tsukasa thought, studying the two males before him. He decied to stop focusing on the two and just go back to the lion.

"kukukuku i suppose so. Though this guy is strong, maybe too strong."

"But there's nothing wrong with being strong, right? If anything that makes him reliable! He's reliable like (y/n) right?"

taiju asked his friend in a bit of a hushed tone.

"well you oaf, what if he turns out to be some tyrannical emperor, what do we do then? Someone who can take care of a whole pack of lions will be hard to stop."

senku said, making the spiky haired male realise how wrong this situation could go.

"can i borrow some kind of tool to cut the meat? even a sharp rock would be fine."

tsukasa asked, petting the lion.

"ARE YOU GONNA EAT THE LION??? ARE THEY EDIABLE?"

Taiju screamed at the strong guy.

"kukuku they're not poisonous but the meat reeks of ammonia and it's tough as hell. it's so nasty you could die."

"WHAT YOU'VE EATEN LION BEFORE?"

senku replied as if that was normal.

"Even if it was to protect us, I killed the lions with my bare hands. So I want to use every last bit of it to pay honors to the circle of life. That's all."

taiju yelled, giving him a blade like object. Which caused taiju to smile.

Senku thought, looking at the primate high schooler.

The three males then walked back to the camp, only to be greeted by (y/n).

"hey you slow pokes! What took so long? And where's yuyu-chan?"

(y/n) asked curiously, looking around for her female friend.

taiju started off, but was interrupted.

a voice emerged from the bushes.

"WAIT TSU-KUN?? AH WHAT ARE YOU DOING HER?! AND YOU'RE NAKED!!"

(y/n) screamed as she covered her face, but she had a big smile on her face. one of her best friends was revived."

"sorry for me being indecent at our reunion, but i have some lion hide. Could you possibly make some clothes for me?"

he asked with a smile on his face. To him she was the cutest person in the world, her face being all flushed was just so cute.

(y/n) said trying to find the strong man, he walked up to her. Causing her to trip. He obviously caught her, tsukasa would never let his friend fall.

he said, putting the hide in her hands.

(y/n) yelled running into the treehouse. Senku gave a bit of a disapproving look

tsukasa thought, turning back to the other two men.

OH MY GOD GOODBYE SENKU, HELLO TSUKASA!! AHHHH THAT WAS OH MY FUCKiNG GOD I WAS ACTING LIKE SUCH AND IDIOT!! BUT WAS HE TRYING TO ROMANCE ME???? BECAUSE IF HE WAS AHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHH!!

(y/n) thought as she was making tsukasa's clothing. Taiju made some conversation, as it was now awkward between the new male and senku.

"So do you know (y/n) by any chance?"

of course he knows her, you big oaf!

"Yes I do, we're childhood friends. We-"

"Yeah Taiju and Ihave also known her since childhood."

senku interrupted the guy, crossing his arms. Without even knowing it, Senku was jealous of tsukasa.

"I see, you must be that smart kid she mentioned. very nice to meet you. But let me introduce myself, I am Shishio Tsukasa, but just call me tsukasa."

"Family names don't really matter, but I'm the sharp-minded, senku in charge of science, that there is the simple minded taiju. And you already know (y/n)."

"hi i'm the simple minded taiju!"

the brown haired males shook hands.

"Well that makes (y/n) the elegant doctor and me all fighting ability in charge of hunting."

(y/n) came back with a cape and clothing. handing it to him while still closing her eyes, making sure she doesn't see anything. He took the clothing.

"you can look now."

(y/n) took her hands off her eyes, and opened her arms. signalling tsukasa to hug her.

"welcome back you dumbass!"

she said, ruffling his hair.

"Well all three of you don't have to worry now, you'll never have to want for any food again. Nor fear for your safety."

Tsukasa said, keeping his hand on her shoulder.

The next day the four went to the ocean, (y/n) was having a fun time just swimming, tsukasa was catching fish for the four to eat and senku and taiju were on the beach.

"be careful (y/n) there could be some poisonous animals in the ocean."

senku said, obviously trying to get her out of the water. And it worked, or at least it was going to work.

"okay i'll get out then."

(y/n) said disappointed. But tsukasa stopped her.

"no need to worry (y/n), as long as i'm in the water you don't need to worry."

Tsukasa spoke with a gentle tone, causing the girl's face to go red.

Senku grunted at the scene, but he let it slide. After tsukasa caught a few he went to the fire, gave the fish to senku and kept watching over (y/n). The whole time (y/n) didn't look at the three boys, as tsukasa was naked while looking for fish. Thankfully (y/n) had some spare clothes for herself so she didn't have to deal with being naked in front of all her friends.

"OOOOH I SEE WE GRILL THE FISH RIGHT AWAY SO THEY DON'T GO OFF WITHOUT A FRIDGE. ALSO (Y/N) ARE YOU COMING OUT SOON?!"

