When people look at Kozume Kenma, they think "cute, loner, video game addict who probably hates everyone and he most likely locks himself in his room all day" they are partially right, but that's besides the point of it all. Of course, he loves being by himself. where no one can force him to socialize and he gets to be in the comfort of his own home. His own little world where he can defeat video game villains all he wants and no one can stop him.

Anyone would think he doesn't have friends, but he does. He has lots of friends. But with that assumption about him, it was a huge surprise to find out that Kenma actually has a girlfriend. Whom he's been dating for about 8 months now.

SHOKO NAKAGAWA is just as addicted to video games as her kuudere boyfriend. which is how they actually met. she was playing Street Fighter V online and Kenma just so happen to have a match with her. And in the middle of their game, they spoke to each other. She was this cheerful, bubbly girl who spent most of her days in her room, aside from school, and he was this seemingly emotionless, shy gamer who also spent most of his free time in his room. Both were in their last year of middle school when they began dating.

It started off slow. They would meet on discord almost every weekend, play games together, and just talk about their day. Sometimes, they would even just talk on FaceTime until one or the other fell asleep at night. ( usually Shoko would fall asleep first since Kenma is a night owl and she sleeps easily ).

And somewhere in the middle of that friendship, Kenma fell for the cheery girl. Slowly but surely. And she fell for the shy gamer, as well.

One day, he asked if they could meet in person, seeing as summer had just started for them. She wholeheartedly agreed and the two went on their first to a cat cafe near shibuya square. Then from there, one date turned into twenty, turning into a whole summer of romance. Thus starting their relationship.

And when high school started, Shoko moved closer to Kenma, allowing her to attend Nekoma High School. Where he joined the volleyball team and she was his personal cheerleader, always at his games cheering him on front he bleachers silently. Because she knew how shy he would be if she started yelling loudly. But every time he looked in the crowd, there she was, smiling and wearing his jersey number on a white shirt she crafted herself. Which gave him the confidence to win, every time.

And the only people who knows about her existence are kuroo and hinata, kenma's friend from karasuno high. Whom he told about while they were texting each other one night.

So it was an entire shock when the whole team finds out that Kenma, their quiet, video game addict teammate, had a girlfriend as beautiful and bubbly as her.

Someone who was like the sun while he was the moon. Someone who was completely opposite of his personality.

I just want to let you all know that this book
won't follow the main plot of haikyuu. This is going to be kind of a text fic/comedy fic with lots
of romance and fluff. So really it's all gonna be good fun and laughs. A safe place from all of the
sad fics you probably read before finding this book.

a few others. If you want to use the layout, ask them. It is common curtesy. Do not use without permission and proper credit.

Reminder, this is an oc book, not a y/n book. She has a face claim, personality and her own taste in different things. She is not to be molded into what you want because I've already constructed how I want her. So please do not comment how you want to change her music taste or her outfits or anything.
