↣ 𝘕𝘰𝘵𝘩𝘪𝘯𝘨 𝘞𝘪𝘵𝘩𝘰𝘶𝘵 𝘈 𝘚𝘰𝘯𝘨

Bailey shielded his face as the vehicle collided directly into Billy's car. They were all propelled slightly forward. Steve gazed at the automobile while they all struggled to regain their breath. Bailey regarded Steve with an expression of incredulity.

"You two okay?" Steve asked

"Ask me tomorrow?" Robin answered.

"I suppose." Bailey remarked while clutching his abdomen. They all perceived a sound and gazed upward to observe the monster now towering over Starcourt Mall. Bailey's jaw fell open at the sight, as Robin gasped behind them.

A trumpet abruptly sounded from near them, prompting Nancy to glance at the trio. "Get in!" Steve, Robin, and Bailey rushed to the rear of the vehicle. Steve and bailey are confined within, accompanied by Robin. After Steve closed the door, the vehicle commenced movement, and the monster pursued them.

The crew swiftly expelled the monster from the mall, soon encountering an unfamiliar voice. "Dusty-bun, you copy?" Bailey listened to the walkie-talkie, bewilderment overtaking his countenance.

"I copy, Suzie-poo. It sounds much better now, thanks." Dustin's voice conveyed warmth, and the three individuals in the rear exchanged astonished glances. This girl was undeniably real. "Suzie. Okay, so, listen, do you know Planck's constant?"

"Do you know the Earth orbits the sun?" Suzie reacted as if it were inconsequential.

"Okay, so I know it starts with two sixes, and then a... W-What is it?" Dustin wondered into the walkie-talkie.

"Okay, let me just be clear on this. I haven't heard from you in a week, and now you want a mathematical equation that you should know so you can... save the world?" Suzie exercised, attempting to understand all that was occurring with Dustin.

"Suzie-poo, I promise, I will make it up to you as soon as possible." Dustin begged.

"You can make it up to me now." Suzie replied immediately. "I want to hear it."

"Not right now." Dustin expressed urgently.

"Yes, now, Dusty-bun." She articulated. They engaged in dialogue. Bailey reclined his head on the window. "Yes, you're saving the world, I heard you the first time, but Ged is also saving Earth sea and he's about to confront the shadow, so this is Suzie, signing off."

"Wait, wait, wait! Okay." He answered in defeat.

"Turn around. Look at what you see in her face. The mirror of your dreams." Dustin commenced singing. Bailey glanced at Robin and Steve, who appeared equally perplexed.

"Make believe I'm everywhere! Given in the light. Written on the pages The answer to A never-ending story." They were exceptional vocalists; yet, they experienced unfortunate timing. Bailey concealed his face with mortification as everyone gazed about."Reach the stars. Fly a fantasy! Dream a dream and what you see will be rhymes that keep their secrets will Unfold behind the clouds."

"And there upon a rainbow is the answer to a never-ending story! The two commenced articulating their mutual longing once Suzie successfully deciphered the code that had been causing Dustin to erupt with enthusiasm. Erica ultimately deactivated all devices.

The creature kept pursuing before abruptly deciding to turn around."It's turning around." Steve commented as they all turned around to look.

The beast continued its pursuit before suddenly opting to retreat. "It's turning around." Steve remarked as they all pivoted to observe.

''Maybe we wore it out.'' Lucas answered.

Steve extended his hands before Bailey and Robin to shield them from harm as Jonathan spun the car around, prepared to pursue the creature.

Bailey positioned himself above the creature, preparing fireworks as Steve and Robin did likewise. Lucas and Will were positioned on one side of the same level, while Nancy and Jonathan occupied the opposite side, with all groups prepared to launch the fireworks at the beast.

Lucas launched another projectile as the Mind Flayer approached him, the firework detonating within the creature's mouth. Subsequently, fireworks were ignited in succession before directly confronting the beast. Steve hurling another firecracker into the monster's maw. Bailey regretted hurling it at the creature. Individuals were ensnared in a game they were not participating in.

It emitted a cry of anguish, yet no one intervened until the final firework was launched. Upon its occurrence, the group commenced to panic anew.

The monster shouted as the fireworks ended and redirected itself towards Eleven, but this time, Billy obstructed its path. When the Mind Flayer launched its assault, Billy defended against it and absorbed all the strikes. Permitting the beast to pierce him in multiple locations. Despite all he had inflicted upon her, Bailey saw Max and promptly dashed towards her.

"Billy!" Max shrieked as he observed the Mind Flayer drive its final spiky appendage into the boy's chest. Billy collapsed to the ground, rapidly losing blood, while the Mind Flayer also dropped, convulsing before succumbing quickly. Steve attempted to seize Bailey, but Bailey resisted. He intended to be present for Max.

Steve ultimately secured Bailey, drawing him close and holding him to prevent any potential harm. Robin stood beside them, gazing down at Max, and was immediately overcome with sadness.

They were removed out the mall, as the army, ambulance, and firefighters surrounded Starcourt Mall. Bailey seated herself next Max as he embraced her. "Everything will be fine." He murmured while embracing her.

He sensed a tap on his back and turned to find Steve standing there with an unusual expression. "Bailey, may I speak with you?" He inquired abruptly, becoming increasingly anxious. Bailey acquiesced and released the girl. The two of them distanced themselves from the group. Steve saw that this was his sole opportunity to extract something tangible.

"Yes." He states, anticipating Steve's final response to him.

"I must inform you that I." A voice interrupted him, prompting him to close his eyes in annoyance.

"Bailey, Steve, are you okay?" Florence Cameron approached them swiftly. He was nearly behind them, holding Shiloh in his arms. "Oh my dears, are you okay?"

"We are okay." Bailey remarked as his mother gently grasped his face. Gazing at him prior to shifting attention to Steve, who had just embraced him. Steve paused momentarily before ultimately enveloping the woman in his embrace.

"Let us return home to converse, as it seems we have much to discuss." Almos remarked while glancing between his wife and son. "Will you be joining us, Steve?"

Steve contemplated the matter till it finally resonated; he would disclose his feelings to Bailey in the garden he had been cultivating for him. "Certainly."
