rum in a plastic cup and takes a swig of it. "It's pretty good. It's both sweet and rum."

"Glad you like it." I said to him with a small smile.

Suddenly, a bird flies into the living room window blinds, making a hole in the living room window, startling both Jonny and Me.

I gets up to my feet as Jonny walks into the living room, trying to catch the bird. He catches it in his hands and it flies back out of the living room window blinds.

"What the hell?" I said.

"I know right." Jonny replied.

Jonny and I exchange bewildered looks at each other.

LOUNGE CENTER

That afternoon, the Benton Gang and I met up with each other and is sitting on the curved sofa.

"What's with the creepy birds?" Cherry asked, annoyed, with her arms folded.

"Don't know. But one flew into my living room window blinds." I said.

"Another one flew into the diner and cracked the window glass." Cassidy said.

"And again, I asks, what's with the creepy birds?" Cherry asked.

"It's Cody Asher. It has to be." Jonny said. "Yesterday was fine, and suddenly, bird just shows up out of nowhere."

"Christine, can you, like, use your wizard magic, to send the scary birds away?" Skylar asked her.

"I don't know how, I'm sort of still learning my wizard magic." Christine Avery said.

"Can you slumber the birds or something?" Aaron asked.

Christine thinks to herself. "Maybe, I can."

Scooby Beagle trots up beside me. And I crouch down to it, gently ruffle its head.

"Aww, is that a Beagle?" Monica asked with a small smile.

"Yeah." I said to Monica, and looks at the guys. "Guys, this is my little buddy, Scooby Beagle."

"Scooby? You're into Scooby-Doo much." Sonya said.

"I know." I said, and looks at Christine, slowly getting back up to my feet. "But you can slumber the birds, can you, Christine? Or at least, try?"

"Yeah, sure. I can try." Christine said.

                           shortly afterwards...

Christine and I are outside of Jen's Diner, looking around at the flying birds.

"Okay, Christine. You can do this. I believe in you." I tell her.

Christine and I exchange small smiles at each other. She looks up at the flying birds, closing her eyes as she chants a spell.

"Phesmatos estese calgam. Phesmatos estese calgam." Christine Avery chanted her wizard spell.

I look up at the flying birds in the afternoon sky as they slowly stops flying and gently falls onto the ground.

"Phesmatos estese calgam. Phesmatos estese calgam." Christine chanted her spell and slowly opens her eyes.

Christine and I looks at the birds on the ground. She and I exchange looks at each other and smiles.

"You did it. I knew you could do it." I said to her.

Christine and I exchange small smiles at each other.

TAVERN BODGE LOCAL BAR AND LOUNGE CLUBHOUSE

That night, Boni, Christine, and I are sitting at a round lounge table with our glasses of my homemade butterscotch rum cocktail drink.

"You actually made a cocktail drink?" Boni asked me.

"Yeah, and it's pretty good." I said to my older big sister with a smile.

Boni looks at Christine Avery. "You did pretty good with your wizard magic, Christine."

"Thanks, Boni." Christine said, and her phone buzzes in her trousers pocket. She glances at Boni and Me. "Excuse me?" and pulls out her phone, and slowly walks over to the round bar counter. "What do you want, Cody?"

"I must say that I'm impressed with your little magick spell on my birds, Christine. But do enjoy yourself." Cody Asher said, and hangs up his phone.

And Christine Avery becomes worried.

HARPER HOME

In the living room, Jonny and I are playing with Scooby Beagle sitting on the three seat sofa. Scooby Beagle has his head gently resting on my lap.

"It's like you and Scooby Beagle has formed an instant connection." Jonny said to me with a small smile.

"Yeah. I love them already." I said to Jonny and looks at him. "Thanks you."

"For what?" Jonny asked.

"Scooby Beagle." I said to him.

"Well, I'm happy that you love Scooby Beagle. And I love you both very much." Jonny said to me.

"I love you too, Jonny." I said back to him with a small smile.

"J&V all the way." Jonny said.

"J&V all the way." I said back.

Jonny and I shares a kiss and we both ruffle Scooby Beagle's head.

3RD POV

At Cody Asher's Loft Apartment, Scarlett Sweeney is in the kitchen, making some food.

Cody Asher slowly, and stealthy, walks up beside her, startling Scarlett a little.

"Sorry, did not mean to startle you." Cody said, gently leaning backwards on the kitchen countertop.

"It's fine." Scarlett said. "What have you been up to?" She asked.

"Working on something." Cody Asher said, showing her a tuning fork.

"What's that?" Scarlett asked, looking at the tuning fork.

"It's a tuning fork. It may be useful." Cody Asher told his girlfriend.

Cody Asher and Scarlett exchange small menacingly grins at each other.
