"So I already know that you like science, tell me about it!"

I asked chrome enthusiastically.

"Oh yeah! Since a young age Ive always been experimenting with things.  What do you like to do?"

"Me? Hmmmm well when I was younger I was sort of like a prodigy. I was pretty smart so I was able to become a doctor at a young age. I was really into chemistry as well and more or less most sciences, but that's mostly because I hung out with senku. And I love the beach!! When this whole war is over I want to have a big party at the beach with lots of food!"

Maybe I said I bit too much....

"A doctor.... that's so cool!! You can heal anyone yeah??"

"Well not heal I was honestly more a surgeon than a doctor but I still know a lot about medicine."

"I see. Well with you with us we'll definitely save ruri!!"

I just nodded in agreement as I saw senku and Kohaku arrive.  With suika arriving shortly after.

"Hey (y/n)!"

Kohaku said giving me a quick hug.

"Well now that we're all here let's eat!"

I said getting the fish out. Senku starts a fire us all gathering around it. Kohaku spoke up.

"Suika you went to gathering information all day what did you find?"

"Well first up.. granet, sapphire and ruby the 3 sisters."

"Ooo the prettiest girls in the village!"

"What they want more than anything is..."

"Better be something we can make with stone world science."

"Boyfrienda!!!"

Suika concluded.

"A boyfriend... well Senku and chrome aren't exactly the best options."

"HUH WHATS THAT MEANT TO MEAN YOU GORILLA."

"YOU KNOW WHAT IT MEANS, SENKU."

I yelled back at him.

"I mean at least Their honest... and (y/n) is right you two aren't what girls are really looking for."

Kohaku said. Leaving Chrome to pipe in,

"Whatever girls are always running their mouths like that. That's why I don't like 'em y'know."

"What a child you are Chrome! (Y/n) ruri and I are girls. Do you hate us too?"

"I don't see you as a girl, kohaku. More like an ogre."

Oh my. Chrome really had to run his mouth. Causing kohaku to chase him with her spear.

"WOO GET HIM FOR US GIRL!"

I yelled out in encouragement.  While the two were going off Senku, suika and I continued to talk.

"Also suika you mentioned that one of them wanted a provider yeah? That might be our only shot."

"Yeah what is she after?"

Senku inquired.

"She wants tasty fish to eat! Ah speaking of good there's also the village glutton, ganen. He complains everyday how he's so sick of fish he could die. He's looking for new food to eat."

Suika said. Taking another bite of her fish.

"Hehe I know the perfect scientific bait to get us allies!"

Later that night chrome went to sleep. Leaving Senku and I.

"What are you planning to make? It has to be something simple we don't have a lot of ingredients."

"The good old ramen."

"WAIT ACTUALLY?? OH MY GOD YA-"

Senku smacked him hand on my mouth

"Shhh you ape you'll wake up chrome."

"Whoops sorry... I'm just so sick of fish too I need something new as well.  But how are you gonna make it??"

"You'll see tomorrow."

The two of us sat in silence for a bit. Just looking out the window at the beautiful night sky.

"I feel like there's so much to talk about but I can't really say anything to you."

I said to break the silence.

"Hm? Like what. You're always such a chatter box."

"Oh shut up maybe I won't say anything."

"Good your voice was getting annoying."

"YOURE SO RUD-"

"SHHHHH CHROME."

senku whisper yelled at me.

"Ugh whatever you nerd."

"How am i the nerd I'm not the youngest doctor ever."

"Well I'm not the one who launched toys of us into space."

"Whatever you and your irrational feelings can do what you want."

"Oh! Are you saying that you've never felt anything hmmm? Not even like someone."

"Huh! O-Of course not that's so unproductive! Liking people are such a hassle."

Well now would be the perfect time to admit that you like me senku... unless you don't

"Hey (y/n)."

"Y-YEs!"

"We should go to sleep now. We have work to do tomorrow."

"Oh.. yeah goodnight."

I guess I'll move onto a new guy...

"We're really just cooking something?"

"That's got nothing to do with science!"

Kohaku and Chrome said.

"You ever heard of food science you dummy."

