Doyun hesitantly look up when he hears YongRae asking if he could sit beside him or not, that's was kind of shocking for Doyun which makes him feel hesitate to give a answer to YongRae.

"Y-yeah" After few seconds later he mumbled, above a whisper but YongRae heard him as a small smile pasted on his lips. "Thanks" YongRae shortly whispered before sitting down next to Doyun.

"We meet again?" Doyun felt shiver when he heard YongRae whispers to him. He looks up beside him to see YongRae looking at his way with a smile.

"Huh, yeah" Doyun was feeling nervous as he never usually talks to anyone from his class or neither to any strangers. But YongRae was looking friendly.

"I will like to get your name? If you are comfortable enough" YongRae mumbled from beside him as Doyun hesitate at first then slowly mumbled his name to YongRae who happens to nod his head.

"Han Doyun?, So Doyun is your name, what does Doyun means though?" YongRae asked, his voice lowering because he doesn't want them to get scold by the teacher for talking.

"Oh, Doyun means Path or allow something like this as that what I get to know from a boy in my neighborhood long time ago" Doyun softly answered before gazing down at his notebook.

"Oh then you should also bound the path of your life or get a right track of life" YongRae whispers, smiling before gazing back at the board.

Doyun feels a good vibe from him but he keeps his silence because he is still not that comfortable with him.

The time passed like this as the bell rang, means the class comes to it's end and now it's time to go home YongRae packed his bag and was first to walk out of the classroom while doing something in his phone, but he didn't take his bag with him, mean he might come back.

Doyun was packing his things together, until Kiwon and his minions come from behind, Kiwon places a harsh smack on Doyun's head, making his head hit into the desk.

"What's up loser, ready to have another game my little prey" Kiwon whispered, trailing his hand around Doyun's face as when Doyun move his face away because he doesn't like it, he gets annoyed and harshly holds Doyun's chin.

"Don't you dare to act brave in front of me" kiwon whispered with a glare. Doyun hesitantly nods his head, heart racing with fear as he knows what is going to happen with him next.

"Good boy" Kiwon straight up his position before looking at his friends. "Bring him to the auditorium" he ordered and walked away from there, when he was walking out of the classroom, YongRae was entering that time while putting his phone in his pocket.

Kiwon pushed him with his shoulder before walking away, it was for nothing and YongRae didn't take it seriously but when he walks into the classroom, he saw Kiwon's friends was trying to drag Doyun out of the class, he was trying to refuse and struggling to free himself from Kiwon's friends because he doesn't want to get bullied.

Doyun's eyes fall into YongRae's eyes, silently begging for help to save him. YongRae looks around the classroom to see no one was bothered by it or neither trying to help him.

Doyun give up from struggling to free himself as Kiwon's friends was dragging him out of the room, at the doorway YongRae was standing as he takes a deep sigh before pushing back seokhoon backwards who was dragging doyun out.

"What do you think you are doing huh, move!" Seokhoon says, and tried to push YongRae away but he stood firm at his place.

"Only if you guys let him go" he normally mumbled, yanking seokhoon's hand away from Doyun, pulling him behind him.

"Don't get yourself in trouble, it won't end good okay!" Seokhoon says and tried to punch YongRae but YongRae grab his wrist and twisted it, and kicked at the back making seokhoon fall on his knees.

"For your kind information, I am a former boxer champion" YongRae whispers , pushing away seokhoon in the ground before looking up at the others. "are you guys interested to have some fight with me?" He asks with a smirk, knowing that they already put their guards down because of this, judging by the expressions.

YongRae smirks faded away as a stoic expression as he turns to look at Doyun, he grabs Doyun's hand, putting his own bag on his shoulder before walking away.

Doyun was still in shock what just happened in the class as he just stares at the taller who was getting him out of the building.

When they come out of the building, YongRae walks in the parking area, before turning to face Doyun. "Are you okay?" He asks, a slightly concern in his eyes.

"Huh, yeah-h, thanks for helping me out" Doyun mumbled with low tone, looking down at his sleeves.

"It's okay, be safe out there and if there is something else let me know, don't let them put you down again" YongRae says, and with that he let go Doyun's hand and started to walk away.

Doyun was standing there looking at him for longer as he saw him walking away until he calls his name again, making YongRae turns to him.

"Does YongRae has any special meaning?" He doesn't know why he asks this but Seeing YongRae's smile, it didn't make anything awkward at all.

"Well as much I know my name's meaning is something, like Brave or hero, it can have a meaning like petal and flower" he answered with a smile, before walking away from there, getting into a lavish car.

Doyun take a deep sigh before turning to walk towards his way as well. He doesn't want to go there as he knows his mother is not less then Kiwon. But he is worried what Kiwon is going to do with him if he bump into his tomorrow.

With fear Inside his heart, he slowly starting to walk, towards his home which he can't consider as home at all.

Time skip

The next day, Doyun peaks into the hallway, looking around for Kiwon because he doesn't want to get in trouble early of morning when he gets a slap from his mom before heading out the house just because he forgets and didn't put the dishes in the shelf last night.

Suddenly he felt a weight on his back as he flinched in fear , but turning to see it was YongRae who was leaning on his back.

"I thought you was playing hide and seek so I thought to join as well" YongRae whispers with a mischievous grin in his face, making Doyun frown before turning his gaze back at the hallway.

"Shut up, and I'm not playing hide and seek" He mumbled, checking if Kiwon is coming or not.

YongRae smirks before leaning into his shoulder. "Then what are you doing here like a small puppy?" He whispered, Doyun turns to look at him a stoic expression but YongRae start to grin more widely because he looks cute.

"You-" before Doyun could say anything he was pulled to the side by YongRae, pinning into the wall. He was shocked by this sudden action and was about to say something but then suddenly he saw Kiwon's team was passing by there but hopefully they didn't see him or YongRae.

When they completely walk away YongRae looks down at Doyun with his smirk playing on his face. "I saved you again, you owe me so much" He says, making doyun shivers.

"What- are you talking about-" Doyun asks.
"You have to hang out with me after school that's it, and don't worry I will protect you from Kiwon's friends and Kiwon, till I'm here" YongRae mumbled before letting Doyun go and walks away.

Doyun wasn't sure if he should agree with it and believe him but something was making him to believe him but still everything was confusing for him.

Time skip

YongRae was throwing some stones in the fountain while waiting for Doyun, he was in wonder that Doyun will come or not. He knows that there is low chance of Doyun to come but he didn't let his hopes down.

He throws the last stone in the water, before taking a deep breath, feeling disappointed he turns to leave as he has been waiting for Twenty minutes now but there is not sign of Doyun.

He was about to walk away but then suddenly he saw Doyun coming towards his way, he can't hide his smile when he sees Doyun coming, same to Doyun be started to smile while waving his hand shyly towards him.

"I thought you won't come" YongRae says, while walking toward him. "I was thinking to not come but" Doyun mumbled, YongRae chuckled before putting arm around his shoulder.

"Okay okay, let's just go and enjoy our first hang out" with that they walk to the other side, going toward their hang out destination.