"YEAH ONE SEC!! MY LEGS ARE CRAMPED SO I CAN'T REALLY SWIM OVER!"

(y/n) yelled back treading water with her hands, however instead of waiting tsukasa jumped into the water and picked her up. Carrying her bridal style out the water.

"AH TSUKASA YOUR CLOTHES!! THEY'RE ALL WET, YOU'LL GET A COLD!"

"It's fine, I know if I get a cold you'll take care of me."

(y/n)'s face flushed at his comment.

aHHHHHHHHHH THAT'S SO CUTE!! AHHH OF COURSE I'LL TAKE CARE OF YOU AH!

(y/n) thought while looking at the man who got her out the water, on the other hand senku looked over again, his eyebrows furrowed at the site. It's not like he was jealous or anything. He turned back to taiju.

"I'm not grilling them, by using the aldehyde of smoke, I'm killing off all the microbes in the fish, but to put it in simple words I'm smoking them."

"with Senku and I working together, we won't have to worry about food preservation. And even if we eat something poisonous we have (y/n) to help us."

tsukasa said putting (y/n) down.

"Yeah... at last we've taken our first steps towards civilization."

"Wait... does that we're still at 0?"

Taiju asked his friend senku.

"And now it's time for a fun little quiz, if we want a scientific civilization, what's the most important thing we need first?"

senku said with a smile on his face, looking at his friend, (y/n) and tsukasa looked at each other. Which caused the girl to giggle a bit.

"HOW MANY MILLION OF YEARS ARE YOU WARPING FORWARD?! YOU BIG OAF!! EVEN TSUKASA AND (Y/N) HAVE GONE 10 TIMES PALER!"

After (y/n) stopped laughing and tsukasa digested what taiju said, tsukasa took a guess.

"Is it iron?"

the long haired man asked the scientist.

"we do need iron, but that's still a little far ahead. (y/n) do you have any idea?"

Senku said, turning to the woman in question. She thought a bit, and then it came to her.

"CALCIUM CARBONATE FOR SOAP!! oh wait.... that means."

She yelled all excitedly, but it got a bit sadder. Thankfully the two boys only heard the first part, which caused them both to smile.

of course she only thinks of one way to use it.

senku thought, shaking his head a little.

"That's right. Let me try to explain it in a simple way so you can understand. It's the stuff they use to draw out white lines on sports fields."

"AH-HAH SO THEN IN ORDER TO GET THAT CALCIUM OR WHATEVER WE NEED A GYM!"

"taji-kun... come on."

Tsukasa and (y/n) were losing all their brain cells at this rate.

"oooh yeah a gym! I would definitely have it! IF THERE WAS A BLOODY GYM ANYWHERE IN EXISTENCE!! THIS IS 3700 YEARS INTO THE FUTURE, THE STONE AGE GODDAMMIT!"

senku yelled at his friend. He looked as if he was going to kill him. In all honestly who could blame him. The scientist picked up a shell.

"Big oaf... these are the shells that have played such an important part in your facial hair. Simply by smashing these to pieces.. BOOM! you get calcium carbonate just like that!"

senku said, smashing the shell.

poor shell... it didn't deserve that.

(y/n) thought, looking at the shell on the ground. Tsukasa noticed, he put his hand on the girls shoulder.

"ALLLLRIGHT!! PHYSICAL LABOR, I'M IN CHARGE! LEAVE IT TO ME!"

Taiju yelled, running away with a basket. Off to look for shells.

"hey senku, how about (y/n) and I go look for shells to decorate our little treehouse home. I'm sure you wouldn't mind."

Tsukasa said, grabbing (y/n)'s hand. Senku sighed not looking at the two.

"I don't care, Just come back."

senku said, in a bit of a disappointed tone. Though it was a bit hard to notice.

senku... why do you seem so sad, tsu-kun and i are just going to hang out... If you wanted me to stay you could say something.

(y/n) thought with furrowed eyebrows, looking at the onion heads back. However he didn't say anything he just let the two friends go. As they were further away from senku, tsukasa spoke.

"I saw how you looked at that crush shell, I'm sorry you had to see that."

Tsukasa said to (y/n), pulling her into a hug. patting her head. (y/n)'s face started getting red, and hot.

"You know I promised to protect you after that day, i got stronger for you and mirai. I promise, no one will ever hurt you again."

Tsukasa kept embracing the girl, which caused her to tear up a bit.

"T-thanks Tsu-kun. Do you want to find shells to decorate."

(y/n) asked, wiping the water away from her face. Her friend looked at her lovingly and gave her hair a little ruffle.

"of course, we'll find your favorite. However you have to promise me something."

"of course."

"promise to take care of yourself, and to never hate me."

(y/n) went silent for a few seconds, before giving the man before her a smile. Her eyes were slightly shut from the sunset being her eyes. With a shaky voice she spoke.

"of course."

what a bad habit (y/n) had, lying won't get you anywhere.