I said going over to help kohaku to carry things as Senku explained how food was science.

"WITH ENOUGH FOXTAILS I CAN MAKE THE MOST DELICIOUS FOOD EVER."

Senku screamed out. Which startled Kohaku and I. Cut to us doing a bunch of manual Labor. Harvesting the foxtails then plucking. Getting water eggs. Turing the foxtails into flour making broath and many other things.

"WAY BACK 3700 YEARS AGO WE ENJOYED A DELICIOUS DISH OF SCIENCE! WE CALL THIS RAMEN!!"

All 5 of us had a bowl of it.  Chrome was over the moon.  Suika and kohaku seemed to enjoy it as well. However this was probably the worst ramen I've had in my life, but it was something other than fish...

"So are we gonna set up a stall?"

I ask senku as I finish ramen.

"That's exactly what we're gonna do."

Senku and I set up the stall. The aroma of the food was alerting future costumers.

"FREE FOOD THAT ISNT FISH OVER HERE! COME GET IT WHILE ITS HOT!"

I shouted getting attention of more people. The villagers were rolling in. Each of them looking like they met good after eating It.

Even one of those sisters started flirting with senku because of how good the food was.

"OH! Ginro and Kinro you should have some! It's so delicious!!"

I said to the two brothers holding out bowls to them.

"We would never consume your dubious sorcery food! Guards have no business accepting food in the first place either! Rules and rules!!"

Kinro said as he held his brother back. Kohaku butted in sort of distracting Kinro.

"Psss Ginro have some!"

I whispered to him handing the bowl over.

"T-thanks (y/n)!!"

"Kinro why do you still have that spear? Food is unacceptable but treasures are just fine? and rejecting food from a beautiful girl too, you truly are cruel!"

Kohaku sort of yelled at him.

The day continued with us all handing out food. Until the strangest thing fell upon our ears.

"Wow this makes a man thirsty. What I wouldn't give for a cola right now."

"Cola??"

Senku said in shock. Leaving (y/n) just as confused

"Senku, (y/n) is this a friend of yours?"

"No."

"Okay then Kinro Ginro stop squabbling."

"What why?"

The brothers asked the blonde.

"In short we have... an imposter among us."

3 blades then Appeared on the unknown man.

"Explain yourself unless you want your throat sliced! Do you serve the long haired man?!"

Wow it's so easy to feel strong and cool when fighting by kohakus side. I wonder if (y/n) is watching.

Ginro thought though he was sweating despite being with kohaku.

"Oh dear. Not like I don't like getting interrogated by a lovely lady but I'm afraid you've mistaken me for someone else. I dont know any long haired man. Ever since breaking out of stone I've been all by my lonesome..."

The unknown man said. His face was revealed leaving senku and (y/n) to Recognise him.

"I see you're gen asagiri."

"So you know him?! "

Kohaku asked Senku.

"Nope not one Millimetre. He's just some magician who wrote a trashy book on psychology."

"Huh that's a bit mean senku it was average. It had some really good parts."

"Oh! You've both read my work? How wonderful. Calling it trashy and even average is a bit cruel Though. And please call me a mentalist."

Gen said. Looking around he spoke again.

"I suppose I should apologise for sneaking a bowl or ramen so why don't you all just lower your weapons. I'm so scared my hands are shaking."

His body language isn't expressing that at all. He's not afraid the words that are coming outside his mouth don't have any fear behind them.

(Y/n) thought. Staring daggers into him.

"There I was searching for todays meal so imagine my surprise! That nostalgic aroma of ramen nearly had my crying."

Senku thought for a bit. His face showing no emotion at all. It was always so hard for (y/n) to read him.

"Heh heh I guess I buy your story. However there's no free lunch in this world y'know? Plenty of work to be done by everyone who's enjoyed this ramen!"

"Work?"

"Like washing dishes?"

Cue to many of the villagers working their asses off to use the iron forger.  This gave senku to sort out all he details about gen.

How he's working for tuskasa and all.

(I can't be bothered typing it all about but basically he's gonna lie to tsukasa bc the kingdom of science is smart or smth)
